I can alway find a wig that give me the confidence I want especially after Chemotherapy took all my hair and changed my appearance. I'm also on disability now and the prices are affordable. Thank You Kindly

I could find wigs that fit my face for some time. I lost my hair via Chemotherapy. I'm on disability and I can't afford to go th hair salons. I found a wig that only Ebonyline seems to have. I get many compliments and it has boost my confidence. Thank You Kindly

This is the first and last time I will order from them. They lack proper communication and transparency. I am starting to understand the low ratings, outside of those who do targeted reviews from them. It is truly sad, I really though they would be genuine, but I guess that is a lot to ask now a days.

Please don’t waste your money with this company. Their 7-day return policy is disregarded because they fail to respond to customer’s requests for a return or exchange, and when they finally do is to notify you that it’s been over 7 days so you have to keep their product. I was advised to report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for their unfair practices, and that’s exactly what I’m doing after I’m done with this review.

Worse customer service ever contacted them to let them know hair was missing they took forever to respond then told me no hair was missing I provided pictures that showed the proof of the missing hair offered no remedy they Also need to update the website with hair availability but when you order they will tell you the hair has to be ordered causing a delay

Fedex misdelivered my package and this website ebonyline refused to help me with a replacement. this is the worst company to order from. there customer service is terrible, they dont answer the phone when you call and when someone finally picked up, and hung right up in my face. this company cannot be trusted (BUYERS BEWARE) do not buy anything from this company, there are better websites that have good prices and great customer service, this company aint it.

I was having trouble with their website and I ordered a lace wig, but when I clicked on the order button nothing happened so I assumed that the item wasn’t ordered! , because, once you click the order and it goes through you instantly get a reading which says “THANK YOU YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED”. But I never got that so I kept on clicking and I clicked it five times! But when I checked my account I realized five different payments came out of my account ! So In all 900.00 Canadian dollars came out of my account! I sent them and email telling them I wanted to Cancel 4 of the orders and I just wanted one! Guess what they did. They kept 10.00 on each of the 4 orders and never gave me my full refund on each order! Be aware of this company !!

I will never order from this website again. First of all nothing is never in stock I cancelled the last order because I didnt want to wait for the items to be restocked they sent half of my refund back to my card. The other half took about 3 weeks NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I been order the hair on there 7/10/23 they send me my delivery number Tuesday July 11 no update about shipping it’s been 2 weeks don’t order there scam everyone they never give our money back

Please listen to other reviews concerning this site. I ordered five wigs and could not one exchange for a different color. Before I could finish the chat with Zahid she cut me off. Amazon is better than this site.

They didn't deliver my order. I messaged them after 17 days and the service rep was so rude to me. I am still waiting on my order or refund till now. It's been 20 days since. They are the wort! Bad customer experience.

I agree with the others. Their customer service is awful!! I ordered something that was the wrong length. I chatted with them explaining this and they told me we’ll send you a return label for you to return it. I was waiting for them to start raining again to let me know what the process was for me to receive another item that I ordered. I had to initiate the the question asking will you be sending me the correct item? The reply I received was you will need to return what you received first and get a refund and you’ll have to place a new order. Who has time for that? I needed the item when I needed it, not have to receive it wrong, return it back due to their mistake, get refunded, order another one and receive it. Additionally, they will send an email stating that something is out of stock when they show that it is in stock online, very deceiving. You’re taking your chances if you order from them.

Don't waste your time or money on this site! Their customer service is terrible. They are quick to take your money but when getting refunded you will wait forever. You pay for shipping only to find out they take a over a week to ship it, never again will I order from them.

I place an order for product their website stated was IN STOCK then place another order for some crochet hair for my daughter. The second order was given a tracking number but not the first. This was odd to me and when I inquired, three of the four items I ordered was OUT OF STOCK. Instead of them saying that, they said nothing. They lead me to believe the items were in stock so I would order and pay for them is how I feel. It was about getting the money in my opinion. When I reached out to the rep on chat because I could not find a customer service number, she told me the items were out of stock. I immediately requested to cancel the order and refund my money. Thank God I paid via Pay Pal because they did refund my full payment immediately while on the chat. I previously stopped shopping with Ebonyline because the customer service was TERRIBLE but I figured after a couple years it may have gotten better, but needless to say, it didn't. First, before I ordered I contacted customer service via email and asked about the appearance whether it had a true scalp. They didn't know nothing about nothing. She said she didn't know about the product and couldn't answer me. So I ordered the wig and it didn't have a scalp. It was ugly and cheap and now they want me to pay to send it back. Second, the other wig looked nothing like the photo the color was not #2 which is dark brown but was black. It was short and way too tight. Both wigs were garbage!

I Purchased a frontal piece for my hair in early December, 5 days later it said that the item had shipped. I looked up the tracking # that they sent me and it says the item has never been sent. When I emailed the company they assured me that my item was on its way and I should have had it before Christmas. The item still has not arrived and we are past Christmas now. I wrote them asking for a refund since I never received my item and they are refusing me one saying that the item is still in route and gave me another tracking number that say that the package still has not been sent. This is the worst experience that I have had with buying hair. Stay away from this company and let the BBB know of their sales practices

Just like other women in the comments, my package was marked as delivered but not actually delivered to the correct address and I had sent Ebonyline proof from my RING camera and the picture provided by the FEDEX driver. Which happens to be a picture of the ground... NO PACKAGE. The first email that I sent, Ebonyline completely ignored me even with the proof I sent attached to the email. My second attempt, I reached out to Ebonyline again, this time via Paypal. My dispute was denied because Ebonyline stated that my package was delivered to the correct address provided by the customer. Therefore, I contacted Ebonyline again stating that I’ve been a customer since highschool… never asked for a refund, had any issues or anything else. I also stated that FEDEX is willing to provide the proof as well so that my issue can be resolved. FEDEX also stated that, Ebonyline would have to contact a certain department for the information and open up an investigation, but in all honestly the proof of delivery itself should be enough because the package wasn’t stolen or lost but delivered to a different address not listed via the delivery driver and the open complaint, I have on him. Ebonyline responded back stating that they've only seen three orders made from my account. I let them know my address and email I had in high school I no longer use of course. Therefore, you wouldn't see all my orders… which was very unprofessional. Let's start there. Second, the Paypal was denied because it was delivered to the correct address listed. Although, I sent proof it wasn't yet that’s the excuse they gave Paypal. Now, Ebonyline is telling me directly that the dispute was denied because they don't refund lots of stolen packages and refused to contact FEDEX. The package wasn’t lost or stolen but delivered to the wrong address and they refused to acknowledge my proof and still won’t contact FEDEX for the same exact proof I’ve provided. Ebnoyline also stated that if it sent FEDEX ground the lost or stolen policy wouldn’t apply. FEDEX verified it was sent through ground. I can’t believe a company would behave as such… from now on I will only order from Sam’s Beauty going forward. I am asking for a refund because I had to turn around and buy bundles and a closure from my local beauty supplies store to replace the wig. I haven’t seen my husband in a while since he’s stationed and 65 hours away from me. I was so excited to celebrate our anniversary and get cute for him… Ebonyline almost ruined that moment for me. I'm happy I got to the beauty store in time for another option. Now I just want to be refunded and never use their company again. I plan to post this review everywhere I can and contact the BBB about this issue. I’ve also heard individuals talking about a class action lawsuit and I am very much interested. This issue seems to be every time someone gets a wig via FEDEX; out of all the times I ordered before and successfully received a package it wasn't through FEDEX but Priority Mail.

Beware! Fraudulent company! They need to be investigated! They don't even deserve 1 star. I spent $59 on 2 wigs. I was later informed by email that one the items was not available and I had 3 days to chose an alternative product and inform them. They did not even have the decency to discuss refund option. I immediately replied to their email (within hours) stating that I was not interested in alternative options. I wanted exactly what I paid for or nothing at all but my money back. They ignored my email and chaser. I had to jump on the chat on the website to discuss my order with someone. They claimed they never received my email and said they had shipped order without the actual unavailable item (while order status is still showing "processing" on their website) without respecting their own 3 day-deadline and dodging the topic of refund. In the end, I paid for an unavailable product listed as available on the website and won't get my money back. Besides I have no guarantee I will receive the other item. Unprofessional, rude, careless, unethical, a disgrace of a "company" (especially that Dae I was in touch with on the chat). Ladies, please do not waste your time and money on this website. You will be deceived. I hope this helps.
