EE internet is a total joke, my bill pay is the 27th of every month and it's saying Iv used my data up already, a week and 3 days and Iv hardly been on my internet as Iv noticed every month it gets used quicker but this is a complete joke, can't wait to cancel.

Having had some pretty dire experiences with phone companies and phone contracts, I wanted to review ee because of their high service level and helpfulness. On a few occasiona recently I've rang them will bill queries and blocks on add-ons (kids phone) etc, and each time the issue was resolved quickly, politely and without the endless inter department transfers I've experienced elsewhere. For once its good to say well done to a service provider.

Nightmare not service. Norwich EE Sent my girlfriend totaly wrong phone, and it was totaly Norwch EE fault. How Norwich EE sloves problems? They offer to to slove your problems your self, instead of kindly suporting and helping to make up the fault they made. Went to the EE shop, they gaved number to call, Guy on phone said that the shop needs to sort this out, becouse they made a mistake, second go to EE Norwich. Shop is again giving new numbers and shaking heads, that can not help. Giving the phone to speak to any member of EE shop to sort this out - everybody tries to avoid speaking wth ther own customer service. Is that normal? EE People come on, personel must help not avoid respinsibilty

Broken iphone 5c ,with an inherrant problem diagnosed by Apple i was promised afree repair after discussing this with EE call centre and was told to go to the Sunderland store to have the phone replaced instore ,on arriving we were told the phone would not be replaced and a repair offered the store blamed the call centre for this and the call centre blamed the store .After several attempts by EE to charge me for the repair they eventually repaired it ,after 17 years with EE and having 2 other contracts with them i will happily be changing supplier's in the coming months .This company does not have any ideas on customer care .

absolutely stitched up by ee appalling customer service and having to pay ridiculous amounts to end contracts if you are able to fix this or want to talk to me about this issue email me at adamhancorn@gmail.com

phoned agent a number of times as my mums sim got cut off I was told she would get a new sim in the post after ten calls sill waiting she was on a pay as you go and has lost £30 she has now gone to another provider and I am about to follow the agents that answer their phones are as much good as chocolate fire guard

Spoke to an agent who failed to make note on the system and did not call me back as promised. I called several times and encountered rude and abrupt agents who needs training in customer service. When a so called manager eventual called back, she denied I had the conversation with the agent as it was not logged on their system, nor could she find a voice recording of it. Very convenient! I really do not understand the cowboy service a big company like EE operates. To say I an unhappy is an understatement.

Charging a client of theirs for a mobile phone he has never bought! We have been trying to resolve the problem for the last a couple of months unsuccessfully. They have agreed that it is their mistake but the client still gets charged £50 per month on top of his normal bill for nothing! The manager of the shop never returns my calls and the last time I have been left on hold for 40 min until I put the phone down. Extremely disappointed with the costumer service in this particular shop - Tooting Broadway in London

For my iPhone 6S, i only pay £33.50 a month for unlimited phonecalls, texts and 5GB of internet plus the extra 5 from the EE add on. But apparently I use 10GB of internet in 2 weeks so I'm constantly having to pay for another 10GB every month, costing £20 extra on top of my bill. The thing is about this, is that I don't even use my phone that much outside the house, and my internet only works for specific apps on my phone, one minute it'll work for my internet browser and snapchat and won't work for my YouTube, Spotify, Instagram or emails. absolute bs, fair enough if all of the apps didn't work because of no internet but only certain apps working, I'm not sure how that works? I don't recommend getting a phone with EE within the Bridgend area.

hi. I am an ee user and not very good with technology. however if I have a problem no matter a little one or a big one , i go into the branch at Corporation Street in Birmingham and there is a man named Aaron who is very helpful no matter how silly the question or problem is. He just helps me out. Well done Aaron and thanks for all your help, see you soon Jeanette very happy customer

My phone stopped been able to receive calls and text messages. Went to the local ee store they diagnosed the problem was on there side. They don't care about there customers, I have called ee multiple times they won't explain what the problem is. I have a business and am losing money daily because of my phone. This has continued for 2 weeks I'm been told it's going to be fixed daily, which hasn't happened. I've asked for my contract to be cancelled. They want me to pay a massive fee to cancel which I'm ovesly not going to do,so now im stuck in a contract were there not providing a service. Absolutely the worst network provider ever. They do not care about their customers

Customer service is non existent at E. E. The local Southampton store is very unhelpful , and its just take your money and dont ask to transfer all your details from old phone to new or unlock your old phone. No apology just that their 1 computer ! was not working properly , sounds more like a back street bodger than supposedly market leader

I don't know there isn't a terrible no star rating because even the one star is too much for them. Everything about EE is absolute rubbish. Their internet connection is very non reliable and their staff are very rude and ignorant. I am a former EE costumer and i would never EVER recommend anyone to join them because you will be paying for no reason because half the time your internet is hardly there and when you contact them they sound like they know what they are doing when actually they are wasting your time. No matter how good a deal they off you DON'T i repeat DO NOT fall for it because not all that glitters is gold. After a while you will see the cons of the deal. I can not believe i left talktalk to join these people.

My contract runs out on the 31st of October 2016,my phone packed in on Monday the 24th Of october,the store at ocean terminal wanted 40 pounds off me to give me an early upgrade,for a week,bye bye

Worst service of all time.cant belive you have actually made me give you a 1 star rating becauss i dont think you even deserve that you are incompitent. I have been given somebodys personal information which is discusting in its self but when the information was brought to light it was not even rectified by your self untill i chased it 3 times Would not recomend this service please go else were for your phone provider

I travel across several counties with my work. These include Drbyshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire. EE mobile coverage is abysmal. Over the past few weeks I have rarely had above 1 or 2 bars of signal. Often none. Calls when you can make them regularly drop. Even if you are connected via a signal booster they drop. Even if you park on top of a hill in full view of an EE mast often there is no signal. Most of my customers across the UK, mostly in rural area have the same problem. To sum up EE is quite simply not fit for purpose.

I wanted a phone and a new contract and as I was with ee and their predecessors for about 20 years I did not forsee a problem.The staff at Notting Hil shop signed me up for a contract and then at end produced free dongle and a hands free car kit which were unwanted and not needed by me.At first I thought I would give them away but on seeing my first bill I realised that they had seperate simsand numbers but shared my data so I could not even give them away.I can only assume they foisted this so called deal on me to get extra commission for themselves.I complained in the shop but the manager was completely unhelpful.His manner was so condescending and he walked away in the middle of our conversation. I am so disappointed in this company because my previous experiences with them had been generally positive.They have definitely lost my custom in future and I would advise people to be very wary of them.
