“My mum was thrilled with her birthday flowers and chocolates , she said they are beautiful , the only thing I would say is that they didn’t arrive until 5,30 pm and it meant she thought she wasn’t getting a present for a while , maybe a pre 12pm delivery slot option?”

“Having used eFlorist in the past, the recipients have always been pleased. Now I know they were just being polite. This order was the first time I had actually seen the product in person and was woefully disappointed. The flowers were nowhere near the quality, nor quantity of what was described. Of what arrived, a far superior product could have been sourced from my local garage and the complimentary box of chocolates were not the regular size of Lindt chocolates you would expect; but a tiny "box" containing three individual chocolates. Furthermore, the box arrived battered and bruised. Really was not worth anywhere near the price plus delivery and am deeply disappointed.”

“I would not give a single star. The delivery was promised for Saturday in time for a very special birthday for an elderly person nursing her dying husband. it didn't arrive. 2 days later after several messages from me to try and check the issue, it arrived. No longer a surprise, too late for the birthday, no apology, no additional gift, just a note asking me to give a review. Here it is!”

“I sent a bouquet to my Mum who is the other side of the world for her 70th Birthday, delivery was on her birthday as requested and the free chocolates were a bonus! Great price, lovely flowers and excellent service! Will definitely use again.”

“If I had the choice I would not have given any star rating, the flowers did not arrive, they were addressed to my sister's address for her grandsons girlfriends birthday, but when the flowers did not arrive my sister phoned me to let me know, she then went on to tell me that when another family member sent her flowers for her birthday back in September EFlorist was also used on that occasion, and it was only by chance she looked out of her front door to see the courier leaving the flowers at the back door, which is a fire escape door for the small block of flats, he did not take them to the front of the building until she indicated for him to do so, one would think that a courier would know to go to the front of a building as there are no door numbers at the back, how the hell do people know if they have flowers delivered if the couriers are too lazy to do the job they are paid to do. I have already reported this to Paypal.”

“Hi, I'm sorry to say that I was very upset that the rose plant did not arrive until 2days after my daughter's birthday even though I put the order in 9 days before. I live in Australia so it was important to me she received her gift on or prior to the day.”

“Hi, I bought some flowers for my mums birthday and felt like they did not look like the ones in the photo. Some a the rose petals were already starting to come off and die. I was just really disappointed with them on the whole.”

“Flowers were a big disapointment for my sister in law as a big Thank You! They looked awful - hardly any flowers at all (much less than a £4.00 garage purchase.) These flowers were meant to be worth £35.00 + £5.99 postage so £40.99 no way. See picture of flowers. Need a replacement”

“I ordered yellow roses and that’s what I got. Pretty ordinary really. They were on the delivery van for around 8 hours and weren’t delivered until after 5pm. The driver had 127 deliveries so some had to wait even longer. The price was reasonable but the flowers were noting special so I probably wouldn’t order again”
