Rang EE who said they can’t offer a replacement router or send out a technician!!
The only service they could offer us is that the router get sent back to be repaired and that it would take 7-10 days!! I argued countless times why can’t they send out a replacement router in the interim express delivery - nothing! They say sorry it’s not protocol on the account and all we can offer you is a replacement 7–10 days.
