I’ve been waiting over a week for my delivery. They don’t deliver at weekends, give no indication of a possible time (anytime between 8am and 5pm), cancel delivery at a moments notice, can’t be contacted and if you attempt to rearrange on line this puts back your delivery date by 2, 3, 4 or in my case 5 days! Horrendous delivery service-as previous reviews state: avoid at all costs!

Four delivery attempts for a passport so far, and still no sign of it - first one called me and said they found no one in (I was home all day), second time nothing at all, third time left a card (even though I was home again - did they even knock? They didn't try calling), fourth time I paid extra for a morning slot, and no delivery. Managed to get through on phone, they said they would call back and of course they didn't. Apparently (even though I presume all their drivers have mobile phones?) they couldn't contact the driver to see where they were....Sent an email too, but no reply to this. How pathetic can a company be?

1st delivery damaged and no wonder. Parcels strewn about across back of delivery van bashing into each other. Re-delivery...damaged. Delivery guy said I know its a bit damaged but as first one was damaged thought you would accept this one.. WTF. Now on third delivery of same item or rather non delivery. Text night before with time slot. Time slot passes and 2nd text with new time slot. Time slit passes. Company called.....oh driver had trouble getting to parcel and will return at 5pm. Total BS. No one came back and my CCTV proves it. No idea where my parcel is or when I will get it. AVOID DX LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID THE PLAGUE.

Was awaiting a delivery of a sonos speaker which was part of a mobile phone deal. I waited all day at home only to check my tracking info to be shown it has been delivered and signed for... Not by me... Not at this house it hasn't!

Called 5 times to inquire about a shipment but they never answer the phone. I was put on hold for 10min each time before I hang out.

Shocking, 5 different dates I was given for delivery and it didn't arrive on any. Still waiting even though I was again promised I would receive today!!! Never ever use this company

I ordered 4 tyres from oponeo tyre… I ordered 4 tyres from oponeo tyre company. They delivered me three tyres. They do know where the fourth gone. The delivery drive said to sign for three tyre and the others one is coming tomorrow. Nothing came. I called the depot and the drive confirm that he delivery me three tyres. I also took a screenshot on his delivery machine screen. I am very disappointed. The openeo is not giving me refund. Guys please do not accept delivery is the delivery does not have all your items. I do want someelse to have my experience with them. Terrible service

Have reached a point where I won't purchase a product from a company if they tell me it will be delivered by Dx. They NEVER, EVER deliver on time - either not even on the same day, or definitely not on time. I have now experienced this over multiple years. They'll send you a text in the morning for a time slot, but then won't deliver during that time slot. If you call them, they'll say the time slot was changed, you should have received notification, but you never have. And even then, they won't deliver during the revised time slot. When I spoke to them, they informed me the driver had some 10 deliveries ahead of me, even though he was way passed the scheduled time already. This basically confirms to me that this is a delivery company with no concept of logistics - how can you get it so wrong with timings. They probably give a driver too many drop offs for a day, and when the driver arrives at 7pm, he/she decides to postpone for following day. Useless company, useless management, no accountability, terrible customer service. DO NOT EVER USE THEM TO DELIVER OR COUNT THEM ON GETTING A DELIVERY ON TIME.

I was sent a sonos speaker as a promotion when I bought huawei p30 pro from sky, the huawei sent me this speaker by using this rubbish company. Today they had to deliver it but driver did not show up. From curiosity I started to read reviews and I see many negative feedbacks which I confirm in 100%. Do not use this DX company when you can, I did not have choice they send it to me my product by random company.

Extremely ineffective service. They don’t live up to their label, ‘delivered exactly’,no way! They claim to have delivered my 25kg parcel at the side of my house and signed for. I live mid terraced with a 7ft fence and locked Gate, what they claim is fanciful and blatant lies. My £200 parcel has just disappeared and they claim they will do a search, then ring me back, whatever! No apologies, a poor attitude on the phone, cut off the first time despite >20 minute wait. Don’t waste your time and money, try DPD, Royal Mail, Hermes...anyone but not NOT these cowboys!

DX must be one of the worst, if not, THE WORST, delivery company ever. They failed to deliver on two occasions. Despite the fact that I was at home on both occasions. The first time they failed to deliver, I received a text at 20.02 pm. So I re-ordered. Again no delivery, again a text saying they couldn't deliver, and again asking me to re-order. I cancelled this order, and sent an email and a letter to DX informing them of this. Today I received a letter from DX, saying they have an urgent delivery for me and to contact them with a time and date for delivery. Obviously they are totally incompetent. I think the company is badly in need of a new brand name, as there's obviously a vowel missing from the middle of DX (i).

Avoid at all cost, delivered my childs passport to wrong address, and said they can't phone driver to c where he actually delivered it to, customer services complete waste of time, waiting on passport office to sort there mistake,

Horrible service! I never recommend this to anyone. I don't understand why they cannot simply drop through door post, they say that they need signature and this is where the trouble lies. I got a text saying that it will be delivered on 15th May, between 12pm to 4pm. I asked my wife to take a half a day holiday from work and she waited patiently until 6pm, but there was no turn up, and they are not even bothered to call or text me about the further updates. They are so irresponsible, I don't know why and how on earth these guys are handling important documents. Even my friends had similar bad experience in the past with them. Getting deliver from them directly to you is a nightmare! Frustration guaranteed! I had to give 1 star rating as there is nothing less than that!

1 missed delivery, 2 no show scheduled delivery. First delivery date was set for May 2, came home from work with a card in the door requesting a delivery rebook. I then rescheduled it for May 8th. Stayed at home all day from work waiting for the delivery guy. They never showed and I missed a day of work!! Then on May 9th, I came home to a missed delivery card! I immediately got on the website and had a chat with an associate named "Michael". I told him my story and that I would like my delivery set for Saturday May 11, since I would be home. He told me that my package was at the Ipswich depot and that they are a Mon-Fri service. He told me that he contacted the Ipswich Depot and that they was going to transfer my parcel to the Huntingdon Depot that night so I can receive my packed on Saturday. I even received a text message from "DX Delivery". The message read "DX Customer service - item *********. Delivery has been arranged on the next available date of 11/05 to post code IP27 ***. Rebook at DXdelivery" What kind of service is this? I stayed at home for 2 days waiting on my package, One weekday and a SATURDAY! I even asked if they can leave it at the local post office and I can sign for it there. This is insane that a delivery company is this bad. At the minimum, they should contact you or leave it with a neighbor for heaven's sake. Some people work and live alone and have no one at home all day.

they have my phone number .no call at doorstep .just tx 15 min later to say needed signature. so returned to depot.take a day off and look out window?.bloody joke.why give these clowns government contract to deliver passports.cynical sods.

This place is a joke. I stayed in all day at my office with a manned reception to have a no show. They then have the Ordacity to suggest they tried to deliver the parcel at my office where I sat waiting until 6.10pm after their delivery cut off. This is a passport and visa I need for next week. Next delivery slot being Tuesday. I would never use this joke of a company again and cannot advise you enough to avoid this company like the plague

Didn't receive my parcel so contacted DX and they said it had been signed for and delivered. I advised them this was not the case and that I would have to take the issue up with the sender. Why, when it was DX's mistake. It seems there are so many bad reviews on DX. I will definitely not order from a company again who uses DX as their courier!!!
