I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order , no reply to email , waiting ages to talk to someone in customer service. When I finally got through ( 20 min holding ) I was told my order had shipped so I asked for a tracking number, which she couldn't give me and said it would be emailed to me , this was a blatant lie to get me off the phone. I still haven’t got my product, money has been taken and as I can't get any straight answer from them I have no idea if I’ll ever get my product that I ordered !! Do not use this firm!!

Ordered 2 items 10/01/15 long reach telescopic hedge trimmer and helmet ear protectors and face mask ordered online 3/5 days delivery well I finally got the goods hedge trimmer 28/01/15 and mask 02/02/15. I have emailed them 6 times and only 1 reply asking me for a customer order no which I have never had and an account no never had this either. Telephoned so many times and expected to wait in a queue for 24mins OMG I have never purchased anything from such an awful company the customer service is non existant and I will never buy from them again never mind how good the products are the stress of trying to get these items is awful. Stick with amazon they keep you up to date with delivery.

I placed an order (18915) for a leaf blower EKELVV2 and Collection Bag EKELV2B on the 31/11/0214 and like everyone else who has posted a review about Eckman, was told items were out of stock. I emailed Eckman and they replied saying that the bags would be delivered mid Dec 2014 and the leaf blower mid Jan 2015. I called customer services and got no reply. On the 19/01/2015 I called your 02034550497 number and after 15 mins of being put on hold, I was put through to one of your Customer Service team who told me that both items were being dispatched that evening. On 26/01/2015 I called again and was told that there had been a problem with the Courier and the items will be with me on Jan 28th, and guess what nothing arrived! So today 02/02/2015 I phoned Eckman and was told that my order had been dispatched on the 31/01/2015, which I find very confusing because I was told twice that the order had been dispatched on Jan 19th. I told your Customer Service rep that I know longer wanted the items and wanted to cancel the order because I have been given excuses excuses about the delivery of the items I have ordered. Your Customer Service rep said that they could not cancel the order and I would have to send the items back once they have arrived for a refund.

I purchased a long reach hedge cutter and find it excellent; also I do not remember having any trouble with delivery. Now I had it in mind to buy another piece of equipment. But after reading these reviews I would not touch this company with a barge pole. It's only by complaining or taking into account the experiences of other buyers and, like me acting accordingly that these companies will come to realise how to treat customers and potential customers. Order no 20058 Cancelled xmas order because didn't arrive on time. Goods arrived early January, refused to accept, as advised by Eckman. Cannot get money recharged to debit card Eckman claim no record of order, even though I've emailed copy of confirmation order. Do not deal with this company,

Same situation as others - I ordered a gate at the start of Jan - on the 26th Jan its still not here so called them and they said there were 2 delays in the order and it should be here in 21 days. I said is that guareenteed. Customer service said - nothing in life is guaranteed!!!! Worst customer service ever - as soon as she said that I asked for a refund. I would never buy from this company.

placed an order 21048 on 8/1/2015 for multitool £253 after repeated phone calls waiting for ages being told customer services closed for training!! being told goods despatched day before subsequently told not yet despatched as of 21/1/2015 all e,mails requesting information ignored. Told waiting tracking information from courier company. cancelled order with Lewana? told will receive e,mail within 24 hours, not received! Confirmed cancellation of order by e,mail 22/1/2015 awaiting response. Total lack of response from this company is amazing.

Order delayed because of high demand then items not as described.spoke to customer services who were v unhelpful but did say a manager would ring me back three weeks later and no phone call and noo replies to e mails.

In a similar situation to many others who have left reviews recently. Items ordered on 30th November and didn't arrive within the 5 working days promised. After chasing up by email, a delivery then did arrive, containing some of the items ordered, some different items, and others omitted from the package, but included on the invoice. After emailing several times to try and get the wrong items swapped and the missing item sent, I wasn't making any progress, so decided to arrange to return the items for a full refund instead. Items returned on 29th December and after emailing several times to chase the refund I'm still waiting for even a response from them weeks later. Unless you have the time and the money to spend hours chasing them up for your items or your money back, shop elsewhere!

Ordered solar powered security lights ... they didn't turn up! Contacted Eckman customer service who informed me they were delivered to my porch when i was out. I don't own a porch! I have tried to tell them this over 2 telephone calls and 3 emails . No joy, i now just get ignored and they do not answer my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there is a strong chance you will be out of pocket like me! The next step is the small claims court ... all for items that were £33.98!!!! Stay away from Eckman!

Wrong item sent, tried many time to call put on hold, then they would hang up. Ask to speak to manager they put you back through customer service, then hang up again. Emails not answered, only option left is court . Do not use this company .

Ordered a heated ice scraper and telescopic snow brush on 5 December 2014. My money was taken from Paypal immediately and as of today (20 January 2015) nothing has arrived yet they have managed to send me their latest brochure! I have repeatedly tried to call - just left holding on for as long as 15 minutes. Got through once to be told "it was sent yesterday" which was obviously a blatant lie. The service (or lack of) from this company is appalling. Do NOT order anything from this company.

Ordered a aerator/scarifier on 3 January. Money taken from bank account immediately. Waited for delivery due within 5 days. Product now appears to be on back order. Did get through to customer services after waiting ages. Was told the manager would call back. Cannot get through to the customer service line . Be careful dealing with this company.

Ordered a gate (19579) on 7th December - money taken from account straight away. No mention of being out of stock. Emailed on 2nd jan and again a few days later.. Still no response to emails by19th jan. Rang a few weeks ago eventually got through and told stock was coming in but still no delivery. Now can't get through at all - customer service line keeps on hold for 10-15 mins and then cuts off. Terrible customer service. Would give no stars if there was that option.

Ordered watch and parking camera in November 2014. Still not received anything. After a number of calls and emails I have been told the watch ordered is no longer available. They have suggested alternative. This was 'in packing' over a week ago and has still not arrived. My cheque was cashed December 2nd 2014. I have completely lost faith in the company. It's a disgrace and I feel they have taken advantage. I have reported them to watchdog, as I feel the way they have acted has been a huge con.

Ordered telescopic looper on 2nd January - money taken from my account on 3rd. Like others no answers to emails and cannot get through on the phone. This is terrible service and looks like only option is to go to Watchdog! I want my products by the end of the week.

Purchased a door canopy December 2014 in good faith, paid by credit card. Waited for delivery, managed only once to speak to customer service. Advised that goods would be dispatched within the delivery period of their small print, ( basic lip service with an attitude from customer service). Total waste of time trying to get hold of them as they are experiencing high call load, advise call back tomorrow every time. Again they do not respond to emails. Not sure if a reliable company Have advised credit card company. Would not advise dealing with them as very unpredictable and unreliable. Now have to go through process of organising anothe canopy

Ordered goods on 3rd December 2014, Eckman sent email acknowledging order, took money from credit card account on 4th December. Managed to get through on telephone before Christmas to ask why no goods received - told part of order out of stock, some would be sent immediately. 16th Jan 2015 - still nothing received! telephone calls are diverted to Customer service who do not answer. They do not reply to emails at all - the website says "they will be answered within 24 hours of receipt". Next step - court. Advice - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY John Bairstow.

I ordered a chainsaw in Sept 14....have been given 3 delivery dates but then told still not in stock. They have taken the money and now I can get hold of anyone( 1 hour on phone) to get my money back. THIS IS DISGUSTING.....NEARLY 4 MONTHS STILL NO REFUND OR CHAINSAW!!!!! Order number 15511
