Went to dunkin on Dixwell Av Hamden. A 45 minute wait thru drive thru. Gave another chance wait time no problem but the creamer in coffee was bad. Will NOT go back

I’m a trans woman and Went to the Dover NH location and the service was very lackluster. The person waited happily on the guy in front of me and then looked at me and walked away to fill online orders so I put my tip money away and he saw that and came right over . Then didn’t put any green tea in my refresher then i asked another employee if they put any in the drink and got an attitude. Will never go back .

I visited the Dunkin Donuts in Chicago on Garfield Blvd and State Street on my way to a business meeting. Customer service did not exist in a positive way. I ordered a large hazelnut coffee, but was not able to use my points, I ordered a multigrain bagel and when I got to my destination to eat it, it was rock hard, I did not have it toasted only sliced. I was not able to use my points on either because I was not sure of how it worked, and no one would show me how, bad customer service. There were no coffee stirrers, and how can you be a coffee shop, and run out of stirrers, it was only 9 a.m. I recently made the decision to switch to Dunkin instead of Starbucks but I have had bad experiences, but this was the worst, and I decided to write about it.I was really disappointed that I was not able to eat my bagel, or use my points . I don’t really want to go back to Starbucks, but I really enjoy good customer service, and a fresh bagel in the morning.

Wow Dunkin like everyone else got cheap. I used to look forward to my birthday coffee, and you took it away wow I get some extra points. I would much rather have a free coffee on my birthday. Thanks for getting cheap like all the other companies

Super rude lady at 5:30 pm, store in Colorado Springs on Filmore Drive thru. I should’ve driven away when she first started her rude interaction with me. She gave me drink with lid not closed and slammed drive thru window. Usual workers are super kind and I give a tip in their tip cup. Please talk or get rid of her. Thanks!

Tiffin dunkin(44883)Your employees don’t know how to let the customer finish speaking before closing the window, after I asked if the raspberry shots were in my lemonade but completely jus closed the window made a whole different drink then came back and asked if I had 2 drinks I did not and then I gave her my drink and asked her to put the raspberry shots that I ordered in it she took my drink and another girl gave it back and they still didn’t put what I wanted in the order.

I pulled up to the drive thru n the afternoon. Only one car in front of me. No one responded. I waited a good amount of time. When I pulled up to the window and the inside seemed deserted. I waited and eventually a young lady came to the window. I explained no one came to the microphone to take my order so I came to the window. said I’m sorry we can’t take orders from the window. You have to drive around and go through again left. This lack of service is happening at all the Dunkin’ facility. I will make coffee at home and save money for now. Let me know when you guys straighten out your employee situation and maybe I’ll start buying Dunkin’ Donuts again. And by the way, I do have the app in the app does NOT work any better.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts in Amsterdam on Rt 30 . I ordered a frozen coffee and Berry burst for drinks. Well they were too busy chatting about the ones kid who decided to go school today so the kid could participate in some activity. First of all,kids should go to school every day and get a proper education. But whatever,not my kid. The woman handed me a ice coffee and I told her it was supposed to be a frozen coffee. She ended up making my coffee but it was like soup when she gave me it to me. Very disappointed. She didn't even say anything to me after handing me my drink. I think I am going to start driving yo Starbucks as it just down further from Dunkin Donuts. They need to focus more on what their suppose to be doing and listening instead of private chatter. They can talk when there is no paying customers around waiting for good customer service.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:40 am. No one responded. I waited a good amount of time. When I pulled away I drove past a group of their employees gathered behind the store. Other customers also left without service. This store in North East Md is consistently going downhill. This area needs an alternative.

i sat there for 15 minutes and didn’t even make it to the front of the line to make a order and there was 5 people in the line including me. They were barely working, they wernt trying to have any urgency even though the line was getting longer. I love dunkin’s food and drink but their service has to be stepped up, the workers were rude and made it very clear they didn’t want to work or be there.

The whole staff is rude and has attitudes. Theres always something wrong with my order and when I say something about it have an attitude to correct the issue even the manager.

Currently standing at the counter for 5 minutes. I'm the only one here. There are 3 workers who have all seen me, but completely ignored me. I gut they're busy, but a "welcome to dunkin, well be right with you" would have gone above long way. Do better.

It is very disrespectful that Dunkin' Donuts created a six dollar breakfast meal deal that only offers pork sausages, as everyone does not eat, pork and pork, has a lot of health risks , how can you not offer the turkey sauces with this meal deal, no consideration whatsoever!
