“ Ordered two items on 25th June and still waiting for them. Emailed and tried to call a number of times and the message says 'we will answer as soon as possible, your call is important to us' just before the call drops. How can companies survive with this lack of customer service. Hate to say I may have to order from Amazon with next day delivery and customer service that this company can only dream of by the looks of the other reviews. ”
