“Pretty good service before but recently they swapped to a shipping company that essentially holds your package hostage unless you sign for it in person. No option for a direct pick up and no given schedule when the driver might arrive either. And as someone that works graveyard shift, the lack of flexibility here is making me want to cancel my current order(already missed today's driver) and just go buy elsewhere.”

They sent me an email telling me that an item was out of stock in the particular color I ordered and gave me a choice of getting the rest of the order and a refund or canceling the entire order. I asked if they had another color of the item and if so, I'd take any color. They immediately replaced it with another color option. They respond right back to your emails.”
