Ebay joining in on the "cancel culture" and banning books and everything else you don't "approve of" tell me this, where in history has banning books ever worked out? I hope you guys go broke..where can I get a copy of Mein Kampf?

The seller sends me an empty bag. The USPS put a Green label, mark no contents, bag damage, or open. The seller lies and ignores me. Open case in eBay and the cases close. eBay's decision was the item showed delivery at the address.

Ebay provide customers the worst service. I bought an item from a seller who doesn't accept returns. The contents inside the mailing box arrived damaged. They blame the post office when the mailing box is intact ( no damage ) but the buying item is defective There's no way to contact an ebay representative, only by messages online, not either by phone So there's no way to explain exactly what the problem is. Ebay STINKS !

Ebay treats sellers with utter contempt. The concept of ebay is great, but get a problem and it soon becomes a nightmare. It's customer service is appalling. A tiny issue can escalate into account suspended due to the frustration of sending dozens and dozens and dozens of emails to people who at best can not speak or read English, to at worst being wound up to frothing, to entertain it's customer service staff. I have never in all my life, seen a businesses customer service actively trying to bring its own company down, as i have with ebays customer service. They act like the police of a rouge state would, restricting, suspending and banning people for the most ridiculous things, yet the real crooks and swindlers go unpunished, while all the while Chinese sellers selling tat continue to sell....tat. Ebay only survives because of it's sellers, no sellers, no buyers. They only survive for now because they have no real auction rival. As soon as one turns up, most of its sellers will jump ship, and ebay is finished or at best end up selling only Chinese tat. I do believe ebay are only 1/10th of the auction market possible, they have alienated the rest of it!!

Absolutely shocking that they don't support sellers with disputes. A buyer returned an item that was damaged by the buyer, had 2 missing parts and also box ripped on return inspection. I appealed with ebay. Buyer was nasty in messages and unreasonable. EBay refused to remove the negative feedback. I felt they didn't even look into the case and straight away sided with the buyer. This is totally unacceptable.

EBay used to a good sellers platform. Since they went to the Managed Payment System it is terrible. EBay wants your personal information such as your social security number, of asks you to open a business account registering your information with the State. EBay will not send sellers funds to PayPal anymore.

I tried to return a purchase as it did not work. Tried repeatedly to print the return label and got a message that says “Oops, something went wrong on our end. Please try again later”. I did day after day to no avail. Finally on the last day l could get a refund l managed to reach someone who instantly sent me a return label, and l got it in that day’s mail at the post office only to receive a notice of no refund allowed because too much time had gone by. “Oops our fault” is not a way to run a business. I am out 32 dollars but l would never buy anything from eBay ever again.

Ebay is a joke. There are wonderful sellers on this site, mixed in with SCAM artists, and Ebay will never step in to help, no matter what.

Worst place to sell specially if you're a trader Traded for so many years as a seller and work hard for my 100% feedbacks but shame i have now decided to stop trading because of one sided ebay policy for buyers even when willing to provide evidence the item is working fine still they don't care so keep losing postage fees both ways + packaging and time.

I have money in the bank. Reviews are saying sellers getting scammed. So they let scammers buy. I have bought a few things with no problems. They wont let me buy a $325 item. Never heard if a company that wont let you buy for no reason. Just bought the item simewhere else. Whoever is running Ebay is definitely a moron.

More of a moan than major issue. Ordered an item which arrived next day! Amazing service but the packaging arrived all but destroyed and taped up. This is most likely down to the carrier(royal mail delivered it) as wiper blades are usually kept safe incase of damage! EBay does not give enough characters to explain things, nor do they allow images as proof. When leaving feedback there should be a "condition" to fill in as this would help sellers chose a decent carrier. Nobody wants to leave poor feedback as it might not be the sellers fault but an ability to score packaging etc seems vital.

Ebay stole $300 in gift cards from me. I put the Gift Cards into my account and then they took the money away. When I emailed them multiple times they asked for pictures of the receipts, activation codes a hand-written note with the date and user ID and after I sent all of that multiple times they keep asking for the same stuff over and over again and won't give me the $300 for my gift cards that I bought from Giant Eagle that I cannot use because they won't let me worst company I've ever dealt with

Ebay is very much not new user friendly. I went on to buy a few items and they blocked my card and paypal. They told me it might get resolved sometime in the next 24-48 hours. All the items I committed to pay for were lost and I look like a idiot that couldn't pay for my items. I tried to pay for them 10 plus times over 30 some hours. Talk about embarrassing. They have strayed from what made them great in the beginning. Such a loss. New customer

Ebay has become a joke. In my opinion the worst possible place to shop! . Sellers easily block any reviews of products. So if something has no reviews, DON'T BUY IT! . Seller reviews are horrible as well. If I understand it. Putting in my review (about seller only) because shipping no charge, as soon as I said I rcvd pkg on time seller was given AUTOMATICALLY 5 Stars!. I wanted 1 star, seller no replies to defective product. . I'll never buy anything from eBay again. Will close my PayPal & eBay as soon as my dispute with seller on my credit card is finished. . In my opinion, eBay has become a huge list of sellers who can easily rip you off. With help from eBay.

I ordered items for my boss, I had to email.them several.timez to let them know I never received it . They opened up a ticket and said they found the problem and I would receive my items and never did . I tried to call them and there is no customer service number so I went back on to email them again and they had no idea and couldn't find my.order so I never received my items and still.got.charged . I will go to better business bureau now to report them . Never again will I ever use ebay .my.boss is out 100 .

If I could give minus I would. I've I've items on ebay on and off for years. The off being when they have let me down. Yet again they have let me down no customer support at all. Basically been conned by a buyer of an expensive item. They advised you are in the right you've done everything correctly block and report the buyer did all that. They have refunded him £460 and I don't have my item back. Shocking customer service the advice when re contacting them, mmmm why don't you report the buyer. Done that, ok can I help you with anything else

customer service , JOKE they lie and do what ever it takes to get you off the phone , there is no customer service at ebay . prives keep going up as ebay keeps raising there fees although they say they will not , then they do , stores are cheaper with better guarentees , and as a seller ebays protection HA WHAT A FREAKING JOKE there is no protection , sell on facebook if yyou can , quote from ebay policy " ebat reserves the right too loosely enforce its policies " if that doesn't scare you good luck
