“The service is beyond terrible. I had never experienced such a bad service in my entire life.
The shop didn't have headphones in store, so the employee told me he would send it to me for free.
First, the delivery was sent to the wrong address. The address I put on my Elkjop profile was correct. I even checked with the employee and saw that it was the correct one.
But it was sent to the wrong place.
Then, I needed to call to inform Elkjop about the mistake. But no, someone forgot to notify Posten about it, and I needed to call Elkjop once again.
This time they managed to send it to the correct place. But I needed to pay 100 NOK because the headophones were sent from Sweeden... I see on the first sticker on the box (the one with the wrong address) that it was sent from Oslo.
But the sticker with the correct address includes information that it was sent from Sweden... . Seriously?
I needed to call the third time to receive 100 NOK back. This is all I receive for all the time I wasted. It's a joke! You can send a stupid coupon with 100 NOK for your next shopping.
But you treat customers like garbage!
Me and my wife always bought things from Elkjop. But it was the last purchase.
I'll return these headphones and never buy anything from Elkjop. And I'll post this whenever I can. And inform anyone I know how unprofessional you are.
I hope there is an institution I can inform about you trying to charge me extra without any reason.”

På nettsiden oppgir de at det er flere stykker igjen, deretter informerer kundeservice at produktet ikke er tilgjengelig. I tillegg vil de ikke refundere pengene, fordi bestillingen angivelig er blokkert og ikke kan kanselleres. Bare tull!!”
“Some customer service is a shame. Last Saturday May 18th I had to return a cellphone I bought in Elkjøp online. I went to Elkjøp Lamberseter and a gentle employee fixed everything in 2 minutes. I went today Friday May 24th to the same place to return another cellphone and other employee, notoriously lazy told me that this was not possible, that I have to go to Elkjøp Glass Magazinet or Alnabru. I told to him that a week ago I had returned there a cellphone without any trouble. He answered to me he was not able to do so in Lamberseter. I felt a stupid and decided not to argue with such lazy individual. I think Elkjøp must be more careful with the employees they hired. Next time I will not buy in Elkjøp.”
“Alltid vært stor fan av Elkjøp, men nå begyner de å tape seg. Anbefaller alle å kjøpe andre steder. Du blir kastet rundt i systemet frem og tilbake der ingen tar ansvar. “Jeg kjøpte ett par JBL bloetooth headphones hos Elkjøp Heimdal før jul som sluttet og lade etter en uke, jeg dro deretter tilbake med håp om og kunne få ett nytt produkt eller helst kunne få muligheten til og byttet til annet merke headphones. Jeg fikk istedet klar beskjed att jeg nå måtte forholde meg til JBL og ikke Elkjøp som solgte meg varen. Løsningen var nå og sende varen tilbake til JBL for reparasjon, hvor lang tid dette skulle ta kunne ikke Elkjøp Heimdal svare meg på? Kundebehandleren jeg måtte forholde meg til var både nedlatende og til tider på grensen til frekk mot meg. Jeg gikk fra Elkjøp Heimdal med en følelse av og ha blitt manipulert og lurt av ett stort rikt selskap som ikke var villig til og ta ansvar for og ha solgt meg meg ett defekt produkt.”
“Elkjop rob me! I bought a GoPro on their online shop. GoPro was missing a part. after days of unsuccessful trying to solve the problem, I decided to return this GoPro. I send it back but they never return the money till now! approx 3 weeks.”
