They aren't upfront with the information that it is going to take a month to ship from Cali to Texas. They only give you the full info after purchase. Seems like fraud, definitely misleading. I will never purchase there again.

I ordered a vape from them on 11/16/21 and here it is 12/1/21 and still not here. That's 15 days later mind you. I contacted them several times and got no response back. I would not recommend buying from this company. Keep your money or go elsewhere.

Ordered 30 days ago. My tracking number says "out for delievery" for 2 weeks now. Email customer service and get an automated response. Ordered from here before and it was okay but currently this place is a joke

Worst shipping ever. Over a month of crossing the country back and fourth and out for delivery for 5 days smh website says basically they do nothing. Buy elsewhere.

Customer service is non existent. Shorted items on my prepaid shipment and they INSIST on an AFFIDAVIT. You can’t talk to anyone, took numerous requests to get an invoice !!! I used to order from this company with NO issues. I realize that many take advantage of situations I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE. BEWARE !! Never again

I placed four separate orders with Element Vape on Oct. 25, 27, and 29th and one one order arrived at this time (Dec.1st). The order that arrived was being delivered by a lady whom called me at 6:30 am on a weekday stating that she had a package to deliver to me and the package required a signature. She wanted to know a time I would be available at home to sign for and receive the shipment. I work at 8am so I told her she could come by before 7:30am or it would be after 5pm before I would be back home. She said that she would be at my home before I left at 7:30 then called back at 7:35 to say she decided to wait till the evening to come by. This of course made me a few minutes late for work but not a huge deal. It was my decision to wait on her in hopes of receiving my order. I received another call from her around lunch which when to voicemail. She wanted to know if anyone was at my house that could sign for the package or if she could come by my workplace. The answer was No to both questions she had so I didn’t call her back. I arrived at home around 5pm and at 6:30 a gentleman showed up at my door with the package dressed in street clothes and driving a older sedan. I collected the package from him and asked if he needed my signature. His response was “Well, no. You are over 21 right?” I said sure and he left. I opened the package and it was replacement glass for an m-pro tank( part of one order out of the four I placed with Element Vape) Still waiting and wondering about the rest of the shipments. Any emails sent to Element Vape inquiring on the orders are answered with a pre written response letter. All tracking information indicates that the shipments have been shipped and received which isn’t the case. Meanwhile, they fill my inbox daily with ads on products for sale and discounts. Element Vape is having huge problems with shipping and unsatisfied customers feeling ripped off at this time. Why don’t they try to fix the shipping issues and deliver the products they’ve sold before they try to sell me more items? I just want what I paid for and then I’ll shop elsewhere from now on. I have learn my lesson on this vape supplier.

I placed two orders with them.. one on Nov 2nd and one on Nov 4th. Today is Nov 28th and I have received one item from one order and nothing else. After contacting them multiple times and receiving only an automated message in response, I went to their Facebook page and contacted them and received a message stating they were sorry that I have not received my order and that was it. Since I ordered from Element Vape, I have ordered items from China and received them.

Ordered an Aegis Solo and battery; both dead on arrival. First order from this website in years and this happens. Do not recommend using this site whatsoever.

Something on my order wasn't available in the color I wanted so I asked for whatever color is available without having to reorder it, they changed it for me the next day

I have been ordering from them for a couple years. Ordered on November 8th this is November 28th I still have not received my order they have not returned my emails. I received the email saying that it was shipped but when I track it it's still in Salt Lake City. I have had an issue before and I had to stay very persistent to receive the items they owed me. But at least they were answering my emails. I did not appreciate having to send copies of my receipt several times due to there I guess internal issues.

Ordered for about 4 years until major shipping companies were unable to deliver. Now I’ve been waiting for 1 month for my package, so i asked them what company is delivering it and they have no information on it. They have no idea who is delivering it so it is impossible for me to figure out what I can do to receive the package. Will not be ordering again

Had been ordering from them for the last 3 years. They started charging for a "signature verification". And now they no longer deliver to my area. Tried removing myself from their never ending e-mail list since I can no longer receive orders from them, and still continue to get multiple e-mails. Look elsewhere.

I just wanted them to give me the new item I returned that was broken, I wanted it replaced!! That's it! I wanted them to send me a new one! I didn't want to have to shop I wanted the same thing gezz! But they want to communicate through email blah , I was using an outdated mod and it sucked, I loved the newer one so just send the new one that's fixed and be done s@$t!!

There delivery system even though they charged me$17. The USPS has a faster service placed my order October 30 here it is November 9,and my order is held up alt all.is company has thin salt lake city.??? I do not recommend this place at all

Buyer beware, I knew delivery would take extra time, but delivery status was never current and the no name delivery company marked my shipment undeliverable because I wasn’t home and returned my order without giving me any notice that attempts were made. Now Element says I have to wait until product returns to them for a refund which took 3 weeks to get here. It’s in the possession of their delivery company. Complete lack of communication and effort to provide good customer service. What a joke. I was a consistent monthly customer. Not anymore.

On the 27th of Oct I ordered a mod and a tank as a kit. The shipping label was created the next day and tracking showed it left their "warehouse" the next day. Shipping would take this package from CA to FL, a trip that typically takes 3-5 days. Cut to a week later and it shows my package just arriving in Utah with an expected delivery date of 11-9. Not only is that nearly two full weeks, but the delivery date has changed no fewer than 5 times. First it said it would be delivered on the 2nd, then the 3rd, then the 5th, then the 8th and now the 9th. I've contacted EV twice for an explanation and all they do is apologize for any inconvenience. Order from anyone else on the internet because their shipping must be coming from China or something. They seem not at all bothered about my complaint and offer no solutions. I'll never buy anything from them again and I suggest you don't either. I'll be doing a charge back on this order to prevent them from defrauding me.

Successfully returned a defective mod but I had to pay a few bucks extra for return shipping because it exceeded the weight of the prepaid return label.

I have done a half-dozen purchases with Element Vape. All have been Smooth and Efficient. They Ship Fast and items are well packaged.

Very poor service. No clear communication or assistance with trying to get this order delivered. The carrier they chose is very poor (being nice) and although their stated hours of service are from 8am-8pm they never work after 4pm. After the first attempt I made arrangements to be home to receive it and they never attempted delivery that day. They came the next day when I wasn't aware and couldn't be there. There were no tracking updates to go off of either and trying to reach them or element vape for assistance was a complete waste of time. Element will not allow to choose a shipping carrier option (even to pay more for a better service) 2 weeks later having to start over and place the order with a different (more reputable) company. Do yourself a favor
