“I have purchased over the last month or so two mods, batteries & battery chargers. I understood the policy to be if you supply an email address you become a customer that receives points that can be redeemed towards future purchases.
Upon placing my most recent order, I realized that I needed to create an account in order to receive these rewards, which I did not do prior to realizing this was how you earn points. I emailed the company and explained my misunderstanding and they responded to me in less than 24 hours and gave me the points for the purchase I made over a month ago, along with every other item I bought.
Merchandise is top quality, shipping is very reliable and they are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Element Vape. I have been struggling, I live in New Jersey and most vape stores closed after the ban of menthol juice. I tried 3 different online vendors, not one was remotely close to the quality, customer service and satisfaction as this store!”

Absolutely will not be doing business with them again. I’ve been a long time customer, typically at least $100 spent on each order. But with this kind of customer service I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.”
