It’s time to boycott eBay international for not doing there jobs properly also they don’t even care about us as paying customers the only way for a company to be shutdown is to speak truth where paying for something we don’t even have

Ebay sucks. It's gone downhill completely. Their customer service is horrible. Not to mention how now when he sells up on eBay you have to share it in order for people to view it. Over 75% of stuff sold on eBay. Comes from China and you can get it twice as cheap on temu or wish. And if you're a seller, you might as well sell on Facebook marketplace. You'll do a lot better. At least they have better customer service and take care of both their buyers and sellers. Unlike eBay.

Sold a camera worth £800 for £615 then was charged £180 for sale and 2 days promo.Pressed prom button to find more details and instead when active straight away with no way of stopping it. Even if u want promo the cost is disgraceful.Infact ebay fees are extortionate and why I will never sell on the site again,so if you don't want to be out of pocket by this gready firm do not use like many people warned me which I should have heeded their advice.

Paid for an order on Ebay with a credit card. All of a sudden I am getting scam calls and there were 3 fraudulent charges from the state of Alabama. Whoever the thief was charged at Domino's and Burger King restaurants, of all places. Goodbye Ebay!

Ebay believes the customer is always right. Buyers are protected from scam sellers, but unfortunately, it does not work the other way around. If you are a seller getting scammed by a buyer, there is not much you can do about it. It's a site for dishonest buyers. Sell elsewhere!

Sold so reproduction shirts on ebay. Kept getting another member reporting me. Anyway sold some authentic shirts and ebay banned me for 10 days. After 4 days ebay wiped my account because of my listings which ate all brand new with tags from the stadium store. They've wiped negative feedback I've left on a sellers pages who's got more negative than positive. I believe the platform is one big scam and not run properly. Banning me for not enough description is pathetic and whilst on a ban suspending my account. Keep your account I don't wanna sell on it anymore like lots of people that have had enough of the platform. Used to be great about 10 years ago. Absolute joke now

DO NOT SELL ON EBAY AS A BUSINESS - We started to sell products all with no issues and fulfilled on time, no complaints and then the account was suspended for no reason - they were unable to provide the reason or reactivate the account but were quite happy to retain all of our money which in any other circumstance is theft.

Agents all gave me incorrect advice in dealing with a customer who ripped the item I sold her (after the 30 days), they said I could remove her nasty negative feedback but then changed their minds, said it's her opinion. Will close my account after 20 years now, such awful customer service.

I had my eBay account for 22 years. Recently my bank account was fraudulently accessed twice. Not from information on a debit card but from the banking information I provided for eBay selling payout. I just called an eBay representative and told him I wanted to delete my banking information and he was more than happy absolutely ecstatic to close my 22-year account.! That tells me there's an issue!. Speaks volumes to me. I had a 100% seller rating. That's all washed down the drain now!. You've been fair warned!. I would not even purchase anything from eBay ever again!

Ebay is no longer what it used to be!!! I´ve been a regular vinyl record buyer on eBay for years but eBay is NO longer what it used to be!!! As a prove; many records sellers/shops have disappeared or stopt their business. Too expensive and not trustable anymore! A shame...

I had a dreadful experience with ‘Hand Picked Threads’ and would never risk purchasing from them again . I am not allowed to appeal the sellers decision not to refund ( no reason given ) and my negative review has been removed from the site . No explanation for that either .

I love ve eBay! I've bought hundreds of items through eBay, and sold a few things too. I've never had any issues with the platform, although I've had a few cases when the vendor failed to send me what I'd bought. But in every case, eBay refunded my money.

eBay Rahul K. eBay Customer service” received a complaint in regards to an account hack the money was taken out of my account regardless of the proof of payment and the proof that my account was hacked. The money was not returned to me and my case was dismissed. I would just like to warn anybody linking their bank account cards to eBay and then seeking help from the customer services. This has caused a lot of distress.

Awful service. They blocked my account after my first ever post! They didn’t even say why. I didn’t nothing wrong. I listed everything requested.. They said I cannot use the platform because my post was suspicious?? Like what.

Restriction reason: High risk selling. I was selling 4 years with good account metrics and always shipped on time. Paid a lot as eBay fee, paid for eBay ads, accepted all returns. And one day on April 2024 they sent me suspension and blocked selling account and froze money. Hey eBay, what is going on??? Never will sell again there. we spent a lot of time creating good listings, had a lot of reviews but they just stop all things. NEVER RECOMMEND WORK WITH THEM. THE WORST PARTNER EVER.

The ,money back guarantee it's a lie. I both and item , the seller possibly sanded the package 10 days after. The tracking shows as delivered I didn't get any parcel ,but eBay is not going to refund me the money , because I don't have proof that it was not delivered . Despite the fact that the photo of the delivery proof on the delivery company website clearly showing that it was delivered somewhere else .I actually was talking with eBay customer service were very rude customer service assistant was yelling at me that they see that the package was delivered close to my house and that is good eave as proof of delivery, and he disconnected the call .eBay don't care about customers ,and the money back guarantee does not exist. I don't recommend buying anything on eBay you will lose a money just like I did. eBay is not safe .

This is the culmination of around 2-2.5 months of back and forth with eBay Customer "Service". I got scammed by a buyer after the buyer claimed he "didn't need an item" due to it arriving late (Thanks USPS!). He decided to keep it anyway & refused to pay. After several calls to customer "service" & chat sessions, I'm now being told today that, not only was my (Multiple!) requests for escalation never acted on, but now, since it's conveniently been a month since the last conversation (after I was told to wait!), there's nothing they can do.
