I ordered a dress. It was on sale and it fits true to size. I am surprised and pleased as I did not expect much quality for $20. It is well made with good material.I certainly will buy again. Thank you

After a month, with several inquiries on my part, I finally received the new jacket. Although I verified that the size was a men’s (US) XL, I received a (UK) XL which would fit one of my kids. I emailed Dresslily about getting an RA# and returning it, but unlike every store with which I’m familiar, there is NO FULL REFUND! Here are the options: "Regarding the item(s) that you have submitted,please consider the following exceptional solutions: 1. Keep the items and partial Refund If you choose this option we can refund you 20% of the product cost. Please note that this is an exception that we can only offer you ONCE. Technically, all the items must be returned to be eligible for a compensation. A.Quick refund of 20% of the product cost to your dresslily Wallet within 24 hours as store credit. In addition we will also offer you extra points to your dresslily account for discounts on your future purchases. (You will receive 5 points for every 1 USD). B. Refund 20% of the product cost to Your payment Account 2. Return the item to our warehouse to get another one for free. Once we receive your returned product we can resend the item to you for free in a different size. Kindly offer us the size you need and confirm your delivery address once more. A. Your correct size. B. Confirm your address : Spring,Texas,77386,United States 3.Return the item to us for a refund. Once we receive the product we can compensate you the product cost as follows: A.Full refund of product cost to your dresslily Wallet as store credit. We will refund you the product cost to your dresslily Wallet as store credit with additional extra points. B. Full refund of product cost to your payment account. A STORE CREDIT? I THOUGHT THEY SHIPPED IT ON THE TITANIC ALTHOUGH THEY WERE QUICK TO DEBIT MY CARD! WE’LL SEE HOW MANY MONTHS IT TAKES FOR ‘OPTION 2?!’ NO WONDER ENGLAND WENT FROM BEING THE WORLD’S GREATEST EMPIRE TO AN ECONOMY ABOUT THE SIZE OF TEXAS! No wonder BBB rates them an "F"! UPDATE - Chose Option #2, above, and mailed jacket to their California address on NOV 25, 2019 and uploaded the receipt as requested. To date, JAN 7, 2020, still no jacket and no communication. Live and learn, I suppose.

I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again!! If there was an option to leave ZERO STARS I WOULD!! I found a dress that I thought was cute for Christmas so when I calculated the processing time and the shipping time, it should have been at my house a week before Christmas (mind you, I used the maxed amount of time). It is nearly TWO WEEKS AFTER CHRISTMAS AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY DRESS! I also have not received any shipping updates in exactly one month! The chatbot is completely useless and I cannot speak to a human customer service representative to get my money back. I will NEVER recommend DressLily to my friends or family because of my experience. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I had taken the time to find this page before I attempted to order something from this Chi-Com outfit, but what is done is done. The XL jacket I ordered arrived but it was too small. The zipper was installed on the left hand side rather than the normal right. I think it was meant for a woman's coat but advertised in the men's section. Nothing in the package to tell us how to return it, and negotiating their web pages to attempt to return it has proven very difficult, at least for me. I have learned yet another lesson in life, do not buy from an outfit like this. I have been dealing with a machine rather than a person. I hate machines like this.

I have been waiting for a Christmas gift I ordered on December 2! Still nothing, even though just before Christmas I was informed it would arrive Dec 29! I will NEVER order from this company again!

I tried to get my wife something she saw on this site, and the following happened: Shipping took a week longer than estimated (I work in logistics, this means they shipped later that quoted) Sizes smaller than described (medium is more like small) I payed for two items, only received one. No answers to my request for exchange or refund.

Don’t order from dresslily, was told order would be here over a week before Christmas and still has not arrived. They finally shipped it after I asked them to refund me since I didn’t get it in time and no longer need it. They said it takes 24 hours for them to get back to me and still nothing. NO REFUND, they don’t care

Wish I had seen these reviews sooner. I ordered based on their sizing chart and the item I received was way to big. After contacting Dress Lily I was told I would be sent an RMA number by email in order to exchange it for a smaller size. Three weeks and three phone calls later I'm still trying to get said RMA number to get an exchange. Each time I was on hold for no less than 20 min before a person answered. I would NOT shop them again or recommend anyone else to.

Shipment was surprisingly fast but the quality of the dresses is....awful. I know, what do you want for under $20? Live and learn, but if you are on a tight budget and need something to wear to an occasion, seriously, just go to Goodwill and find a quality item that is gently worn and you'll be much more satisfied than with the bad fabrics and workmanship in this junk.

Terrible experience with lily gowen dress too small sizes are tiny no return address the would not give it to me appalling after sales service paid £125 eventually I got back £20 have dress that's no good to me it looks about a 10 buyer be very aware of buying from them

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered a dress from them weeks ago. Was a Christmas dress so it is no good to me, now. Emailed several times with no reply. They took my money but never sent me my dress. A total scam. I am never ever ordering from them, again.

Very disappointed in all they do: delivery time, product quality, customer service, returning process, I had to pay return shipment costs which is more than one third of the jacket I purchased and I just hope they will refund me on time. They shipped the product to me from ON Canada and they made me return it to them to their USA warehouse (so they say), not fair.

Very very very bad customer service. The jacket I purchased from them is a poor quality, too small and it took about three weeks or more to get it. I wanted to return the product and customer service is brutal: you can't phone them, you have to email them and when you do they get back to you the next day, they don't answer your questions, etc. The product was shipped to me from Canada ON and they made me return it to their USA warehouse they say and I had to pay for the shipping costs which is more than a one third of the cost of the jacket I purchased. They are a joke and would not recommend to anyone to shop from them. So far Amazon rocks.

WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My husband ordered something for me for Christmas on DECEMBER 6th. I have a statement from my BANK AND PAYPAL confirming payment came out. However, Dresslily is stating they never received payment. Obviously they are wrong. I have contacted so many people, emailed, chatted online, they all do nothing to help me. Basically just tell me I have to rebuy it. So essentially I would be out 30 bucks if my bank wasn't great and let me dispute it when I called today. I did check with my bank to make sure the payment wasn't pending because it was international and they told me it definitely went all the way through, so Dresslily is trying to scam me out of money. Unacceptable! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN! Maybe I was just one of the unlucky ones but I will definitely NEVER be ordering from this TERRIBLE company EVER again. Then I was blocked from their Facebook so I could not post any negative reviews!

The items I ordered look nothing like the pictures much cheaper quality and not even made from the material that appeared in images online. Will not order anything else.

If you buy something your in for a wait on delivery. Took a month for me to get my Christmas sweater dress. Arrived on 12/24 and it’s hardly a dress, it’s a long sweater. I’m 5’2 and petite got a medium if that helps. The shipping tracker is way off, the customer service is auto response.

I ordered two items that were in stock. One was shipped but the other we hadn't received. I finally called the company. The person I spoke to was not even apologetic - just like talking to a robot with the no emotion. "We are sorry -it was in stock when you ordered it but then it went out of stock later. I see it was shipped today' So that means it was shipped the day before Christmas - almost a month after I ordered it! No notification ever! Lousy customer service!
