I am Yoges Kiruba. I don’t get my stuff yet. Awful ordering experience for my first, and last order with DV247. In Stock, but then the order seemed to 'get stuck' and no one could tell me why. Web based "Track Your Order" doesn't track your order and emails and requests for call backs are completely ignored.
Delivery guy asked again Vat £113. But already I paid with VAT. This is awful experience in my life.

I cancelled my order shortly after placing it (within the hour) for a DDJ-1000 costing £1050 but they said it was already in transit and so could not be cancelled hence I should refuse the package when it gets to my door via UPS delivery and it will be sent back to them and Ill get a refund.

Shocking delivery & service
13 days delivery (advertise 2-6days but I took 6 days before the order left their German warehouse) returned the items but never recived a refund for the postage.
Takes days to get email replies and no phone calls answered.
