I had bill problems which i have been charged wrong for the second time. i have been missed advised again for more times. I was so upset and wanted to raise a complaint but thanks to Tim from billing team he helped me understand more. I wish EE advises should be more like him.

My wife went into the ee shop in Bournemouth while we were on holiday to top up her orange SIM card and was persuaded by the ee sales advisor to change to a ee SIM card and she would get a extra 10£ credit and so many free text . We ended up getting other people phoning us up asking for their mother . We could not rectify this while we were on holiday, as much as we tried . Back home now and still unable to sort it out , at home or even in the local ee shop.

If i contract the new iphone 8 from EE . cAN I BUY THE NEW APPLE WATCH 3 at a later date and run them from the same sim?
