Absolutely shocking delivery service. I have been waiting for exactly one month for an item that cost twelve quid, after almnost 40 minutes in a phone queue today (at a cost that exceeded the cost of the item) I was told that it will be another 10 to 12 days. IF YOU'VE GOT ANY SENSE YOU WILL STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOT.

My elderly mother ordered nail doctor in June. She never received it but the company still charged her for it. Despite countless emails to the company, they have never replied. Yet they still send out Email adverts to try and get further sales. Just in case someone from the company is reading this, I will not let this rest and I will not let my mother be ripped off. All I am reporting are the facts. Social media is a very powerful tool and I’m sure my reporting of such facts will generate a lot of negative interest unless you sort this out. And fast.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I totally agree that this company should be investigated for criminal activity!! I placed an order on 22/6 for some face marks advertised in a national paper. On 23/6 I received an email advising "YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY! IT'S ALL BEEN PACKED UP AND HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR TRACKING DETAILS" You guess! It still hasn't found it's way to me!! I emailed them to enquire, and received an identical email as the first one advising yet again, "YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY! IT'S ALL BEEN PACKED UP AND HAS LEFT OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR TRACKING DETAILS." Like other reviewers, I've tried calling umpteen times, the last time 10 minutes before writing this review, but all to no avail. Can't get through to anyone. My bank account has of course been debited although emails have stated accounts were NOT debited until orders were despatched!! Ha! To rub salt into a festering and very angry wound, I received a call from Easylife on 16/7 but instead of the expected apologies and reassurances they were calling with an offer seeing as I was 'ONE OF THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS'. I did feel a bit sorry for the young lady I took my frustrations out on and all she could offer was to put me through to 'that department because she couldn't help' but I slammed the phone down in my anger. I knew what would happen though, the phone wouldn't be picked up. They are just not communicating !! Anyway, following that cold call I received an email the following day advising that my 'replacement order had been authorised'. I just want my money back and told them this (and other things besides!) in an email on 23/7. Guess what. I received another automated response on the same day advising "WE'RE SORRY.... YOUR DELIVERY WILL TAKE A LITTLE LONGER" BLAH BLAH BLAH. Like many reviewers I am elderly and living on a pension and I'm so incensed that this company may probably get away with £30+ of my money. I'm certainly going to do all I can to try and ensure they don't though! My wish is that this review along with all the others will help stop other people from making similar mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

This company should be investigated for criminal activity. I have not received summer plants ordered 37 days ago. They issued a dispatch note 26 days ago to say the order was now on its way - it wasn't. Their next email (in response to my query) 10 days ago completely contradicted their dispatch note as in this one they said the order would now be delayed. They also advised not calling as they are short staffed and it probably won't be answered. I am now going to open a dispute through paypal. I sincerely wish I'd read these other reviews first.

Ordered items in May and cheque cashed within 10 days. Order still outstanding two months later despite three e-mails sent. Tried to telephone them but put in queue with 96 others also waiting. Have received 3 new catalogues since original order. Will not deal with them ever again.

My experience is similar to other 1 star reviewers below. Placed order 3/7, email to say it had been dispatched on 7/7, credit card charged the same day. Still not arrived. Sent email 23/7 received auto reply blaming everything on Covid 19 but assured me that my credit card would not be charged until the order had been dispatched!!!!!! However, the worst thing is that I received an email from Easylife on 22/7 saying that they have face masks available and I can order them with 15% off. I do no understand how Easylife can be canvassing for other orders when they are not fulfilling the orders they already have.

Like the other reviewers I too find Easylife support abysmal. After much wrangling and waiting my order eventually arrived but was short of an item priced at £29.99. The full amount of my order however had been withdrawn. Phoning is useless and all emails have gone unanswered. I have been robbed and want some answers.

I have put a review on Trustpilot ,all I can say is don’t use this company in all of my 71 years this is the worst company I have had to shop with ,avoid them like the plague.

Placed an order, they took my money but no goods have arrived after 6 weeks. They dont answer the phone and dont reply to emails. Have heard many stories now of elderly people waiting months for their goods.

Your company stinks ordered things early June still nothing.can't get through iPhone or email.if you do you are pushed polar to post .DO NOT USE THEM.

I would have give it 0 review but i couldnt. I placed two seperate orders and the cancel them both for no reason. I spend over 2 and half hours trying to sort it out. I thought i had it sorted then the cancelled the orders again. They havent a clue. Would not recommend anything but easy. Its a joke

Ordered and paid for 8 Fuchsia plants in mid May; told they would arrive early June because of Covid delay; chased in mid June to be told they had been dispatched by Hermes in early June. The tracking number given did not exist. Money taken in May. Chased again mid June with no success. Today I received the first of my dispatches - with an apology that 2 of my Fuchsia plants of £4.99 had been replaced with 2 dwarf marigolds!!!! - hardly like for like!! A derisory insult. There is no way to make a complaint or to get a decent response - or to speak to anyone who is willing to listen and rectify a problem - never again

DO NOT ORDER FROM EASYLIFE! Made an order for face masks on 4/7/20, (quite important you would think being we are in our 80's!) however it is now 21/7/20! We have had no word from them, they do not respond to emails, you can't get through to customer service as you are generally 100th in cue and after 40 minutes it usually cuts off! Of course you do get through to new order line much much faster but then they transfer you to the customer services who are non existent! Getting nowhere and until I get the masks, we dare not leave the house!

Please do NOT use this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed my order on 2nd June 2020 and my credit card was debited that day. Emailed their Customer Support team several times and they have not replied to any of them. Cannot get through on the phone. Then received an email on 7th July 2020 saying my order had been despatched. When I track the parcel with Hermes, they say they are still waiting for the parcel from Easylife - it is now 16th July !!! We all accept that these are unprecedented times, but their assertion that credit/debit cards are not charged until items are despatched is totally untrue. I have used Easylife for many years but will never use them again and would suggest no one else does either.

I am absolutely fuming and wish I had read this page full of complaints weeks ago. I did an online order for face masks on 5th July. My money was taken out of my account on 8th July. I received the email on 9th July saying my order had been dispatched. It is now July 18th. Where is my order. I tried to get hold of someone on the phone loads of times yesterday, but no success. So sent them an email. I On top of that the company have taken even more money out of my account. It remains to be seen whether they reply to my email. The only thing I can do now is to see someone at my bank and hope I can get my money back. I am so angry. They don't deserve the 1 star I have given them.

Order placed weeks ago initiall email accepting order phoned to chase was told one item was out of stock but was due in on 10 th July we agreed to give it till a few days after that and 17th July still no order or email. Why send brochures out if you cant fulfill the orders? Very disappointed
