Guy came with my crate just as I'd come back from walking dog. I saw him reach for his phone to inform me he was here. I waved over and mouthed the letters, "DX" and he nodded. He carried the 70lb box on his shoulder to my door without me asking. Box was in great shape. Not a mark on it. It had been strapped down securely to the truck. Could have given me an hour window, but hey 99% there. Thanks DX. Merry Christmas

2nd day waited in for all day delivery. Not arrived again. Customer Service line closed at 5pm so too late to chase.

Diabolical is about the only way to describe this company. From the constant lies the call centres give to the delivery drivers that have the worst attitudes in delivery, I am surprised this outfit is still in business! I have had about 10 deliveries from this company in my entire life and not one has gone as expected however them losing my passport with a new visa application is the final straw. I have paid out over £700 for my passport and new visa and all I get from anyone is "It is still in Edinburgh" and that it has missed it's connecting truck on it's journey. It has been in Edinburgh now for five days when it was supposed to be a next day service. When I ask why it keeps missing the truck for three days they get angry at me as if I have no right to question their incompetence! Complete joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely disgusted with this companies so called delivery service, waited in all day, item was due to be delivered by 3.20 pm, kept watching the updates but updates ceased at 12.20pm no notification to say parcel wouldn’t be delivered, can’t contact anyone to query this. This is a joke of a company

Disgusting, I sat in all day to watch parcel be only 5 roads away then dissappear after my two hour slot their automated voice keeps hankering up on me but their liar of a delivery driver made a big mistake at the time he said I wasn't in half hour before my arranged slot I had a axon parcel and dead on 12 my tescos came. He couldn't access the building because I'm flat 2 he didn't bother to come here or he would have seen a house there are no flats lazy drivers despicable service they've been reported to amazon as sellers to be investigated because 6 pages of 1 star reviews is concerning now I don't know when I'm going to get my parcel if I'll get parcel but me and 3 children don't have a dining set to eat at let alone for Christmas Dinner well done DX you lot are wankers atleast employ honest decent people

That company is a JOKE !!! Since a week im waiting for my parcel. Got information that I should have a calling card but it’s not true. My wife is in home 24/7 and NO ONE left ANY cards. Got cameras in front !!!!! Changed adress and today is the same !!! My sister was waiting all day and guess what ??? Calling card !!!! But we can’t find that card. What a liars. IM IN HOME AND NEED THAT ASAP !!!!!!!!!

Absolutely awful delivery service,bought a present for my wife but it still has not turned up 3 weeks later ...Tried phoning and contacting them on their website and still nothing ...what a shower of s**t..why do H Samuels deal with them, God only knows....

Only one star becuase no option for none. This service is terrible. To separate Day 2 Covid orders which have failed to appear by day 5 because 'shortage of drivers'. If there is a shortage of drivers why does DX a) take the orders b) send 'tracking' when clearly van /driver has no intention of delivering. The start status on Trustpilot makes me seriously doubt Trustpilot reviews for anything else. No one answers the phone and Live Chat has noone available even if office hours. DO NOT USE

The company has promised delivery 4 days running, and simply not shown up. And now they've lost the package. Worst company ever. There is no way to get in touch with them, so have been ringing the original seller (One Garden) who have been very helpful but ultimately they need to get a new delivery company. DX are incompetent and giving everyone else the run around. Avoid at all costs.

Never had such an experience- original order place in July - eventually after lot if delays on part of furniture and choice - delivery was arranged - we had to take annual leave on 5 different days. Cancelled last moment in several times. Other times did not arrive and text message saying delivery arranged fir another day- without even making sure the date is convenient for us. There is no way if contacting them directly - it has to be through Furniture and Choice who were equally useless - the reason for one day was wrong address ! Another time they did not have time to load the order - what a load of poppycock !!! Never use this service or a company using them

Absolutely useless. so far not delivered five time and still continues the fraudulent service for the dining table ordered (WEB8184576) from Furniture and choice

viovet order. Checked three times on tracker in my area then moved away mid afternoon. My delivery 3 45 to 5 45. At 7.00pm no sign of delivery cannot contact anyone. In all day as builders in. Appalling service as prescription dog food needed not even a phone call or updated text.

Appalling service, I'm waiting for delivery for third time now. First it was incomplete address (it wasn't) now it's "we missed you". I've been at home all day and I can see the driveway. Also there's no calling card if you missed me. I tried to phone provided number, it's fully automated and redirect me to a chat on the page. Unfortunately the chat is inactive as there are no advisors at 4pm so well within working hours! The only response I could get was twitter. Even then I was faced with catch 22. I can either opt for re-delivery by drivers that don't deliver and provides excuses or collect from depot, which I can't use because I have no calling card. I know delays and mistakes happens but what I do not tolerate is being lied to (incomplete address and not being at home). I will be actively avoiding ordering via you again. NO STARS*********** Absolutely unreliable. Two days waiting for an item to be delivered according to their own tracking, but nothing arrives. Bad business and completely unacceptable. Furthermore, not notifying the recipient of the reason for non delivery, cannot contact at 5.10. and online chat not working. An earlier email has not been replied to. Such people don't deserve any business!

Offered a service they can't deliver on I.e. guaranteed Saturday delivery. How this company is still in business is anyone's guess.

ordered from viovet last time it arrived following day driver said he had a puncture tracking showed vehicle on move a couple of miles from me. this time day of delivery waited in no show again following day showed parcel back on van for delivery today but could not track it guess what still not here no contact from dw to apologise Appalling service they couldnt pass the 11 plus if you added all the employees brains together Will not order anything on line again if it uses this dead end company.

I ordered a 2-day PCR test for my mother from a company called Oncologica who was coming to visit me. This is a test she is supposed to take within 2 days of her arrival to UK. Oncologica told me my package was dispatched on the day she arrived, day zero. I was provided with a tracking number and told my courier was DX. But when I tried to use this number to track my kit on DX website, I couldn't. Because I couldn't track my package I made an enquiry on DX website asking when will I receive my package, but I didn't get a reply. On day 1, I received a text from DX telling me my package will arrive between 2pm-4pm, but I received nothing that day. I tried calling and live chat, but I couldn't reach DX. Today, on day 2, I again received a text from DX telling me my package will arrive between 1pm - 3pm. After, 3pm, I again tried calling and live chat, but couldn't reach anyone from DX again. I received my package around 4pm. I need to mail the PCR test back and the royal mail priority box near me has a last collection hour at 4:15pm. Because DX was late twice, my mom couldn't do the test within 2 days of her arrival since it says on the PCR test to take the test on the day you will post it before the collection time. And the fact that I wasn't able to reach anyone from DX this entire time really stressed me and my mother. This was a horrible experience.
