“I ordered a single bed with underbed before Xmas, delivery date was agreed for 6th Jan, this didn't happen due to heavy snow in West Yorkshire. I was telephoned with apologies, delivery scheduled next day, again didn't happen due to weather. I needed beds as had company staying on the Saturday, I was telephoned on a regular basis with updates, beds delivered on Saturday, with temporary mattresses in time for my guests. Replacement mattresses arrived today. Order complete, all staff I have dealt with either the shop where I bought beds from, head office staff, and drivers were excellent, helpful and friendly. Well done and thank you.”

“In May we bought quite an expensive mattress from Dreams Beds in Bedford. However, the mattress didn’t work for us, so after 30 days we went back to the store and was seen by store assistant Cathrine, who was absolutely amazing. We wanted to change that mattress and chose a memory foam mattress which was slightly more expensive than our original one. Turns out the new one was on sale, Cathrine then worked her magic and managed to waive any extra payments and delivery costs. The new memory foam mattress was delivered to our house yesterday. Our first nights sleeping on a beautiful memory foam mattress was the best night sleep we have had in a very long time. We love our new memory foam mattress, we would definitely recommend dream mattress’s, especially memory foam, they’re absolutely the best & Cathrine was really helpful and did her very best for me and my partner and made sure that we were happy with our new mattress. We even bought two new memory foam pillows, which are so comfortable. I now can’t wait to go to bed to sleep on my excellent mattress and lovely pillows. Thank you Catherine. Our only gripe would be, mattresses should be packed and rapped smaller to make delivery easier. The delivery guys did brilliantly, but did struggle getting the mattress upstairs and did a wonderful job.”

“After reading all the negative reviews, thought I'd add mine, my last dreams bed lasted 15 years! When it finally started to break, I have just received another bed from dreams and I love it! I only received this month so can't comment on longlivity as of yet but it is super comfy and delivery and assembly was second to non! I will be buying 2 more beds for my kids at the end of the year.”

“Went to Beckton store to get Bed for our daughter who has special needs we were interested in a small double 4 as she is quite short We were approached by Aleef in store and he could not have been more helpful took an interest in us and gave us his full attention...not hard sell offered lots of different options and tried to help with discount and any delivery issues.He was a pleasant young man very professional and courteous and a credit to the company...we ended up getting a mattress small double divan with headboard and he threw in a mattress protector and pillows...happy Customer”

“Exceptional customer service from their shops through to their head office support! Probably not the easiest customers my wife and I as both had different needs but we got our dream mattress after a lot of coming and going. The dreams customer support were magnificent all the way through, advising, exchanging and even refunding the difference when the mattress we bought was reduced in price - wow! A real lesson for those companies who fail in customer service - thanks so much to all at Dreams, we’re delighted with our new mattress.”

“We went to Dreams bedshop in Doncaster and had such a wonderful experience on a cold, wet day. They went the extra, extra mile for us, made us soo welcome, I felt like crying tears of joy....they gave us a cup of tea, then asked if we wanted another cup of tea! They were so generous and the sofa bed that we bought is stunning and of very high quality material. We are sooo glad we found this beautiful shop and I can't get them out of my mind. They booked us a taxi as well. Thank you Dreams....you are truly the best out there and you deserve the best! You work so hard...I thank Kirsty and Dave and the other man at Doncaster Dreams..You are so special...!”

“Kaz & Kieran delivered my super king bed and mattress in this lovely but treacherous snowy weather ❄️ They assembled my bed, no complaints just got on with the job👍 They did a fantastic quick job and left everything tidy👌 Honestly the best customer service from delivery drivers I have ever experienced!! “i can only give a resounding big shout out for the care taken of me by Nick and Michael at the Cambridge store and their professional but friendly service. No question too silly , great sense of humour and no pushy sales blurb- i bought a mattress to fit my budget after trying the special machine that works to fit you with the most suitable purchase. had a hot drink provided by the store and was not rushed . Give them a try and make your own mind up! credit where it’s due ! faultless service - thank you guys !”

“We bought an item before christmas. Sadly it did develop a fault, so we returned with it after christmas. By the time we got home to Connahs Quay our phone was rining - a replacement item would be delivered all free of charge, no quibbles, within 4 days. Fantastic staff and fantastic serevice. Highly recommend Dreams in Chester .Hilary”

“The website was easy to use and can be filtered to what you want which narrows down the choices. We chose a 2 week quick delivery slot and were able to pick a date suitable for us, which was only about 10 days from ordering. A few days beforehand we received further details of a time slot. Excellent service, we were kept up to date throughout the process and they were able to deliver despite national lockdown rules coming into force the evening before delivery. The Head of Customer Service (or perhaps his PA/automated system) emailed at 23:00 that evening to confirm delivery ongoing. The driver phoned in the morning to confirm that a doorstep delivery was suitable for me. The drivers were very polite and happy to carry it to the front door and when I asked for them to bump it up onto the step so I could pull it in they were happy to do it. I would recommend using Dreams over other large bed retailers who we have had a bad experience with. Obviously we have only received the mattress today so we don't have a full review on the mattress but is what we wanted, good quality and comes in a recyclable "plastic" bag.”

“Fantastic store visit in October. Lovely staff at Birstall especially Linda who was very knowledgeable and patient with my husband and I. No quick sell and rushing. Bed delivered today by two smashing lads. Efficient clean and tidy. All rubbish removed. Well worth the £60 installation. Happy to recommend to anyone”
