Incorrect information on tracking. Claimed courier had tried to deliver and had left calling card. 1 day staying in wasted. Tracking said delivery would be the following day and was confirmed by automated phone service. Day 2 wasted because no delivery. Tracking gave a 3rd date. Didn't want to waste another day but nit able to speak to anyone on the phone and chat line busy! Phoned company my order came from and they discovered it wouldn't come til the next day. Another day wasted. Emailed DX customer service and had prompt reply. Hopefully my order will arrive as promised and my awaited plant won't be dead. A hopeless company.

Only gave 1 star because a couldn't give 0.. This company is a disgrace! 3 days running I have had 2 hour time slots with nothing being delivered, I had to take a half day from work yesterday to wait in for this delivery for nothing, with no communication from them. This parcel is over £5000 in goods that my customers have saved all year for. Will not be dealing with this company ever again and if Park are using them next year, I will not be placing an order!

Your company by far is one of the worst couriers there is !!! A £700 parcel that should if been next day delivery is now well over a week over , it should off been delivered today and typical it wasn't even attempted, you can not even get hold off my own couriers ' what a JOKE ' to find where my parcel is . Your customer service is absolutely SHOCKING !!!.. for anyone that is even thinking ordering anything that will be delivered by this company DONT , I can not stress this enough , you will be wasting your time and money ... they even had the cheek to ask me to collect from there depot myself . You as a company and the people you employ in your customer service department and the MANAGER I spoke to today are SHAMEFULL. you shouldn't be aloud to OPERATE as a company , I will go as far as I have to make sure I spread the word far and wide of how ABSOLUTELY USELESS you are . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't deserve 1 star, I ordered a dining set in August, and I am still waiting for the table 🙃!!!!!!. Never known a company like this, it's appalling, making me feel ill waiting 😢😞😫

Awful company. Only gave a star because I can't give none. Delivery didn't turn up when told, didn't turn up on second date no explanation. Tried to contact them but couldn't get through to anyone in person on their own text service or by email. Ended up rebooking it myself still don't trust them to deliver it. Worst ever ,in future I will refuse to deal with any company that uses these as couriers. Absolute disgrace. Worst ever, which is saying something in the courier service.

I brought a much needed item from a recommend shop on EBay it was sent with next day delivery. Waited in nothing came, tracking info said by next day so waited in all day again, still nothing. After emailing DX was told it had been delivered! No1 came and no delivery was attempted, have now been told I have to contact the seller. I cannot afford another part and am not earning money without this part. Really don’t know what I am going to do, hoping the seller can sort something. Do not rely on this company for nothing. They are liars and won’t take responsibility or try to help you just pass the blame onto others. My item is big and heavy have no idea where it is. All they are saying is it’s been delivered so frustrated 😡

Had a 2 hour time slot for parcel to be delivered,could track it till half an hour after the 2 hour slot was finished then it disappeared. Was in waiting for parcel all day and at 16.49 got an email saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home and a calling card was left.No delivery man came to my door and no calling card left.Phoned DX to complain,girl said she would put me through to another number but gave me that number too and said if I got cut off to phone them back.Of course I got cut off. Phoned back and was a recording and was told I could leave number for a call back.No call back.No communication. Very bad service.People can’t keep taking time off work to be in for parcels that the delivery driver can’t be bothered delivering so lie that they have been.

Today is the second day we have waited with baited breath for our delivery being sent via DX delivery. We watch excitedly as we see him nearing our town, then he goes away slightly and then returns to our town, even to the next road that runs parallel to ours before disappearing off the face of the map! DX, do your drivers wear glass slippers and their vehicles turn into pumpkins at 18:00hrs? No explanation, no phone call to say sorry we cant get to you today, NOTHING! No one to speak to on the phone or online. DX say they are contracted to our seller so therefore the seller will be getting a phone call tomorrow and I am sure that enough complaints will see the vendors going to another courier company, so think on DX, you are only as good as your last review, and looking on Trustpilot there are many 1 star reviews already. Tomorrow we will look at the online map, and if he gets somewhere near to us I am going out in my car and will meet him to get my parcel so it saves him working after dark and to save DX a bit of overtime pay. Disgraceful customer services, how about you call us instead of leaving the onus on us to send you emails, at least have someone capable of answering a phone call.

Waste of space company how homebase can use them is beyond me. Should have received my order 17th September., 1 month on after being fobbed of with covid, driver shortages blah blah blah, non of which is my problem. the original and replacement have not been delivered today as advised, another replacement is being sent. I have no faith in ever getting my item. W*nk

very poor service, receive an text saying delivery that day, check the tracking, only one of three items have been checked on to the lorry. No delivery that day. Receive a text 2 days later that it will arrive that day and again they dont show. The live chat customer service is nearly always unavailable and takes about 30 minutes to get through on the phone. Still waiting for my delivery, 4 days after expected arrival.

order 5 doors from BQ ,2 days later get text from DX saying they will deliver next day ,never came ,phoned BQ who said DX had delivered them and i signed for them ,a lie i was at work ,my husband was in all day and they never came ,now they say i signed for them at my front door in a area i dont even live in ,BQ say its not their fault and cannot get in touch with DX ,700 pound and dont know what to do ,any advice please

Using the DX tracker, my new mattress (with next day delivery) was shipped from Southampton to my near by depot(gretna) on a Wednesday. Thursday then showed it was placed onto outward van for delivery. I waited in all day, But no show. End of Thursday, my order showed on tracker that item was scanned back into Gretna depot. Same results on the friday, and saturday. Monday came, not movement. So tried to phone DX. No one picking up. So tried their online chatline. After filling in the necessary online questionnaire, their system showed no one available to chat with me. So i sent DX a complaint email Tuesday morning, i get a text and email to state that item WILL be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00. So again, i stayed home all day, didnt do anything to miss the dx van arrival. Its now 19:02, still no show. Not happy. At all. So checked tracker. It shows item as being at Southampton. I could be wrong, but unable to get hold off DX for an update. I even spoke to a kind chap on the phone who sold me the mattress, even he could not get through to DX as no one answering the phones. Having read other reviews ref DX, and having used other couriers such as Hermes and DPD, then DX need to come out of the nineteenth century. I can see why there are so many negative reviews ref DX. At least with DPD, they use a live van tracker /location app, plus the driver keeps us updated. Come on DX. You cannot treat customers like this. Dont tell us you are on your way, then get abducted by aliens (might aswell as since then dont update us) Will put another / updated review on when a Dx van actually appears at my door

Dreadful. Had one delivery 'rescheduled' only to be told 2 weeks later it had been delivered (it hadn't) and had to reorder the item. The same thing has happened again! Unable to speak to customer service and promised call backs never happen. Avoid at all costs.

Had one parcel delivered to an address two roads away because apparently the driver couldn't find mines. Also my second parcel has yet to be delivered, its been well over a week late. Have no idea where it is or if they'll ever deliver it. Really poor communication and can't get a hold of anyone

WORSE DELIVERY EVER!!!!!! Tried to get a dining table and chairs delivered. First date reorganised as it was not scanned properly then only delivered the chairs. From then on it was an absolute disgrace of customer service. Delivery dates not Met, no communication from the company over them. Had to call them to be told it’s not Coming. Very poor excuse of an apology. No explanation for the no delivery. When it was then delivered the drivers were rude and unapologetic. I would highly recommend avoiding this company or any company that use them as a delivery service. Absolute disgrace of a delivery company

The customer service sucks. When calling customer service, you will be on a stupid long hold then the call get disconnected. There is no bank or center you can go in person to get your money out of your card, and if you use other bank services, there is always a stupid charge for every single transaction. When opening an account on the card, you get easily get confused by the set up and structure!
