“From hospital bed I Ordered red roses for our 55 th Anniversary and was told they couldn’t deliver for the date ,said it would be next day that day came and was told can’t deliver for another two days . What’s the point of a floral surprise 3 days after y Anniversary. My wife thought I’d. forgotten . Very disappointed”

“I ordered flowers on Tuesday 30th August as a welcome home for my mother who has been in hospital for 7 weeks. It is now Saturday 3rd September and their status, with Yodel, is showing as "With Sender". I really don't think much of your next day delivery service and the impact of the flowers which will soon be a week late is now gone. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and have my order number because I received no email from eFlorist confirming it. I could find no phone number on the website, no Live Chat facility and their contact form has a non-functioning "Send" button. I am very disappointed and will be initiating a refund through PayPal.”

“Do not use. The website suffered a glitch after the payment stage meaning the order appeared not have been confirmed and the payment appeared to be outstanding. Entered payment details again and received order reference and confirmation. Discovered a couple of hours later that both orders had gone through so as per confirmation email contacted customer service to cancel one. They were extremely unhelpful despite the issue being caused by their website and said it was impossible to cancel. Impossible to speak to anyone as no telephone number listed and when I requested a call back they refused saying it was not part of their process.Flowers were not delivered on due date and when they were delivered the vase was broken and the flowers of extremely poor quality. This is the worst service I have received from an on line delivery company”

“Flowers were not as advertised. Tiny bouquet and certainly not value for money. Flowers were not healthy and have already within less than 24 hours of receiving them started to die.”

“Ordered for next day delivery and took two days. Ordered a large bunch of flowers for £40 but the amount was the same as if I had bought from Tesco for £10. Will not be using this service again.”
