“Upgraded my phone as recommended by EE to Samsung S22 which they tried to deliver to the wrong address - once received on 29th Nov - I had nothing but issues with my mobile network - and the service on calls was poor too - people could not hear me - I worked it out that the problem was my phone - I complained within the 14 day cooling off period - but they refuse to swapp out my handset and expect me to pay my bill for no service - I am now waiting for my referral letter from the EE for me to go direct to The Ombudsman - let's see how long that will take - I have been told 5 working days? I have spoken to at least 10 different people Tracey - Jordan - Becky - James - Ryan - Jamie - Caroline - Lyn - David - Linda and many more too many dealing with same complaint and none were any help - Great Customer Service.”
“If I could give this company 0 stars I would!! Do not use EE there customer service is appalling. A company that finally issued me a written final bill in the post in December with me cancelling in September. They then put two missed payments on my credit file for November and December but they failed to update their records with my correct address in September despite me updating with their advisor in September (the reason for my cancellation was poor service in my area) so there was no excuse not to have my address. Once I actually received the bill in December I paid it within the timeframe on their T & C’s but they have still proceeded to keep the missed payments on my credit file. I will warn absolutely everyone about this awful company, absolute crooks do not enter any agreement because when you leave they will treat you with nothing but rudeness even a manager hanging up the phone to me yesterday, they only want to speak to you if you are joining them!!! Appalling!! The fact you can’t even speak to a physical person in the credit file team speaks volumes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
“Very poor customer service and support following purchase of a new phone that wasn’t delivered on time .paid premium to have phone delivered on a Saturday and after waiting in all day the delivery was cancelled . Ee then refused to issue me with a PAC code until they received the phone back , which will take almost a week - although were prepared to give me the code if I paid another £500 upfront for early cancellation of contract . Will be moving from EE after quite a few years with them”
“Ordered a phone 30th Dec to arrive today 31st. Paid £10 upfront for delivery as my current phone damaged and unusable . Delivery didnt happen -was first told there was a delay and then it was cancelled till 3rd Jan. Explained that I work for nhs , and need to be contactable and now am without a phone. Call handler unable to escalate . Poorly trained member of staff who just kept repeating the same phrases . So asked for PAC code to enable myself to go and buy a new phone - then was told ‘it’s not EE policy ‘ as phone has been sent out . I could however have PAC code if I pay £507 as an early cancellation charge . So now have no phone till next week , and am unable to do anything about it . Was told at one point that the company managers were mostly working from home ‘ as its Christmas’ ..... well , that’s fine if you still provide an adequate service - but you’re not providing that . Am taking mine and my sons business elsewhere and would recommend avoidance of this shambolic company , I don’t care how good their coverage is .”
“This is the most appalling service imaginable. The quality of both the technical service and customer service for EE continues to go down. It's more difficult than ever to access data giving and my service - speed and data access are slowed down, even when I've not used 30% of the maximum data. I will never, under any circumstances by a phone from EE again.
There is no justification whatsoever for the ever decreasing quality of both technical and customer service that this company called EE is providing.
Certainly not the cost EE are charging. Same, Shame and Shame.”
“I sent my phone to EE with a broken charging port. When they returned the phone it was unusable with a unresponsive screen. EE using a bunch of weasel words to dodge responsibility for breaking my phone so I have to fork out £1000 for a new one. Happy Christmas.

“Signal strength the 7 days I was with EE was terrible. Customer service also poor. Had to call at the local EE shop to establish why signal was so poor as it difficult to speak to any at EE - a mast had been damaged on top of a local building and was advised it could take a couple of weeks to repair (no hurry)! Have now returned to O2.”

signed 22£ contract before Oct 2021. I have been promised free roaming abroad.
I’m travelling a significant amount of time and free roaming was my top priority.
Since day one I paid 25£, my app will show 22. Then it got increased to 27.50 and the app is still showing 22. Extra 2£ per day for roaming been charged despite my multiple calls to EE. after 12 Month I left EE for a price of 120£. No refund ever been made. Arrogant breach of contract, where regulator and monitoring entity are looking ??? Never had this issue with vodafone or three”

“Been with this company for over 10 years and I was happy with my current sim only plan but after being told the 3g network will no longer be in use. I have been told I would have to update my SIM only plan to 4g/5g. They can not offer me anything close to what I was originally paying so have decided to leave. This is awful as they should be looking after their long term customer. I am more than disspaointed with the service. Terrible company. ZERO stars if I could.”
“LIARS - Got additional SIMS, on a reasonable monthly bolt on and was told that if I left EE that the SIMs would end also with no penalty. Now it's come to it where I want to leave and they now say I've go to pay £46 per sim to leave early despite my contract ending as they've added two years on as a separate contract for each SIM bolt on. I WILL BE TERMINATING ALL SERVICES WITH EE INCLUDING LANDLINE AND WILL NEVER AGAIN TOUCH EE.”

“Totally inept and money grubbing. Gone to upgrade my phone 300+ days after it was due. Tried to order the phone I wanted. EE have it in stock (so they say) but when you try to order it you get 'we haven't a plan package for this phone' choose something else. Went on to the next option (more expensive of course!) but discount code failed to function. Spoke to EE150 and got nothing but apologies and hand wringing (no power to resolve issues). Finally told to order at full price and then we'll apply the code - they lied! Oh no we can't do that, you can have a discount at much less than your code or cancel the order. This phone is running out rapidly options reducing daily. We'll look into it and reply in 72 hours by which time phones may easily have run out. Been a customer for 23 years and I'm quite convinced EE don't give a fig for customer loyalty or good service. Attitude is 'Hobsons Choice' - take it or leave it.”

“EE Wells shop Somerset. I had need to visit the shop and the staff were lovely and helpful especialy HARRY who was polite ,amiable and went beyond Customer Service expectation to sort out my problem with my EE service. A real gent and professional to boot.
