“Said parcel was delivered to neighbour even sent a photo of their house however had the wrong name on the notification. Neighbour confirmed they did not have it. Called their customer service what a joke absolutely no help what so ever. How can a delivery company have no responsibility for their incompetent drivers.”

“Got message to say driver couldn't deliver parcel as no reply. Sent me a great picture of someone else's front door! Trying to speak to a human being at DPD virtually impossible. I have changed my delivery to a parcel shop: a bit annoyed as I had paid for next day delivery. 1 star is being generous.”

“Parcel to be delivered to our first floor flat arrived on time although the last DPD driver got my wife to come and collect says not allowed in building this time right to the door they use other drivers names saying they deliver the parcels rather confusing.”

“Our driver is a nightmare. He's rude abupt aggressive and threatening. Now won't even pick our parcels from depo and dpd do absolutely nothing about it. This includes medical equipment for a child. Customer service lass on phone was a joke shouting at me because couldn't give me a contact for someone who could escalate the complaint could only send an email to depo what a joke. Finally online chat after 8 complaints within 4 week span. My neighbour forced to take delivery so driver didn't have to go back to depo. Her husband was then forced on another incident to open our door as his wife has a key! And they didn't have space to take 23 boxes. They have dumped boxes all over my drive and drove off to be honest the whole company is a farce”

“Got my hour window time for delivery, check updates to see where delivery is to see the driver had been but no one was in. Called centre to explain what happened and driver went it wrong address, they will call driver and he’ll come back around. 3 hours later no updates call centre back to be told driver has finished for day and I have to wait to next day for delivery. No doubt it won’t be delivered then either.”

“DPD are RUBBISH. They use drivers who can't understand English, their drivers write their own consignees' names, parcels are not left at the address written on the parcel and they generally couldn't give a damn. Whilst a seller on ebay may have a 5 star reputation, they are being let down by this awful company and when you ring DPD to complain about a third rate, couldn't care less attitude service, they try to justify it!!!! The best thing ebay sellers can do is boycot them if nothing other than to save their good reputation”

“I had a txt telling me my parcel (two wall units from ikea) were going to be delivered to my local pick up point tomorrow? I paid for nxt day delivery to my address! How on earth can a disabled pensioner get two flat pack wall units into a tiny car!!! Ikea confirmed I'd booked home delivery but I can't e enough get hold of dpd directly...its beggars belief...how on earth is this company still operating, the ceo's and share holders should be prosecuted....its criminal”

“Once again this awful company went to the wrong house. Half a mile away. No where near our post code. We have had so many bad experiences with this company. They are an absolute joke. Can't contact a human to discuss. Avoid them at all costs.”

“Parcel to be delivered to our first floor flat the courier Jagjeet insisted my 70+ wife who is having a knee operation in two days came and collected the parcel as dpd do not allow him to enter the building all other couriers deliver to the door do they leave it roadside I think LAZY.”

“ZERO as usual. Driver took photo of another building,saying tried to deliver. Disgusting…if you don’t want to do your job leave it for some one who would and wants to work .Driver Gurkamal(very British name)…. I paid for next day deliver,son will be gutted as it was his gift.Thank you very much again for the horrible experience DPD.Your drivers are a disgrace. 1550 3063 362 880”

“same as all the other comments,item supposed to be deliverd,between,2.17pm and 3.17pm,was in our front garden working,when,dpd van,shot by,at 50mph,at about 3.00pm,we then got a e.mail,tried to deliver parcel,no one in,total joke ,what a dodgy bunch,trading standards should be informed,got in touch with customer service,waste of time,no one gives a toss.dpd=waste of space,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“Absolutely Joke of a company. They have never successfully delivered me a parcel to my flat. I have been unfortunate enough to have 3 parcels 'delivered' by them in the last 2 years. They give me a delivery window, a shoddy tracking page which doesn't change all day and tell me the driver will perpetually 'be there soon' or some nonsense. I wait in the flat all day and get no call, knock on the door or bell. I then get a 'sorry we missed you'. This happens 2 days in a row. I then get a notification from them that my parcel has been delivered to my local address collection point. 2 out of three times I have gone to collect the same day and the parcel isn't even there!? I don't understand how they are still in business when they work so badly? I'm quite a chill person but they have wasted hours of my left and caused me so much anxiety and frustration. I am really sick of them.”

“Yes the comment Rabi left summed DPD up. I get deliveries monthly and the instruction's on my app is to leave at my door. But not last Wed he rapped the door and disappeared and left no parcel. I rang Maidstone and SHE thought she was going to bully me to say the sender stated it cant be left at your doir only a shop and he had left it at premier store Ive been getting this delivery monthly and she was feeding wrong information told me the sender is only one that can remove the shop I rang the sender who said she never do e anything or cant change my instruction then after long fight DPD came up with its new project “Cant wait “more like stop interfering in my app A year ago they all of a sudden kept leaving heavy boxes of mine at morrisons its always a fight to get an answer they have 1 word answer i eventually demanded manager to ring me he have me his number in case anything happened again or ask for him or 2 other staff it was a FALSE number he gave dial it and its dead line pathetic the worst DHL would show them up See when you get a text saying driver cant find your address yet you look at your app and see the same driver has been before thats what you call thick”

“Why is no one taking note of how bad this company is? It is pointless to have a review system that is merely for venting. There is obviously something wrong with this company and budinesses are bearing the brunt of their incompetence. Parcel damaged, I have to contact the supplier not and deal with redress, totally unacceptable, how are they still in bussiness? Sort this out someone???”
