I had numerous bad experiences with this store before and had started using a different location. We had even contemplated using another provider because we continually had such poor service at this Enterprise. Luckily, I was able to be served by these guys and they were fantastic! “I picked up car at Frankfurt airport. Got nice Golf 8 , almost brand new. Everything went smooth at pick up, they took deposit of 250e. After a return of vehicles, i had a help from Enterprise worker ALI, to get everything in order.
After inspection they informed me and i got email that there was no issue and refund is issued. After 1 working day i got my money back on debit card.
I recommend this rental company and i will use it for sure in future.

“Chris, a young man, at Enterprise on Grand Ave in Surprise AZ needs a raise and a bonus! I was having problems with the gas pump and it was closing time at Enterprise. I got there and the lights were out and the door locked but Chris unlocked the door with computer in hand and checked the car and took it back!!
