I informed EV about the situation and I followed their easy steps to either get a refund or store credit. “Don't purchase any batteries from them! I had bad luck and received a dead 18650, no continuity so it wouldn't charge. Had to record a video of the dead battery not working, load it to dropbox, and send them a link. Only for them to say it's a non-warranty product and offer less than a 1/3rd of the price it would have been to order a replacement(in store credit). Will shop local only now, at least i'll get better customer service.”
“I have only used a few online vape stores. I decided to try Element Vape out for the first time and it's just awful. I placed my order on 3/7 and it is currently 3/13 and my order is still being processed. I genuinely do not even know how many times I have emailed them anymore to see what is taking so long, but still have not received a single response. I've even tried contacting them from different email addresses to see if that would help but no. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. $60 right down the drain”
