My family and I had three mobile phone contracts with EE, we now have just the one and when it’s over that will be me free from this shower of lies and deception, do not signed any contracts in this company’s shops, you will not get a cooling off period on contracts signed in store, so if you make the wrong choice or like me are sold something you don’t want or need your stuck with it for 24 months. I cannot be free of this company quick enough, odd having been an Orange customer for 10 plus years.

This network has caused my partner nothing but problems! Last year on holiday his phone was completely cut of so couldn't receive anything or send anything after speaking to a advisor we were told that to turn roaming on we would have to pay £300! Absolutley scans less! Now after 2 years of putting up with terrible service no use of the phone when out of the country and countless huge bills his contract finished last month and they then blocked the phone!!! After his contract had been cleared!!!! Unbelievable! We have now been trying to resolve this issue for hours, i would not recommend this network provider to anyone!

After a lot of problems with ee, and a lot of mis communications which has led me to being signed off work with stress. You have an outstanding member in your customer services team - mark. Who has helped me substantially and made me feel much better. He is a credit to ee. Emily

Changing contracts and transferring two phone numbers from T-Mobile to EE took them 3 weeks. Phones are not working, there is no communication, information, help or whatsoever. How mobile company can be so unprofessional? Such a basic things takes them ages and there is any will to get it sorted. Please avoid!!!!!!!

I tried to sign up to a 12 month mobile deal with EE, however after spending ages filling in the info I was declined for no apparent reason, despite having lived at the same address for 26 years and having good credit and all my details matching up. No problem though, as they declined my business I went with a competitor network. However, depite EE turning down my application EE continued to run security checks on my bank account and took £2 out of my account which was supposed to have been refunded in days but over a week later still wasnt. I also received email confirmation thanking me to signing up with EE despite the fact that I hadnt sucessfully signed up so had to ring up their customer service number to check it had not gone though (25p+your normal rate per min unless youre on EE and ring a specific number and obviusly I was not on EE since they declined my application). The agent confirmed my order had not gone through. However, the £2 was never refunded, I went in store and they told me to ring up. I was reluctant to spent 25+p per min on what I suspected would be at least a 15 min on hold phonecall as it would cost more to get the £2 back than it was worth. I therefore went to file a complaint uising the form online...but wait! After you fill int he complaint form and hit submit the site just brings to you a blank page Every.Single.Time without fail. So it's coded to NOT allow you to actually submit your complaint. I bet they will soon be boasting about how they get zero complaints on their site....because customers are prevented from submitting them. Can't get into 'live chat' to speak to someone online because you have to already have an EE account, which I have never had and now never wish to have. So I thought well I'll try via their ceo email since they have no customer service email I found it posted online.......no response.Emailed 4 times. Tried their twitter 'help team' I sent them well over 20 tweets at different times of the day over a week, one after the other to try and bring attention to the fact that my issue was not resolved. Could not pm them as they have to 'follow' you. They continued tweeting back to answer praise from other users who had posted to them way after I had but ignored me...EVERY.Single.Time. So, I never did get my £2 back, and chances are they will continue to try to charge me for a contract that I don't have. It's already cost me a fortune in phonecalls to make sure they hadnt put my order through anyway, their communication and actions were misleading and left me confused as to whether or not it was active, and as I understand it I was definitely declined upon application, it was right there in front of me, and I was never sent the sim card for the plan. So there is absolutely NO reason to take money out of my account for an unsucessful order for a service that I am not getting and was rejected on their end. Just think, if 10,000 customers place online orders over a few days, EE takes £2 from every single one of those and 'forgets' or 'fails' to refund the £2. They could make a profit just doing that alone. And you can't complain about it because they make sure the complaint form does not work, and if you want to phone up to complain you need to pay between 25-50p per minute plus. Also, beware of this 6 month 'free' sky sports package, which will continue charging you after the 6 months without warning or notice even if you do not use it and have never asked for it. Disgraceful company with shady practices. I strongly urge you to consider all this before signing up with them because, should you run into a problem, even if by no fault of your own, chances are it's not going to be easily or promptly resolved by them and could well cost you a small fortune.

Terrible customer service. Operator took my name wrong and because of that the delivery driver (which is terrible too) took the parcel back. Is the third time I try to get my phone which was paid fully in advance. Went to the store after contacted customer service this morning and was informed I could pop in any EE shop and get my phone which was not possible. Called customer service again and was told I would have to wait until they delivery the phone back to them in order to upgrade my account again and then be able to get my phone in a store or cancel the contract and have my money back, if that happens. Just very disappointed and I hope that companies like that, that is just concern in take our money away failed and have no more customers to steal from!

EE the worst network provider in the UK. Taking money with out the consent of the users. I used to have a contract with EE , I was completely fed up of asking a refund that was doubled my bill every months and never got any refund until my contract finish. I joined Vodafone and I saw a big difference between these two network providers. I would never ever recommend anyone even if they say free.

I called today to cancel my contact contract and spoke to a gentleman called Steve from the Newcastle. Not only need did he save me a huge amount of money compared to in store, he also reminded me another contract was due for upgrade and now my sister had gone from a 15.99 sim only contract to an Apple 5S for just 14.99 a month and is able to share my unlimited texts minutes and 4gb of data (I use a lot of wifi) I can also limit the amount of data she uses so see can't go over. I could not be happier with Steves service. He even called 4 hours later as I had to discuss with my parter and mum. He couldn't have been more helpful or cheerful if he tried. He has saved you from losing a customer!! I hope Steve from Newcastle gets recognised for his phone calls today. Best wishes Lucy

I joined EE five days ago and I have already had two issues which in such a short space of time is ridiculous! When joining I gave in a PAC code an was told my old number would transfer within 24 hours, I have just rang up 5 days down the line to be told there is no record of any PAC number! Trying to access my account on my EE is also painful when the app itself is useless and won't even open. I'm already dreading the next 24 months with this network an can definitely see myself buying out not far down the line if things continue as they are

The store in Weston Super Mare is by far, the most welcoming and successful place I have been served before. The staff are informative and show extreme dedication to their work, I took out a contract easily and they were helpful with any questions I had too. I have seen many bad reviews of EE stores elsewhere, proving the staff clearly do not have the same work ethic as these here in Weston. Great service 5/5 !

i have been with t mobile for over twenty years and never complained but since changing to ee i think its the worse company ever in march they took 300 out of my bank account i nearly died when seeing it. when ringing customer service for advice I was told it was right and that I will have to pay it. I couldnt prove my case as my phone refreshes its self after ten calls or 10 messages. when explaining how could i have gone over as when receiving my phone on contract i was told it was capped so couldnt go over. with this response they told me i was wrongly advised. due to trying to defend my case I decided not to pay this bill until it was fully investigated. Through this i and my husband who has renal failure was cut off. After ringing customer services I was yet again given a negative response to pay the money or it will go to the collection department even though i tried to explain that my husbands contract was different but in my name and with them and he needs his phone for emergency responses they said as it was in my name i could have it on until i paid so much of the bill off with this i told them to forget the contract though they said it had now gone into the collectors department and until i paid they would not cancel my contract nor my husbands which was totally different, though they would however take 100 for being a good customer though if i didnt accept this agreement the case and contracts would continue. In fight I have managed to get my husbands cancelled and now awaiting for mine to be cancelled which is soon. My last phone call was about them enticing me to stay with ee when stating i want full refund of this bill for not only was it wrong but also I have been with them for over 20 years and never in debt they disagreed though sent me a heart warming apology I now have to pay the bill so I can end this situation Do not go with ee

We into store as my new phone had locked up during a system update, the said there was nothing they could do to help me and I would have to send the phone off and It could cost £300 to fix it. Obviously upset and angry. We to local phone shop who showed me how to rest the phone, now works fine. Will be leaving EE as soon as my contract is up.

Last Monday I paid off my existing contract so I could get a new phone, all went smoothly when paying off contract as u can imagine . . . They are taking money but I am still waiting for my new phone a week later! Dispatch within 7 days they say, hahaha what a joke , it's 7 days now and no phone. Fuming is an understatement. On numerous phone calls to EE and being fobbed off each time I have now been told they are waiting for new stock which is a 10 day wait, this would may be have been ok if they had been in touch to let me know but I have heard sweet FA from the company. On the EE website it says the phone I want is in stock so why am I still waiting???? I would not recommend this company to my dearest enemy. If I was a new customer would they treat me better and get the phone out sooner??? Probably. #notahappybunny

I am not a complainer person but the experience I received from EE is beyond the worse I would have ever imagined. I had a year contract with the company and after a year I requested my contract to be finished. I spoke to the customer service representative regarding my contract terms and conditions and I was ensured I was good to call my bank and close my account. Over a year later I received a letter from debt collectors stating I owed EE some 38 pounds. Just shocking, as a consumer I would have never expected this (if I had I would have been smart enough to log down every phone call I had made with EE prior the finish of the contract). Today I had to pay for something that even the debt collector was quite unsure about but as I did not have any proof on paper I was on the wrong side. I have no problem paying for something if I did what it was for, not mentioning that EE have never tried to contact me (I lived on the address for quite some time..) no emails, no phone calls (I kept the same number). And they dare to ask the debt collector 1.5 years later to bombard the consumers. Shame on you EE. You are officially the worse brand I have come across in the UK. Perhaps make sure your customer service representatives provide consumers with ACCURATE information..
