Got to laugh ( or will cry) I ordered a bucket with mop on Amazon.£15 Had email saying DX would deliver between 0700 and 1700.. wasn’t t worried as if not in my neighbour takes things in. When got home there was a note through door saying it needed a signature so needed a redelivery. I logged on.. this was easy and thought I would get redelivery to my neighbour next day.. but on the site it said they needed my Id( passport or driving licence) given to said neighbour and that the neighbour also needed id or they would not leave it... well I’m not going to give my id to a neighbour so I took my id and arranged redelivery to my parents.. couple miles away..... to cut long story short... the delivery driver just left parcel on their porch... why didn’t they do that at my house? I then had to drive and collect it... so annoying... and it was obvious it was a bucket lol!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever to delt with!! They are giving you the time slot, and then the parcel is not being delivered. The courier ignores the customer, and when one tries to call multiple customer service (numerous times), they are useless. They can only read you what you can see by yourself in email. They won't contact the delivery guy even if they have his number they promise that delivery will be made and three days later you are still without the parcel even if you tell them how important it is. They behave not trustworthy. You have to call ten times to get in contact with anyone, and they are ignoring customers. They do not care about customers, so what's the point of keeping them. The complaint department ignores you in the same way. I waste three days waiting for my delivery. I order this for an older person who has to self-isolate and who can't do online shopping. I had organised a trip to this person based on what they told me when a parcel would be delivered because I had to take a day off and call them three times during the day of delivery and lie to you. For a long time, I didn't have such a horrible experience with any delivery company or customer service, not to mention complain department who is also only on paper because they are not there to support customers or do anything for you. Use this company only if you like to be mistreated, ignore, lie to, and don't care about your parcel. Please do not use this company. Support those professionals offering a professional attitude and care about customers and respect their clients. Companies like this one should not exist!

Absolutely awful, they promised a delivery of my passport on Monday for an essential flight on Wednesday for employment, and they didn’t deliver because of a minor road closure on a nearby small country lane. Didn’t even call me or notify me that the driver couldn’t be bothered. Ironic thing is all day Amazon and other couriers have been delivering non essential items yet apparently to DX an urgent return of a US visa promised by the US embassy isn’t important enough for a 2 minute detour.

Not sure how this company is even allowed to operate? Have had trouble with two separate items now. They lie about attempting delivery and lie about not being able to leave a calling card. I had to contact the shop I ordered from to find out where my item was - they have been told after failed attempts (lie) the item is now at depot. Customer service useless too. AVOIDING this company like the PLAGUE going forward whenever and wherever I can

We waited all day finally decided to check at 6pm tracking said we had a delivery 10.45. Strange as hubby nipped home to drop off a pasty and cake exactly at that time. Only delivery we saw today was tesco express at a neighbours. I mean really. I want to see photo. This was a heavy one as well. Obviously given to wrong property so we're out of pocket. Never heard of this company before but obviously there are some serious problems.

3 times I had my Delivery cancelled on me was told it req a signature so took time of work and woosh 1pm sorry we can’t deliver 🤬 really once yes at a push twice but three times. Cancelled the order and told the company I made the purchase from would be better using a carrier pigeon shocking

DX accepts parcels for areas it does not cover ??? They then hand them to equally inept courier who won't deliver until they have enough parcels to justify making a run to that area. Words really do fail to express my disgust at this shabby 5th rate bunch.

Shocking!! Where do I start.... I got an email to say that they will be delivering my parcel between 12:55 and 15:55 but it never arrived. I started tracking my item around 14.30 but the tracker disappeared and was unable to track any further progress of the delivery? I called DX and the man I spoke to about it said it was running late and should be here a bit later than stated. I accepted that to be true as it has been snowing and may take a little longer to get here. Lies! Nothing but lies!!!! Not only did it not arrive..... I received an email at 20:18 to say that they have delivered it. I have just checked on their website and it says that they have arranged a redelivery for the date I had requested ??? I haven't requested any other date. Besides that, they have already said that it's been delivered?? Avoid this company like the plague..

The tracking feature disappeared whilst tracking my parcel which was on route to me only not to be delivered at all.....then at 20:18 I received an email saying that they have delivered my parcel which I haven't received.? Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered via dunelm. They gave a delivery time of 8-8... contacted at 4 to see if they could give me a time, they told me they hadn’t received the order. Contacted dunelm who said they definitely had. When the paper work arrived, they had indeed received. Unfortunately had to return the same item, ONCE AGAIN did not turn up for an 8-8 pick up. They then lied, once again, and said they called 7 times and text. Horrendous company - absolutely infuriating, I would cancel an order if I see they are delivering!

Ordered a door. Received a text saying it would be delivered on Thursday between 10am and 6pm. Tracked parcel around my area but it never arrived. Following day another text saying the same thing. Then a third text saying they had attempted delivery. My neighbour watched the driver walk up to my back door, look in and walk away. I was home and sitting in my lounge. Contacted DX and was assured that driver rang bell and knocked on door. He didn’t. Was told he called my mobile. No he didn’t. No call received, none logged on my mobile and no message received. Now told it will be Monday. The customer service woman I spoke to couldn’t have cared less. No explanation as to why it wasn’t delivered on the Thursday and no explanation why I didn’t receive a phone call from driver. DX are typical of a lot of today’s companies. They don’t care as king as they get paid. Driver is in for an earful on Monday.

Waited in all day for parcel. A text comes through, sorry we missed you a calling card has been left. Lies. No calling card. Apparently this isn’t done even if you have your own post box. ( I phoned to check) Didn’t even attempt to try my buzzer. Shocking service to say the least

Failed to collect my passport when scheduled. Now I have been waiting to find out where my documents and passport is that should have been delivered to US Embassy several days ago. Cannot get through on phone..and ridiculous responses when I email.

I would give zero if possible, complete liars, have not delivered the item and say they have delivered it. when you ask them to update you they say they cannot do this and that you have to go back to the seller of the item!! DO NOT USE THIS CRIMINALS

Avoid them, they don't know how to do their job!! It's more likely to return the products instead of receiving it if you expect anything thru their services.

posted a parcel 2 months ago DX refuse to confirm where the paecel or or whether or not they have lost it They refuse to pay out compensation even though the parcel was sent insured They claim they are investigating and looking into this - this is a scam to avoid paying out for lost parcels as they are still investigating a lost parcel at least a month after it stopped moving on their tracking system Avoid at all costs they are worse than useless

This is the 4th day DX delivery have said they will deliver my parcel. For them to yet again drive past my house which I can see on the live tracking, then drive past it again and put it back into storage with no attempt to deliver my parcel. The company doesn’t seem to care when I email and just say it will be delivered the next day, then it happens again. I don’t know if I’m ever going to get my parcel.
