“Order arrived but was not informed by yodel about delivery my granddaughter let me know the day after,i messaged eflorist who replied day after informing me they where delivered”

“Of the 50 roses, three arrived with their heads broken off and one was just a stem. Despite clear instructions to deliver to a neighbour if we were out, DPD left them on doorstep. One star given as they were delivered. Disappointed - as these were for our 40th wedding anniversary. Will not use you again.”

“Two stars just for the quick replies from the customer support. The order is not like the pictures at all. Still waiting for the reply about that But overall I will not use them again. Don’t be tricked by the pictures Also the delivery company just let the order in a safe place without even notifying me or the receiver that they have delivered the order. I don’t like the whole experience Also some flowers are damaged You can see in the pictures what I have received VS what is on the website and of course after the flowers open up they will never be as shown in the website picture”

“Flowers not delivered as were 'damaged'. Really disappointed as they were for my friends 70th birthday................ Did however receive a nice and prompt reply from customer services who are hopefully going to rearrange another bouqet, heres hoping!”

“Please will you tell the courier to leave a note through the door if leaving the flowers in the garage or anywhere else. My recipients were celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary and Unfortunately the lady was rushed to hospital and is on end of life care. Due to distress he did not look in the garage but they were found the next day. Your flowers and chocolates are always lovely and was easy. Thank you, Celia Willies”

“Ordered this bouquet to cheer my sister up. It did the trick! It was delivered on time, and she said the flowers were beautiful. However, the tracking didn't seem to work as they were still "out for delivery" several hours after she received them!”

“Flowers I sent to my Daughter in law were in a terrible state. So bad they didn’t want to tell me about it. I’m in Scotland and they live in your area in England so shouldn’t have happened. So disappointed by this.”

“Delivery was made promptly, but the messaging from courier service ( yodel) was confusing ( simply said delivered to safe place- "postroom" with nowhere telling me where/what post room was. It required me to make contact with the recipient to see what had happened to them. Cant undo score for customer service- but as yet had no reply to my query”

“I live in Scotland and sent flowers and chocolates to my sister in Portsmouth for her birthday. They were delivered within an hour and the flowers were beautiful. I’d definitely recommend EFlorist and I’ll definitely be using them again. X”

“Not at all helpful our flowers got delivered to the wrong address despite me getting hold of you to try and rectify the problem we gave you the correct address and your customer service is rubbish plus your live chat does not work Will definitely not use you again”
