“Purchased a vape pen along with coils. The coils received were damaged. Although the coils shipped were damaged, they refuse to replace them. They offered a $5 store credit. Since I did not open the second bottle until the first bottle was finished, I did not know it was broken and all the juice would spill out every time I tried to refill. Customer service was super rude and stated that it went past the 30 day purchase date they would not exchange it.
