Absolutely appalling connection. I wouldn’t bother unless you want to spend every few days pulling your hair out because your wireless connection isn’t working again. Total waste of time and money

New ee SIM - impossible to register. Login to "Myee account" invariably says "invalid details" despite repeated attempts with CORRECT details. Online registration invariably brings message "that didn't work" or "system can't process this information at this time" despite repeated attempts to register with CORRECT information. Try to call 150 - "call not allowed" Ring help number on landline - automated message to "use online registration system". Money I put in to start using ee almost entirely used up in futile attempts to register and actually use ee. Many hours and many ££££ wasted on ee so far. I know I'll never get them back (ee seems to make sure you can't communicate with them) so I've cut my losses and will move back to my old service provider. Hard to believe such complete non service exists in this day. Slick advertising. Abominable service. One star is one too many.

It's a shame EE have fallen soo far, have been with them for 10 years now and suddenly all loyality rewards are gone and cant keep my old plan as it was too cheap, I now have to pay £14 more just to keep the rewards i had earned via loyality just because i wanted to change sim and number, all loyality gone so is my custom.

The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 512gb Beige online under a student discount and I was expecting my new phone to be delivered in brand new conditions. However, despite correctly inputting my address, EE could even get the address wrong, and I did not receive my order until 3 days after the expected delivery date after I went out to chase the DPD van for three blocks. The nightmare begin then, the phone was not properly packaged, and the seal was broken, despite it clearly stated in the box that I should not accept the phone if the seal was damaged. They did not bother to seal it back and the phone was let loose and some scratches to the phone were discovered. I then spent the next week or so calling EE everyday, wasted 3 hours each day speaking to different people in different departments and getting different advice. Until I was promised the replacement phone will be sent out and my damaged phone will be picked up. That never happened since they cancelled the replacement delivery with no explanation. I was frustrated so I went ahead and ordered another device from EE, then pick it up in-store, but just to find out the new delivery has also been opened and the seal was broken. The entire process is a nightmare, I am getting different advice and is a complete waste of time.

I joined EE only 4 days ago and I have received the worst experience so far. Firstly, I was given the wrong plan (SIM only data) when I went to sign up in store. I realised the day after, I couldn't make or receive calls. I pursued to enquire, complain, call you name it, all to no avail. The online live chat service was the worst - after 40mins of waiting for someone to communicate with me, I ended up ending the chat because no one attended to me. None of my complaint emails have been responded to, neither have I received any other correspondence to my query to change and resolve this issue. The only successful communication I had was with tech team who were the ones advising my plan was a data only plan and I needed to speak to 'returns'. Their line was constantly busy and ask to send an email to 'channel.returns@ee.co.uk and a link will be sent back so you can fill in to state the nature of return.......still waiting for that link. Well, to cut a long story short, I'm going back to my previous provider. Been with them for over 10 years and haven't had such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. the only reason I was leaving was because I began to experience network problems (which in fairness, isn't the worst) but it can be frustrating. In my opinion, EE hasn't fulfilled the standards which I hoped to experience, and I haven't even been with the a week. Please AVOID if you can.

Won't provide VAT invoices. I use EE for business, we only have 1 number on EE so we do not require a business account. We are VAT registered but EE refuse to provide VAT invoices. This is the only company I have ever dealt with to do this.

Absolutely s*** !! They are charging me £18 a month for a very poor service. They can't be bothered to help me sort the problem, but instead report me to a credit agency for a delayed monthly payment .

Unfortunately I have negative experience with EE - poor customer services where is too many promises but no any action. Also EE doesn't like to provide the receipts to the customers, it is very difficult to get it from them.

I hadn't had a smart phone until 2 years ago and went to EE King Edward's Street in Hull because my pay as you go started off as Orange and ended up as EE. The man who served me wasn't at all helpful and quite soon, all the data was used up even though I had done nothing but text. A girl in the shop moved some data from a hard drive I had bought (no one had explained I had an extra 50GB) and I asked about the fact the red colour had vanished. She told me that they could send it to be fixed but they didn't have one to lend me but I could walk to their other store and ask there. They are a phone shop !!! And I walk with a stick. Why couldn't she have rung for me? I went in yesterday after my 2GB of data suddenly vanished. The assistant told me I had 1GB on my contract. I told her I had 2. She told me as I was arguing with her I could leave the store and call the help line. A supervisorcame over. I have 94 days left on my contract and apparently EE don't warn you unless you ask. They won't see me for dust.

Went abroad, took all the packages for international minutes etc. But instead they just fleeced me like never before, unbelievably over £1000 pounds over a period of 3 months. Customer services is bad enough being in the UK let alone abroad. Came back and complained to resolve the matter, and were about as useless as a chocolate tea pot. Having been with them for over 12 years, i had no other option but to leave. Then they offered a retention packaged which was pathetically noncompetitive, not that i was going to take it either way. Avoid them like the Omicron Variant.

They conned me into getting a contract and said I had to pay £70 to cancel it and it has lowered my credit score I'm disgusted I was happy paying 10 pound per month! They said it was the same price but was charging me late fees etc...NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible they offer you the broadband deal which on confirmation is outrageous in contract. They give you quite a different speeds which had been promised on phone by their CS! Beware

I was sold on EE by them apparently having the UK's "best network coverage of 99%". It's a technicality. Yes the network does cover more area however in many of these areas signal strength is very low (1 bar). After traveling around to different areas I've found in most of the places I go I can barely load a webpage due to low signal strength and this isn't what you'd expect for a pricey contract. Will be waiting for mine to expire then switching back to VF because this service isn't acceptable.

EE customer service and management team are the worst I have encountered. I have been assisting my daugher to deal with EE due to her being vulnerable. I have found that they They have messed her around by over charging and not sorting phone issues out. She is a vulnerable person who suffers from severe depression yet recently cut of her phone so she was unable to have access to call her gp or mh people. Hey would ot put it on if she paid the amount if money they say she owes despite it being desputed. They also wouldnt cancel her contract until we went to and received a decision grom the ombudsman. Disgusting service, I offered to pay the outstanding amount and someone was due to call me to do this over the phone, they still couldn't manage to call. Due to the breach in the disability act and the awful service, they leave you no option but to take matters further. This company is only interested in one thing MONEY, they care little about how they treat vulnerable people and the state they leave them in.
