Worst phone provider ever. Charge me late fees constantly and they will not let me cancel my contract without a fine. I was promised my contract would be capped at twenty pound a month ten pound per phone as I pay for me and my little sisters phone bill . I have been charged fourty pound some months and sixty once . Worst experience of my life please do not use this phone provider!!!

Been with EE for years, no problem... Upgraded my phone 3 weeks ago and now been hit with a 14% rise (inflation plus 3.9 %)..... Surely its the job of the guy selling the deal to inform me that it would go up before I get my first bill ?... READ THE SMALLPRINT COZ THEY GOT YOU.....

This Company does not care for its customers at all, please please please stay away from them. as soon as my contracts end with EE i will be avoiding them completely. now where to begin, i had 2 contracts with them for many years and thought they were brilliant i gave them 2-3 customers thru recommendations in Aug last year i asked to upgrade the wifes phone for her birthday, i explicitly said all text messages will come thru my phone as i was the account holder and my number was registered as such, they assured me that this would happen. well the minute i hung up my wife got a text congratulating her on the upgrade (surprise ruined), i was told the upgrade included samsung buds which was wrong i found out a week later, during the phone call the week later i was told that it should be 300 pound credit card not the buds, later on i was told that wasnt part of the agreement either but they would only honour the buds and send them out to me (cos it was the cheapest option to keep me quiet i bet) i also ordered two phones for the kids at the same time and told EE they would be for XMAS for the kids, i received the phones and about 4 weeks later i was having loads of problems with EE still so i opened the kids phones to check they are ok and one of them doesnt work im told i cant return it as im out of the 14 day window im told to take it to EE store for repair and they will fund this. a couple weeks go by and nothing from EE at all, i phoned to find the status and told i need to check with the shop, so i go to the shop and find they are still sat in the shop not being sent. im then told i need to send them the phone and they will do a out of process return for it. i send it off i have confermation from royal mail saying its delivered. but EE lose it in there warehouse for about another 2-3 weeks. ive also just found out that ive been on old sims (4g) from EE so when they sold me a contract saying i can have 5g it was a lie but because i didnt complain about the speeds they dont care. the 4g sim will still show 5g on the phone as its there but it cant register on it so customers have no idea. they have now replaced the sims i have taken out a different contract for one of the kids phones because they took the contract off which was broken. well they cancelled the wrong contract which meant we were with no mobile for a month there is alot more to this story than my hands can type im currently getting cramps so to end it this company will only do what needs to be done doesnt care about the customers. even after all this sham of a setup i just received emails about there price increase which i asked if they would help with after all this thats happened the responce i got was all automated posts from there online chat they really dont care people STAY AWAY and the responce to this review will be generic aswell --- along the lines of --- we are concerned to here about this if there is anything more we could do or look into for you please contact us (no thanks you have made my life hell for the past 6-7 months )

Awful company. Greedy company. Charging silly prices for a service which is shocking and lack of loyalty. There are better services and contracts at cheaper rates. 14.4% increase per phone when I’ve been with them for 20 years and I two phones with them. Over £180 per month.

I would just like to say how impressed I was with customer services , who help me get my broadband and landline back and working , they were all very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble , they treated me as a human being and not a robot thank you to Hannah David Josh and Sean they were all lovely From Pam smith

Excellent customer service by Kane & Harry. VERY knowledgeable, friendly, polite , professional & helpful. Both are an asset to EE and hope they are paid their worth. Been a customer of EE nearly 16 Years and for me they are fab.

Absolutely shocking, please please please avoid this vile firm , My wife and me went to the metro centre and she cancelled her phone and l got two phones on my account, where l paid both bills , she received no bills as usual so we obviously took it they had closed her account as requested, My wife recently went onto online banking and found that EE had taken £21 per month for the last 4 years , Informed EE and was offered 6 month money back , instead of 4 years money that they extracted for her account, it’s now in the hands of the ombudsman But either way we will close our accounts and l will have 12 other people who l know do the same , it won’t bother EE because they have such an atrocious reputation anyway , this is what you get for being a loyal customer for 15 years , I also went weeks with a poor reception, and when they finally fixed the problem they slyly added £10 per month to my bill with no explaining , when l found out they were robbing my account l contacted them and was told because l can’t get a reception now they’ve put my bill up 😂 I got a refund , but had l not noticed l have been they would have took the money out for years This firm is completely disgusting, despicable, vile, No morals zero loyalty to long term customers,

My mother became very ill in December 22, and that is the last time she used her mobile phone, I tried to cancel but was told only my mother can cancel”? but she to I’ll, I was told I need power of attorney now power of attorney cost quite a lot of money, my mother doesn’t have money she lives or lived in a flat,so long and short of it ee carries on taking her money .now my mother as past away I rang ee this morning to cancel I was told the department for cancelling when someone dies was very busy and someone would call me back in the next 5days the only company ive had this problem with is ee, canceled virgin no problem, gas electric, subscriptions all no problem, ee have no compassion they keep you hanging on as long as possible to keep on taking your money.

EE with every ounce of effort in marketing centre towards their customers. Yet, includes in the 14.4% tariff plan price increase is a 3.9% for operating costs, yet they have reduced operating costs with artificial intelligence. BS move by another blue chip powerhouse. Avoid at all costs.

One of the worse company!!!! EE left me on holiday in Italy without Roaming. I am paying for roaming every month but Richard Watson who I spoke today was absolutely don’t care, i send a complaint letter in writing and they even didn’t say sorry, they told me we investigate and apparently it was no EE fault that i had no roaming. Richard also emailed me that i rejected offer that they will refund mr £25? I NEVER SAID IN OUR CONVERSATION THAT I AM REJECTING THIS! I want £25 refund as you EE promised or i will take a legal advice!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I've been trying to leave EE after 2 years as my contract ended on the 4th of February. Due to miscommunication and conflicting information from their customer service advisors I am now partly being charged for February as well, even though I am already with another provider. I will definitely stay well clear of EE if I ever need to change phone provider in the future.

Wajid Alokazai. I want to know that one of your employer in Brent Cross shopping branch is misbehave with me and he gave warning to me. The boy who working with company he do not have any identity or badge with his shirt So why sir you hire that type of people in your stores. This had happening on 12th January at around 12 o clock. The first deposit which I gave to the company was £25 on 24 Oct 2022 and the next deposit I paid was £25 at 12 January. So why i do not receive the deposits which I paid already, the company didn't refund my payment upto now. For the same device i paid twice payments. What's going on I don't know. So this will be my last contract then i will leave EE and even i told to others peoples and will keep continue reviews from my friends devices. I will show you my bank statement below. Just check it

Ripoff For the last 6months every month I have an issues with my bill with extra charges that’s not my fault, on top of that they hide extra charges without telling customers, pushing to upgrade to the new phone and increasing bills to enormous amounts!!!! My current bill it’s been increased for £9 extra a month!!!!!! I hate this provider never again that I will use their services !!!!!! Date of experience: 03 February 2023

We strongly do not recommend working with EE distributor in 2023. Customer service trapped us with the manager's knowledge and approval and didn't cancel our pre-order we placed 3 months ago and forced us to pay unfairly. In our last meeting with the manager on 27.01.2023; He said either pay the money or go. They have the worst give employees policies to work for in America. they do not deliver the products on time and threaten you with their policy to pay a penalty.

I am beyond disappointed with @EE for illegally retaining an account that was opened without my consent and against my instructions to close it down. This has caused significant damage to my credit score and despite my best efforts, I have been unable to rectify the issue. I want to remind everyone that under the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA) it is illegal for a company to retain personal data or open a credit account without permission. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) also requires creditors to promptly act on customer instructions and correct any errors in credit files. I have reported this issue to Transunion with complaint case reference 1458762 and have been ignored. I am now forced to consider legal action against @EE for their unethical and potentially illegal behavior. I am urging the company to take immediate action within 72 hours to rectify this situation, update all credit bureau agencies of the errors and ensure this does not happen again. I am requesting confirmation of the steps taken to close the account and rectify the errors in my credit file and any compensation that I may be entitled to. I hope that @EE will take responsibility for their actions and rectify this situation as soon as possible. Ive been a loyal customer for years i have 3 plans up for renewal this year mine was up today went online to upgrade choose a plan paid £30 fee then it popped up a message saying there's a problem with the order rang ee to be told its a online problem i can do the order for you after going through the same deal over again told id need to pay the £30 again on the phone over an hour got the text accepting the t&cs to then be told the order could not go through as the phone was out of stock why let me go right through the process to then be told that the phone is out of stock great treatment of a loyal customer im now going to change provider with all my lines as they come up for renewal also the person I spoke to just kept muting the call without explaining

I like to give good feedback and praise where possible. With EE I just can't. I've just spend hours trying to resolve an issue and then looked at how to cancel as I'm getting ZERO reception on a 4G sim. Several calls and I've tried to work with technical, new replacement sim, technical community. everything I get 0.01mgb with EE sim some flashes of 8mg for about 10 seconds. Then I added a giffgaff sim and boom I'm fine and 30+mgb. Spoke to about 10 people including technical at EE. Feel completely unvalued. Tried to cancel quoting clauses in their own T&Cs to then be told its not to their policy, which I don't have access to. Oh great. thanks . To leave is £390 I offered to pay half. they refused. In stead I will be going to the financial ombudsman. this is great support for a small company. EE will never be recommended by myself to anyone. Terrible service.

EE is very expensive for the service that they provide I had internet and mobile phone with them, changed both.... signal and price is rubbish compared to other network providers I was getting emails and texts nearly every week saying there was a problem nearby don't know about other places in the country but not very good in Northumberland !
