“Dream world is an absolutely scam company, DO NOT EVER BUY A TICKET FROM THEM. This company ruined and destroyed our holiday. We wanted to visit 4 years later and bought a ticket from this swindler company to see my elderly parents but when we came to the airport the airline staff said your agency cancelled your ticket. We were all shocked and tried to call them but there was no phone line. They are not answering the phones and emails. You might see some good feedback but they are definitely fakes. I am not going to leave this, I had a conversation with a lawyer and we are going to sue this company. It does not matter how much it will cost us.”
“Dream world is a scam and I wonder why the regulators have not sanctioned them yet. My flight from Dakar to London was cancelled and Dream world said it will take up to 6 months to refund. That has since passed and they said "4 to 8 weeks" which has also passed. It's nearing a year and I have not got my refund from this fraud of a company, despite several emails and calls. I have decided to approach the small claims court to teach them a lesson. Please, beware of dreamworld. They are a scam and a fraud. I will stop at nothing in dealing with this fraud they have committed to me because they have offended the wrong person. Wind up your fraudulent affairs you bunch of fraudsters.”

Do not ever trust Dream World. I booked two airline tickets in May 2020 through Dream World. The airline canceled the flight due to covid. But I am still waiting for my refund after 23 months. They keep asking me to be patient. Tell all your friends not to deal with this company!!! This company is a total fraud.”
“Do not use this company. The positive reviews are definitely fakes. When you try to call them their numbers either show as 'invalid' or you are on hold for 30 minutes and then get sent to voicemail. Nobody calls you back. Nobody replies to emails. They send out an ATOL certificate but now I have checked ATOL and they are not registered with them, the certificate is not valid. We paid a lot of money for flights to Florida and have now spoken to Aer Lingus and been told we have no flights booked. Dreamworld made an initial reservation but didn't complete it and our reservation was cancelled. We have paid for flights that we are not booked on. We are pursuing this through our credit card company. It is always advised to book travel with a credit card because this gives protection and we are sadly learning that this is true. We will be looking at other legal avenues to protect others from the fraud that we have been victims of.”
“I wish I read these reviews before I paid my money to this company. I searched for cheap flights and was sent to this company and I found reasonable prices for my flights. I paid for my flights and then I got email confirmation and I was quite happy with that. When I checked my PNR to see my flights then I got shocked to see this PNR is only for reservation and DWT hasn't paid to Airlines.
Today, when I checked my booking and I found out that tickets has been cancelled. I have been trying to ring them but can't get through to them as I am always on never ending queue. I have emailed them plenty of time but no reply.

Unfortunately, we are the latest to be suckered by this company.
Bought tickets for £3200 for business class flights for my wife and my me in May (for our honeymoon). We bought these back in January and were told like others that we would receive the tickets 4w prior to our flights.
We have emailed 4 times over the past week and called frequently only being hung up on (we are literally in the queue again right now).
We still have no tickets and no confirmation. Unfortunately, if we don't receive anything by Saturday we'll have to take this up with our credit card company and delay our honeymoon months to get an alternative deal elsewhere.
Please, if you're reading this, just go through the airline or someone reputable. It isn't worth the hassle.”

a return flight to South Africa. The airline had contacted me directly noting that they would refund the ticket at full cost 700 days ago....
I thus reached out to Dream World where they confirmed they had the funds and were going to charge me 15% for processing the refund.
Well, I still haven't received my money that they have ILLEGALLY held onto for 2 years. With each enquiry, I am told it is still being processed and they are sorry that it is taking so long......
THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 15% FOR THE LUXURY OF KEEPING YOUR MONEY FOR 700+ DAYS!?!?! BE WARNED”

I have sent a lot of emails but they are not paying me. I have told by airline that your agent have received money. “If I could score 0 I would. We booked flights before covid which then got cancelled. We were told we could reschedule the flights but these would cost an extra £600 even tho the flights for that day on their website were the amount we initially paid. We have now been waiting over a year for our refund which has also had a 15% admin fee taken off of it. Every time I contact they say there is a back log of refunds, even though we were told up to 12 weeks. Do not book with this company. If you’re trying to get a refund try and go through your bank like we have been advised to do now.”

“Don’t book through this organisation honestly just scammers. Absolutely disgusting how they just take peoples hard earned money. We booked flights to India 2 months ago and still waiting for flight tickets. We then got told our flight had changed and that we would have to wait 24hours at the connecting destination. Now we are travelling with an elderly man who wouldn’t be able to do such a long stopover. There’s a week left till our supposed flight and we are stuck as we haven’t been told what is happening and if they can find us another flight or do we need to find another flight and pay out a load of money now for last minute flights to India. Please don’t book with this service. They’ve been awful and rarely ask their calls!”
