EE with every ounce of effort in marketing centre towards their customers. Yet, includes in the 14.4% tariff plan price increase is a 3.9% for operating costs, yet they have reduced operating costs with artificial intelligence. BS move by another blue chip powerhouse. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worse company!!!! EE left me on holiday in Italy without Roaming. I am paying for roaming every month but Richard Watson who I spoke today was absolutely don’t care, i send a complaint letter in writing and they even didn’t say sorry, they told me we investigate and apparently it was no EE fault that i had no roaming. Richard also emailed me that i rejected offer that they will refund mr £25? I NEVER SAID IN OUR CONVERSATION THAT I AM REJECTING THIS! I want £25 refund as you EE promised or i will take a legal advice!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I've been trying to leave EE after 2 years as my contract ended on the 4th of February. Due to miscommunication and conflicting information from their customer service advisors I am now partly being charged for February as well, even though I am already with another provider. I will definitely stay well clear of EE if I ever need to change phone provider in the future.

Wajid Alokazai. I want to know that one of your employer in Brent Cross shopping branch is misbehave with me and he gave warning to me. The boy who working with company he do not have any identity or badge with his shirt So why sir you hire that type of people in your stores. This had happening on 12th January at around 12 o clock. The first deposit which I gave to the company was £25 on 24 Oct 2022 and the next deposit I paid was £25 at 12 January. So why i do not receive the deposits which I paid already, the company didn't refund my payment upto now. For the same device i paid twice payments. What's going on I don't know. So this will be my last contract then i will leave EE and even i told to others peoples and will keep continue reviews from my friends devices. I will show you my bank statement below. Just check it

Ripoff For the last 6months every month I have an issues with my bill with extra charges that’s not my fault, on top of that they hide extra charges without telling customers, pushing to upgrade to the new phone and increasing bills to enormous amounts!!!! My current bill it’s been increased for £9 extra a month!!!!!! I hate this provider never again that I will use their services !!!!!! Date of experience: 03 February 2023

We strongly do not recommend working with EE distributor in 2023. Customer service trapped us with the manager's knowledge and approval and didn't cancel our pre-order we placed 3 months ago and forced us to pay unfairly. In our last meeting with the manager on 27.01.2023; He said either pay the money or go. They have the worst give employees policies to work for in America. they do not deliver the products on time and threaten you with their policy to pay a penalty.

I am beyond disappointed with @EE for illegally retaining an account that was opened without my consent and against my instructions to close it down. This has caused significant damage to my credit score and despite my best efforts, I have been unable to rectify the issue. I want to remind everyone that under the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA) it is illegal for a company to retain personal data or open a credit account without permission. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) also requires creditors to promptly act on customer instructions and correct any errors in credit files. I have reported this issue to Transunion with complaint case reference 1458762 and have been ignored. I am now forced to consider legal action against @EE for their unethical and potentially illegal behavior. I am urging the company to take immediate action within 72 hours to rectify this situation, update all credit bureau agencies of the errors and ensure this does not happen again. I am requesting confirmation of the steps taken to close the account and rectify the errors in my credit file and any compensation that I may be entitled to. I hope that @EE will take responsibility for their actions and rectify this situation as soon as possible. Ive been a loyal customer for years i have 3 plans up for renewal this year mine was up today went online to upgrade choose a plan paid £30 fee then it popped up a message saying there's a problem with the order rang ee to be told its a online problem i can do the order for you after going through the same deal over again told id need to pay the £30 again on the phone over an hour got the text accepting the t&cs to then be told the order could not go through as the phone was out of stock why let me go right through the process to then be told that the phone is out of stock great treatment of a loyal customer im now going to change provider with all my lines as they come up for renewal also the person I spoke to just kept muting the call without explaining

I like to give good feedback and praise where possible. With EE I just can't. I've just spend hours trying to resolve an issue and then looked at how to cancel as I'm getting ZERO reception on a 4G sim. Several calls and I've tried to work with technical, new replacement sim, technical community. everything I get 0.01mgb with EE sim some flashes of 8mg for about 10 seconds. Then I added a giffgaff sim and boom I'm fine and 30+mgb. Spoke to about 10 people including technical at EE. Feel completely unvalued. Tried to cancel quoting clauses in their own T&Cs to then be told its not to their policy, which I don't have access to. Oh great. thanks . To leave is £390 I offered to pay half. they refused. In stead I will be going to the financial ombudsman. this is great support for a small company. EE will never be recommended by myself to anyone. Terrible service.

EE is very expensive for the service that they provide I had internet and mobile phone with them, changed both.... signal and price is rubbish compared to other network providers I was getting emails and texts nearly every week saying there was a problem nearby don't know about other places in the country but not very good in Northumberland !

Upgraded my phone as recommended by EE to Samsung S22 which they tried to deliver to the wrong address - once received on 29th Nov - I had nothing but issues with my mobile network - and the service on calls was poor too - people could not hear me - I worked it out that the problem was my phone - I complained within the 14 day cooling off period - but they refuse to swapp out my handset and expect me to pay my bill for no service - I am now waiting for my referral letter from the EE for me to go direct to The Ombudsman - let's see how long that will take - I have been told 5 working days? I have spoken to at least 10 different people Tracey - Jordan - Becky - James - Ryan - Jamie - Caroline - Lyn - David - Linda and many more too many dealing with same complaint and none were any help - Great Customer Service.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Do not use EE there customer service is appalling. A company that finally issued me a written final bill in the post in December with me cancelling in September. They then put two missed payments on my credit file for November and December but they failed to update their records with my correct address in September despite me updating with their advisor in September (the reason for my cancellation was poor service in my area) so there was no excuse not to have my address. Once I actually received the bill in December I paid it within the timeframe on their T & C’s but they have still proceeded to keep the missed payments on my credit file. I will warn absolutely everyone about this awful company, absolute crooks do not enter any agreement because when you leave they will treat you with nothing but rudeness even a manager hanging up the phone to me yesterday, they only want to speak to you if you are joining them!!! Appalling!! The fact you can’t even speak to a physical person in the credit file team speaks volumes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very poor customer service and support following purchase of a new phone that wasn’t delivered on time .paid premium to have phone delivered on a Saturday and after waiting in all day the delivery was cancelled . Ee then refused to issue me with a PAC code until they received the phone back , which will take almost a week - although were prepared to give me the code if I paid another £500 upfront for early cancellation of contract . Will be moving from EE after quite a few years with them

Ordered a phone 30th Dec to arrive today 31st. Paid £10 upfront for delivery as my current phone damaged and unusable . Delivery didnt happen -was first told there was a delay and then it was cancelled till 3rd Jan. Explained that I work for nhs , and need to be contactable and now am without a phone. Call handler unable to escalate . Poorly trained member of staff who just kept repeating the same phrases . So asked for PAC code to enable myself to go and buy a new phone - then was told ‘it’s not EE policy ‘ as phone has been sent out . I could however have PAC code if I pay £507 as an early cancellation charge . So now have no phone till next week , and am unable to do anything about it . Was told at one point that the company managers were mostly working from home ‘ as its Christmas’ ..... well , that’s fine if you still provide an adequate service - but you’re not providing that . Am taking mine and my sons business elsewhere and would recommend avoidance of this shambolic company , I don’t care how good their coverage is .

This is the most appalling service imaginable. The quality of both the technical service and customer service for EE continues to go down. It's more difficult than ever to access data giving and my service - speed and data access are slowed down, even when I've not used 30% of the maximum data. I will never, under any circumstances by a phone from EE again. There is no justification whatsoever for the ever decreasing quality of both technical and customer service that this company called EE is providing. Certainly not the cost EE are charging. Same, Shame and Shame.

I sent my phone to EE with a broken charging port. When they returned the phone it was unusable with a unresponsive screen. EE using a bunch of weasel words to dodge responsibility for breaking my phone so I have to fork out £1000 for a new one. Happy Christmas. Really hope this review helps people avoid EE and save themselves a lot of stress

Signal strength the 7 days I was with EE was terrible. Customer service also poor. Had to call at the local EE shop to establish why signal was so poor as it difficult to speak to any at EE - a mast had been damaged on top of a local building and was advised it could take a couple of weeks to repair (no hurry)! Have now returned to O2.

I think EE are marvellous; I never have any problems and when I phoned 150 to change my contract it was answered quickly and customer service an absolute delight
