“Ordered flowers from Eflorist for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, Eflorist uses Yodel. Needless to say, the flowers didn't arrive on the birthday, but the day after. Won't be using Eflorist again.”

“I ordered 2 items by mistake.Immediately, I tried to cancel one, but I could not find a way of going back on the web site to enable me to cancel.I then e mailed hoping I could cancel.I understand e florist said more notice would have to be given.If I had been able to talk to a person I am sure we could have come to an agreement. In future I will visit a local florist to see someone in person. I will not be using this method again.”

“I’ve ordered flowers on two occasions, and both arrived on time. The recipient was delighted with the flowers and chocolates, but regrettably I also bought a vase that wasn't big enough for the flowers. Overall, really satisfied with the service and will use it again.”

“Very good experience . Easy to use ordering system No fuss or bother Flowers packaged securely Friendly delivery drive . Very rarely do I give top marks to a supplier , but in this instance it very well deserved . Would recommend & use this company again .”

“I was running very last minute so googled florist with fast delivery. The ordering process was so fast and easy and the bouquet was very reasonably priced. I had tracking emails and the product arrived on time and great quality. My friend loved them. Will definitely used them again in the future.”

“The delivery was late. It went to the wrong address with no notice coming to us. The box and the flowers looked like they had been beaten up. The flowers were not 'In Bud' as advertised. When I emailed 'Sophie' I had no reply!”

“The flowers were fine. It’s the smallest box of chocolates you’ve ever seen. They were free I suppose though. The problem was I specifically wanted the 13th for an anniversary. They were delivered on the 14th. I did order on the 12th for next day. Unhappy wife, unhappy life.”

“You failed to deliver on the day I asked for as the person it was meant for had they had to actually go to work on Friday to get them. So took the element of surprise out of the gift. Never use you again.”

“Flowers eventually arrived at destination and satisfied with the presentation. However, has a email to suggest they were delivered..not the case. A day later, they arrived and delivered by a manager of an Elderly people's home two roads from the address? Earlier in the year, has the same message for my anniversary..delivered..which was not the case. Sent a photo on the two occasions showing where they left the flowers..not the intended address!!! First time received refund..didn't make up for the error. Second time sent a complaint followed by advising the second order was delivered..but not by the courier. Got an email back with a sorry I didn't get the flowers? The delivery company...Y**el* failed twice to deliver to the correct address and the emails are obviously not read. The second lot delivered by the elderly people's home was impressive. Ordering was straight forward.Two occasions, not delivered on time at the correct address..As long as they go through this courier company, I have no confidence placing another order going forward. Very disappointed.”
