My wife paid extra for a healthcare product to be delivered the following day. DX made no attempt to deliver (I am at home on furlough) and as a result left no card. Their site said they had attempted delivery and left a card. We arranged redelivery for the following day and again nothing. Contacting them was useless as they said that they had no record of the item (even though according to them they had attempted delivery). They referred us back to the supplier who can't help as the courier has the item. Avoid DX at all costs they are rude and will lie point blank to you.

I ordered a product 4 days ago and my order was meant to arrive yesterday (Wed 13th January). I got a DX message saying it would arrive on that day but then l got another message next day saying that due to a network issue my order has been delayed till the next working day. I am still waiting for my products to arrive and hopefully I will get them today but it's a little disappointing services from DX. I just wondered if you could give me an update on when they will arrive. My consignment number is 10318665. Thank you Douglas Beattie

The worst courier company there is and i have tried many of them. Was badgered consistently for a year to switch our shipping account to them. My reward? Total loss of 3 consignments that were valued at a 5 figure sum and no accountability. Do not believe anything they promise on guarantees of service or delivery schedules. its all done on a wing and prayer with the reliance that you wont follow up on any indiscretions with DX and that they will just walk away from problems if they cant resolve it. Took it upon themselves to stop collections from my company site when they didn't want to face up to their complete lack of competence and am now taking them to court where i intend to wipe the floor with them. They are thieves and crooks and are systemic of a wider issue at large with the courier industry who are so hell bent on under cutting each other for customers, that they can then no longer to afford to pay to employ decent people who care about the quality of work they are providing. Avoid at all costs.

I've had 2 parcels in the last month and a bit marked as delivered at my address despite no parcel arriving - I was in both occasions and neither delivery was with a neighbour and not in the stairwell (i checked). Since initially contacting the customer service team, they've apparently attempted to organise redelivery twice, however, unsurprisingly, on the day I receive an email saying they can't be delivered (no attempt, no explanation). When emailing customer service, they can offer no explanation, just 'there's no information on the system'. I want to be clear that I live on a main street in a capital city, not an unmarked house in the country - this is not a difficult delivery address, and in fact have no issue with the Royal Mail or other couriers. DX are at best incompetent and at worst a scam operation. Avoid at all costs and use a courier that actually delivers your package.

Should have been delivered on the 8th, no show. Received a text from DX stating delivery this morning, then an update stating delivery on Monday. Absolutely atrocious. Have emailed the company from where I got the order from to complain.

I was expecting to have an order delivered on the 6th January. I received tracking information from DX to confirm this. The order did not arrive. On the 7th January, the tracking page still said my order would arrive on the 6th, but it also said that the item had been scanned at their depot on the 7th. On the 8th the tracking page again said my order would arrive on the 6th, and again said that my package had been scanned at their depot on the 8th. A van did arrive later that day, and the driver and I spend 20 minutes looking for the package, but it was not there. DX was contacted by the company that had sent me the order and they were told that my package was on the van and would be delivered later that day (the 8th). But of course it did not come. It is now the 9th and the tracking page still says my order will arrive on the 6th. I have no idea when it will arrive. I have asked my supplier to put another parcel in the post using Royal Mail.

Three failed deliveries. I purposely rebook online and called them to leave delivery instruction on how to access into my flat and even asked them to call my number if there is any problem. But no surprise after waiting for one whole day, I got an email saying I was not home again, for the third time. Ridiculous. Never had issue with other companies like Amazon prime, royal mail, hermes and Dhl. As bad as yodel. No other company had problem to access my flat. Update after two months, I asked the seller to refund two months ago and got refunded by Amazon immediately. But this morning I got a rude phone call this morning saying I have a delivery, I had no idea what it was, so I asked the driver, he rudely replied ur delivery and u dunno. Turns out it is the parcel I ordered two months ago and they missed three times and I already got the refund. What a joke, what a quality of service and attitude. Glad that they finally got the delivery instruction correct after two months. Avoid DX and Yodel at all cost.

I have just had a parcel delivered and i must say i am at odds with the previous reviews.The weather was snowy+wet and yet it was delivered only a few minutes outside the delivery slot advised,text notifications+great tracking. Well done DX!

I paid for a next day delivery, they didn't even bother to come collect the parcel or send an update. Terrible. Avoid.

Item was supposed to be delivered 9.1.21 they tried to deliver 5.1.21 and of course nobody was in then said 6.1.21 between 9 and 5 nobody turned up. Checked automated service it now said 7.1.21 between 9 and 6 then it actually arrived. Awful service in my opinion

Worst delivery company I have EVER experienced. Told yesterday that my order of 2 cots would be arriving today. They didn’t turn up. I checked tracking and it still stated today. I tracked through their automated service and now it’s saying I have to BOOK a delivery date?? At no point have I received any commutation stating I needed to book a slot and in fact the tracking stated it was being delivered today. I tried to call customer services and 4 times someone answered and hung up the phone. Finally get through and the lady claimed I’d called the wrong department as this was a one man van delivery and she only did the two man van calls (stated she couldn’t deal with my call??) so put me back through to an automated service. Called again and this time she said she’d found it but they had the wrong door number and order name, then she said actually we don’t have any order for you??? So which one is it? I move house in two days and the automated service is now saying the earliest I can have it is the 11th, that’s 3 days after I move house. If you look at google reviews you will see it’s complaint after complaint, I’m not convinced in the slightest by the ones on here after reading those and my own experience. Now my twin babies will have no cots to sleep in and no where I can get them on time as we are as a country are in lockdown. I will be making a formal complaint to the ombudsman. I can’t believe a company this poorly run is able to continue. Disgusting.

Booked your courier through parcels to go the driver turned up took a picture of my house and drove off minus the parcels I then get an email saying they couldn’t collect and to rebook . Parcels to go have since rebooked this for me with another courier . The guy who took a picture didn’t get out of the van what’s that all about ?? Just put failed collection ??!!

Bad experience?! My order which was despatched in 1st week of December never reached me. Sendind company sent a replacement order in 3rd week of December and despite numerous e mails and phone calls nothing has appeared. I have now sat in the house waiting for four different supposedly delivery dates. This is nothing short of total incompetence and zilch customer service. Senders beware and DO NOT TRUST THIS CARRIER. I have had more useful toothache.

I am still waiting for the fourth attempt to deliver my parcel, I have never known such a useless courier company as this one. Use any other alternative if at all possible.

Ordered 2 gifts from Ernest Jones for delivery 30th December. Dx didn’t deliver on the 30th but on tracking the items they were both out for delivery on the 31st, delivery was not attempted and on tracking the items have been rescanned back in to Dx service centre late afternoon. 5 days later still waiting, no one at Dx can tell me when I will receive these now very late gifts.

DX DELIVERY - THE USED COVID TEST EXPERTS. As the title suggest, I came home on CHRISTMAS EVE to find a coronavirus test had been posted through my letterbox. This would normally not be a problem until I noticed that the test was used and unsealed. DX decided to deliver this to me instead of some olive oils. Upon the advise of my doctor, my family were told to self isolate for 10 days, this only ended yesterday. During this time the test we received was sent away for testing, This came back POSITIVE, So for Christmas my family recieved a used, positive covid test from DX. As anyone would, I contacted DX in order to get this resolved. After several hours of trying to get someone to contact me I finally received a phone call from KELVIN - The Customer Service Manager. Kelvin was extremely rude and unhelpful. With his complete lack of professionalism and empathy towards the situation. The phone call ended with nothing being sorted out and with me feeling like I was the one in the wrong. Kelvin kept changing his story on where my actual parcel was (I am still yet to have any contact or an update of any description since the 30th of december, when a phone call was promised each day for an update. An apology and resolution is all that were needed. Two very simple things that Kelvin seems completely incapable of doing. Along with this, there is also somebody that now wont know there test is positive. I am still waiting for your return call as promised. Hopefully we can get this resolved today, before I'm forced to take more drastic action.
