I recently ordered two deliveries for different people to arrive a day before a funeral. One delivery was fine but the second one never arrived?? I’ve tried endlessly to email, no reply, phone no answer!! Now I’m hoping I’ll get a response from this. I had notification from Amazon to say flowers could not be delivered and to contact eflorist. As already said I’m still trying a week later. So no flowers delivered, no refund, in fact nothing. Very disappointed and frustrated!!!

The delivery tracking was not the best I was not able to speak to the delivery drivers and the delivery arrived at like 7 pm not in the morning. Further to this the picture online vs the actual product was very deceiving.

Flowers dumped on doorstep despite recipient being in the entire day, and were not found until 7 hours later. Luckily they were not stolen as they easily could have been. Email to you regarding this has been ignored. Will not be using you again!

I ordered flowers for my sons girlfriend, the order arrived - flowers were half dead and some heads broken. I complained, and after them informing me they would sort the issue - I then got an email informing me that due to data protection that they could not process the complaint - as I was not the recipient!!! .I responded, and finally they agreed to resend. The order arrived, and although much better - looked nothing (and never did) like the picture ordered. Be aware you do not get what you pay for - always go through a local reputable florist

I sent my sister a beautiful bouquet for her birthday last Friday and by Monday all the roses were dead. I was so disappointed because I have used your company before.😢

Dpd driver tried to deliver to wrong address, admitted by dpd, on phoning them after receiving message to say sorry missed you, they then went on to deliver to local collection point. I contacted EFlorist and explained what had happened and asked for a refund of £6.99 for the Sunday delivery as these were for a neighbours 70th birthday, they refused a refund as delivery was attempted even after explaining that it was to the wrong address, I had to arrange for someone to collect & deliver for me as an disabled and don’t drive, very disappointed, I won’t be using this company again

Delivered by Amazon late at night expected them earlier in the day. The Roses looked sad and there were only 3 chocolates in the box expected more. Will not order again from company.

The flowers were for a Diamond Anniversary 60 years, but sadly looked nothing like the ones on the website which we picked and were mostly roses. The ones received were mostly large open chrysanthemums. Totally different look. Very disappointed.

Although promptly delivered, the flowers were not accompanied by the personal message typed on website. This left the recipient unaware as to why they had been sent (non birthday). Quick response from eflorist customer service when queried in their defence, but to date, had no explanation as to why the message was omitted. Considering the price, I would expect a more professional service.

My 1st experience didn't start well as my delivery was moved by the delivery courier. It then didn't deliver, lied about why then delivered it incomplete and wrecked. Once I convinced customer services it would not have been refused, the replacement was ordered and delivered, by a different courier. 5 days late but beautiful. Two pictures one delivered Thursday and replacement on Friday.

The flowers I ordered weren’t available, so others were sent which were ok but they didn’t arrive till the next day, and I had no refund for the Same day delivery I’d paid for. I’d asked for one in reply to change to my original order but got no reply, so I’m not sure I’d use E florist again.

Not many flowers for the price, and most arrived snapped and broken. Will not be using eflorist again. I will use Interflora as they give better value for money and deliver healthy flowers.

The same day delivery had not arrived by day 3 after I'd placed the order and there was no communication forthcoming to tell me that the flowers were not going to be delivered because the order hadn't been processed properly. I wasn't offered a refund until I asked for one. Very disappointed. On the positive side, the response to my message was quick and the money (@£60) was refunded swiftly (hence the second star). Perhaps I was just unlucky.

The delivery was originally supposed to be same day on the Wednesday, advised it was delayed to the Thursday and then to the Saturday.

The flowers were fine but it was delived at 5pm on a Saturday to a neighbours house without informing me! The flowers were a surprise for my wife on our first wedding anniversary so a very poor service. Would not use again.

The picture on the website and the flowers we received were entirely different and very disappointing in all honesty. I could have went to a local supermarket and got a decent size bunch for the £20 + delivery we paid. You have to try something once and you learn from it.....
