“I want my money back ,I don't want to win it back .the flowers were late dead and not fit for purpose. How dare you continue to advertise as you do. Judging by many others on trust point I am just o e of many.”

“I ordered a medium bouquet with a card, I wrote the wrong words inside, 2 minutes after I ordered it, I emailed them immediately to cancel my order, so that I could order another one with right wording. I got a email back +- 2 hours later saying it’s to late to cancel. So now I got 2 bouquets costing me nearly £60 +…..I wanted it delivered the same day…..no it’s to late…..I asked if it’s possible in the morning…..we can’t promise bla bla bla. The “flowers” came…….was left outside the door no bell rang. My goodness what an absolute disgrace for what I got for my money….limp tiny flowers plenty of green rubbish….if I hold the w bunches of buds/flowers together there must have been 10 flowers and 5 green bush rubbish. The flowers that they advertise is very very deceiving nothing like the rubbish you receive……absolute appalling customer service…..outrageously expensive for what you get. I would never ever recommend anyone to use this rip off company! Disgusting”

“The flowers were lovely but the delivery service was terrible. The flowers were delivered over 15 hours after arriving at the depot early morning at around 6.00 a.m. They were left outside all night until 8.30 the next morning. Delivery address was obviously business premises so will of course be closed by 10.00 p.m. When at approx 3.00 p.m. I realised they were being delivered later at night it was impossible to add safe place or neighbour. Courier stated they had been posted through letterbox and did not say left outside door. I did not know size of box so presumed and hoped were inside, if I had known were outside I would have driven the 3 miles to rescue them. How long they will last after a cold November night outside I don't know. A real pity as beautiful flowers and lovely presentation. Unfortunately I will not use again unless there is a better delivery service.”

“Flowers left on doorstep. We were in but no one rang the doorbell. Very few flowers - most of it was green foliage . No chocolates were in the box. Have sent email but had no reply.”

“Shocking service! Ordered on a Friday for delivery the following Tuesday, never turned up on Tuesday or Wednesday, was told Could deliver the next Monday!! Absolutely disgusting service, definitely not using eflorist ever again”
