Element Vape has wonderful prices and great customer service. There was a slight issue with my latest order and they rectified the problem within 24 hours. Excellent customer service! Shipments always arrive on time and exactly as expected. No complaints whatsoever.

Accidentally ordered two of the same thing so I emailed to cancel one and they stopped on and refunded me within an hour.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Element Vape's Customer Service Team! Extremely responsive and wonderfully helpful! Long story short...I had a package get lost in transit (not Element's fault) and they responded quickly to my emails and resolved the issue to my full satisfaction without any fuss. Couldn't have asked for more!

Every once in a while I accidentally order too much of something, when I finally notice all it takes is a quick email and they cancel it for me!

This was one of the best shopping experiences that I have had. There was an issue that I had to contact them about and they went above and beyond to make it right and did it FAST. I will definitely be shopping with them in the future.

I've been using element vape for years and yesterday my order was missing a item I contacted them n they are shipping another one to me within a few hours, they stand behind how they do business

They helped me immediately with correcting my order. I wasn’t expecting them to email me back so quickly after hours. The entire process between me noticing my item was wrong and them sending a new tracking link with my correct item took about 15 minutes. So fast!

Element Vape customer service is excellent. They contacted me to tell me that an item I purchased was no longer in stock and gave me the option of proceeding with the other items I purchased OR canceling the order. They also ship items very quickly and don’t use snail mail, so I didn’t have to wait forever to receive my products. I love their rewards program and try to purchase my vape goodies from Element whenever possible.

Fantastic customer service. Great selection and great prices, with super fast shipping. I placed a order for the first time and wanted to add additional items to get free shipping. Emailed these guys and they said no problem, no questions asked. They canceled my order and told me to reorder all the items I wanted. Just like that, that simple. I reordered what I wanted got my items 2 days later all the way from CA.

Sent the wrong juice but were very quick to respond and are sending out the correct one. Also I’m allowed to keep the incorrect juice for the mistake so that is very nice. They were quick to make right the wrong and I’m appreciative for the speed at which they handled it.

I purchase from this great company all the time. Zero issues with all my orders til this latest one. An incorrect item was sent and when I touched base with them they stayed with me on my issue until it was resolved, no lag between correspondence. I knew there still had to be good people out there and Element Vape are def one of the good ones. They care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy. Thank you again for all you do.

I've ordered quote a few things from EV over the years. The prices have always been good. The shipping has always been fast. I recently had to contact their customer service and they responded VERY quickly and resolved my issue VERY quickly.

Extremely happy with the speed and depth of service in replacing incorrect items in my order. Customer service is one of the best out there. Given the current times, and restrictions on online purchases I am impressed with the speedy shipping and swift, helpful customer service. I will always direct my purchasing dollars here first.

I was missing a battery in my order. I emailed the company and heard back the very next day. They were very apologetic and sent the missing battery immediately. I have to say, THE BEST customer service that I have experienced in a long time. Kudos to them. I will definitely continue shopping with their company. They were professional and made sure the customer came 1st. Great Job!!!

Pretty good service before but recently they swapped to a shipping company that essentially holds your package hostage unless you sign for it in person. No option for a direct pick up and no given schedule when the driver might arrive either. And as someone that works graveyard shift, the lack of flexibility here is making me want to cancel my current order(already missed today's driver) and just go buy elsewhere.

After providing ID for my order I was then asked to hold the ID to my face and take a photo, unacceptable. This was my 3rd order from EV. I asked why I had to keep providing ID to the same address as the last 3 orders. They did not respond and cancelled my order immediately. Horrible customer service. I would recommend another provider.

Sold me 4 bottles of oxidized juice, didn’t apologize, and made me pay return shipping after I spent over 100$ in their online store, don’t deal with this store, they dont care about their customers at all

Element Vape has excellent customer service. They will work with you to satisfy any issue. They sent me an email telling me that an item was out of stock in the particular color I ordered and gave me a choice of getting the rest of the order and a refund or canceling the entire order. I asked if they had another color of the item and if so, I'd take any color. They immediately replaced it with another color option. They respond right back to your emails.
