Posted my order on 13th May the enclosed cheque was cashed on 29th May& despite 3 emails & countless phone calls that go unanswered I still have not received any items. I will not order from them again & will take the matter further if no response, or cancel the order and request a refund.

I really can't give 1 star but as that is the only way to write a review I had to. More than a month overdue on delivery dates given by them with no amendment or revised date...and still NONE of the items. Emails only go to an automated response, with all excuses based on Covid restrictions hindering their workplace, but my order was made 29th May and this was nothing new on that date. They are still advertising the products I ordered as being available...when for 2021??? They are not honest and make it impossible for communication. Their brochures will be binned without hesitation...and as I am in the healthcare industry I will share my experience with clients and colleagues.

Ordered 13/06/20. Delivered 26/06/20. Delivery not accepted because package damaged and leaking. Returned via Hermes. Reported same day to Easylife. Filled in website form twice asking for an up date on delivery. No response. Received your new catalogue on the post today and are glad to see that you have dropped your Trust Pilot claim to be the greatest. Still awaiting some contact. Not hopeful.

We know its COVID but I feel distressed and exceptionally disappointed with my recent purchase. Ordered 12 May PPE and 2 items were not available, 1 expected 26 May and 2nd due 15/6. I rang up end of May to ask why a part order had not been sent. Although the operator said 'we don't do that any more' the website still states they do. I wish I had cancelled my order then because the message given out from opening to close was saying 'the lines are very busy please call back later'. My order had changed to Allocated-awaiting picking. I emailed and completed a message online several times, no contact. I rang sales and they refused to help. I then found an organisation called Resolve online and I completed the registration and then a complaint form asking them to cancel my order. I got a reply just a standard one saying sorry and bear with us. I sent 4 of these and the same message came back. Obviously they never read the form at all. I have received my parcel today. I have not opened it yet I just want to send it back. To complete this review I had to tick a star but wanted to put no stars at all. Disgraceful. I believe they allocated more than they received and we had to wait for new stock. Even now their adverts are all over the place saying their products are in stock. A couple of friends have experienced the same as me although their orders did not include the PPE.

Worst ever UK online purchase Worst ever UK online purchase. I ordered 3 items 5 weeks ago and despite them showing "fully allocated-awaiting picking" they have still not been delivered. I have phoned about 12 times and only managed to get through once. I was caller 96 with an estimated wait of 58 minutes. I was so desperate that I held on and got to caller number 2 and the line went dead. I have emailed at least 10 times, including a complaint and never had a reply. I have had items delivered from China during this time and most UK companies are delivering within 3 to 4 days. Amazon are still achieving next day deliveries. My guess is that Easy Life are going bust and are taking in as much money as they can before the event. I have lost £50.00 so be warned. Dont touch this lot with a barge pole. There are plenty of other companies who sell the same items.

I published a virtual book on Trustpilot regarding my experiences with Easylife. Money taken but no goods. 20 plus emails. Couldn't get through on phone. Only managed to get refund ( in 2 stages !! ) after getting CEO s email address. 6 wasted weeke Will never use again

Payment went through 5 weeks ago. No sign of goods. Impossible to contact by phone - except 0800 order line. No response to e mails which referred to legal action. Don't use this company.

have had same experience as all the other poor people let down badly ordered surgical masks waited a long time two days later received another order of masks and have been charged twice. Sent back second order ,e-mailed ,rang several times ,no joy ,no refund, take note anybody thinking of buying from these people, be warned you could regret it !!

I order face masks and despite e mails was unable to contact this company regarding delivery. Phone calls were impossible with always a waiting time of 8 or 9 people in front of me. Eventually after one month from 25th of a May when I ordered the items they turned up. One was faulty but I was reluctant to return it as it would have taken forever to receive a replacement. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

My order went in on the 16th of June / turn around 3 days - I've had automated emails talking about delays and on 26 June I was told the goods were on way and that they could be tracked. The tracker did not work. 5 days later - nothing has been received. I contacted customer services and got an autmomated email saying that they were experiencing delays. The 'phone lines were jammed and I was asked to call back later. I triend their order line and got through in 3 minutes. The order line is in South Africa. Naturally she could not help, but intereseting that they are still taking orders. Don't bother to put an order in would be my advice!

They took my order, didn't deliver, then when I canceled the order, they charged my card. Customer service wont pick up the call - they just cut you off. Emails aren't answered. I have called 7 times, and emailed 4 times and got no response at all. Don't use them as you won't get the goods or your money back.

Money taken from my account for something I knew nothing about have spoken to a member of staff who said it was a mistake,not going to ever use this company again

I am giving them 2 star reason being I've been ordering from this company for a couple of years & never experience any problems before until recently. I order a ladder for my father, unfortunately it was too heavy & items missing. Tried calling them on several occasion and was waiting up to 20mins before getting disconnected. Emailed them still no response. I have now return the goods by Hermes . Still no sign of a return very disappointed. Spoke to my credit card company and they advise I will have to wait 30days before they can look into this.

Ordered masks on 15/05/2020 and despite repeated requests and excuses they finally arrived on 27/06/2020 of course blaming the virus. By the time I received the end is in sight. But they still state that delivery is 3-5 days. So what sort of outfit are they???. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. COMPLETE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

Easy life are beyond terrible. Ordered via phone was told items are in stock. Their website said items in stock. Delivery date 9/6/20. Nothing Tried phoning no one to answer, phone is cut off But If you ring to order something you get through Straight away. I have just had a phone call from easylife saying as an existing customer I am entitled to a discount, how can they have the bare faced cheek to phone me to make an order when they cannot answer a customer service call. Woman today could not help me with my existing order. It all beggars belief. I emailed them 3 days ago to cancel my order with a request to email me back acknowledging my cancellation. I have not heard from them. Easylife is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal Just read the drop down form It is not applicable. As my order has yet to be sent

Made an order on 10th June - 2 weeks later item still shown on their tracking as 'waiting to be picked'. The only response given by customer services was they are busy due to Covid-19. I am sorry we are all in the same boat with that. Easylife should make it clear their 3-5 day delivery period is being ignored but no, they took the money and to date have not even 'picked' the goods for delivery - I would avoid any purchases from them and could not in all good consciousness recommend them. Please take time to read other reviews I didn't.

Expected delivery date of order was 11th June, received email on 14th June saying order had been dispatched also given a reference no to track delivery(Royal Mail). Still waiting for delivery can't contact via phone as always to many waiting, the twice I was connected I was no 49 in the queue, disconnected when no 35 and the second time I was no 199 with a 93 minute wait. The reference number for tracking delivery is incorrect and can't be used.

Wouldn't even waste my time writing a review that are that bad!!!! Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Shocking, can't get in touch, no reply to emails, no delivery, their promises are totally worthless

Ordered an item on 10 April received 10 May damaged and unusable. Tried to get through on phone - impossible. Emailed 12 May - no reply to this day! Eventually spoke to operator on 22 May and told to return would replace NOT refund. Courier picked up 26 May - not received confirmation of receipt. They have charged me. Tried to get through on phone - impossible. Emailed again - no reply. If you telephone to place an order - they reply pdq. Don't even deserve ONE star for customer service and query handling!!!
