“Customer service is rude, they will not refund your money, they'll make excuses. Soon as my money was taken for item they informed me they found seller's account to be a problem, they stated item was no longer available, the seller was unreachable, yet they still wouldn't refund my money. DO NOT USE EBAY SCAMS LIVE HERE”

“there new payment without paypal. you sell , buyer pays ebay maybe 2 days later ebay holds your money.. you ship without tracking , however long it takes. if buyer doesn't give feed back good luck trying to get paid.. without confirmation ebay may not pay you for weeks or months.. who sells without getting paid for that long a time? thats what i seem to get from new system..”

“This is a scam by your seller. It may have been delivered but it was not delivered to me or my address! So why can you not get me a refund? Your seller also says it was shipped two days before I ordered, how can that be ? The shipping information your seller gave you is not for the item I ordered. My item weight over 300lbs the item supposed delivered by UPS to Swanky Sparrow in a different city, weighted 1 lb . Ebay does not protect there buyers.”

“Ebay changed their policy without telling sellers. They put my money on hold until the thing I sold arrives at the buyers address. Never happened in the last 15 yrs of selling. But now they put a hold on my money until I can prove it arrived.”

“Please !Be aware of the Ebay auto refund rule! Did not know it was on the setting of automatic refund and buyer also get to keep the product, it was damage from shipping? And buyer can keep it and also leave a neg feedback. So make sure you go into refund rule and make sure auto refund is turn off. I did not see this one coming. The buyer even asked for a return label, which stated that they pay return shipping, I send them a shipping label. Ebay said that is the rule. NOW! NO money! No product! No help! Understand the buyer side that they are disappointed about the purchase, they have the right! ? Refund and keep product and top with Neg feedback ! Thank God it was not anything real expensive, because you will be really, really, really mad !”

“I have been a loyal Ebay supporter… I have been a loyal Ebay supporter since the beginning.I annually spend thousands of pounds a year. This week I complained that an items never arrived. Ebay didn't help me at all and I am out of pocket with nothing to show for it. R.I.P ebay.”

“So I oder something. It Neverending arrived. Because the courier decided to be lazy and delivered ut infront of my lobby door where everyone gets access to the item.. Purolator told me they deliver it so its not there problem.. I contacted the seller. And he told me to file a police report. Wtf. I told them I need a refund or another item. They ignored me after that so I reported it to ebay. But as soon as the seller told them it was delivered because the courier update states that. Ebay closed my case so lost everything. Money and item . There no guarantee that if the courier fucks up ebay will help u. So ebay takes no responsibility.. if u call Amazon. And there delivery does that Amazon refund or delivers another package.. now im sitting here with no money to buy another break pads for my truck.. and especially now where I'm struggling to get by.. ebay doesn't care.. do not shop from ebay because if anything happens to package. Ebay won't help u”

“Ebay Commits FRAUD! Twice ebay has changed the Guaranteed Delivery date after the item was delivered late just to cheat their customers of the $5 fee. Their customer no service just made excuses even though they confirmed that the computer changed the date. then they lied and said it was an estimated date to which I corrected that "estimated" is the normal delivery, this was GUARANTEED! The latest item was #402584674229.”

“A buyer purchased some records in which the description was 'condition unknown.' Before posting, I once again told the buyer that the condition was unknown (not used for years). He said he hoped it was okay so I posted Special Delivery (at my expense to make sure they were insured in transit). Buyer has said they so not match the photos (he received all the records that were in the photos and listed clearly in the description). Then, when I would not refund, he said they were damaged. No evidence or details of how they are damaged. Went to resolution with eBay - I sent details of my complaint. They replied within minutes, so could not have bothered to look through messages between myself and the bonkers buyer. I now have to refund so have lost money on the postage both for delivery and the return.”

“A buyer lied and put negative rating on my page. Buyer even threatened to commit fraud to get their money back. Everything is documented. Would put zero stars but not available. I messaged eBay about this and they can tell me ... long story short is that this is a learning lesson. Seek other methods to sell your stuff. I have been with eBay for a long time and this is what they tell me. This is BS!”

“Ebay needs to review their customer service because they need to be fair with seller and buyer and should not be favoring just buyers. In the end its seller fees that pays off the eBays bill. When the buyer win the item and does not pay then Bay should automatically cancel after a day and relist the item.”
