Really bad experience. Do yourself a huge favor and find another company to rent a vehicle from. Never have the vehicle you requested, satellite radio almost never works and they seem to have no problem charging for a new wheel , 4 months after the car was turned in?

Best customer servive at the Enterprise 7519 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, KY. Carly made sure everything was 100% spot on during my rental experience. Also the guy who took me home (Chuck) was very nice too. Highly recommend this branch, ask for Carly. Tim Brown

Rented a car on 4-17-24 at your Wetmore Rd location in Tucson and was assisted by Joshua F. He was friendly, efficient and I was in a car very quickly. He explained all your policies and made me feel very confident in my choice. Originally it was a two day rental as my own car was being repaired due to a recall and ended up being two weeks. When I called to extend my rental everyone I spoke to was very accommodating. Nice group of people at this office. When I returned the car yesterday I was assisted by Jesus A and he also was very friendly and efficient. Joshua and Jesus you guys rock. I would be pleased to go back there anytime

I called the Coldwater, Michigan store and made a reservation. Lalsang had my car and paperwork all ready. He was able to follow me to my mom's to deliver the car, made it very convenient. Emily called me after to be sure I was satisfied with everything. I have rented from other Enterprise locations in the past and have always had a good experience.

The service at Enterprise Sacramento Airport was great from getting the car to returning it. On our return trip we were not sure where to return the car, a young lady directed us a told us exactly what to. When we got to the correct location, the same young lady was there with a representative name Kim. Kim gave my husband the bill after informing him all that it included, and than told us the young lady name Celest would be driving us to the airport, we are both in our 80’s, and had six suitcases, long trip. She pick them up and helped us to the outdoor check-in. Both ladies were so nice and friendly. Mr & Mrs Bell

I am deeply disappointed with my recent car rental experience at this Enterprise location. The way they added on the CDW optional protection was unprofessional and left me dissatisfied. I agreed to the protection for the time I paid out of pocket (6 days) until my insurance kicked in to take over the remainder of the agreement (43 days). Although I agreed, and it's on the contract to pay for this optional protection package for six days, this Enterprise location is attempting to charge me for the full 43 days. I emailed the branch manager and called multiple times with no response. Upon contacting the location, I was informed that they could not address the issue and advised me to call customer service. It was only then that I was told I needed to come in once my insurance took over the agreement to have the optional protection removed, despite signing an agreement for 6 days. Why they do not tell you this upfront, notify you, or allow you to opt out once your insurance takes over is a shady sales tactic that takes advantage of customers and is wrong. After taking great care of the car throughout my rental period, this is extremely disappointing, and I hope Enterprise honors its agreement.

So wish I could give a zero star rating! On 3/31 I made a reservation for 4/19 11am for a minivan at the Festus, MO. location. On 4/15 I received a call from Haley to confirm and tell me there would be a deposit made to my card at time of pickup. On 4/19 10am Haley called to say they didn't have a minivan for me and asked if I would consider an alternate vehicle. I said sure I preferred a minivan or a vehicle comparable in size/storage/seating. She explained she would have to call other locations & get back to me. I had to call her back for updates multiple times. I asked how can you call someone 1hr before they're supposed to pickup a vehicle reserved 3 weeks prior just to say we don't have your vehicle? Haley kept saying over and over "I understand" and "I'm not going to keep having this conversation with you." Haley said she called all locations in the entire St Louis area and couldn't locate a vehicle. Haley was rude, displayed very poor customer service skills and no concern whatsoever for the stress she placed on my travel plans. It sounded as if she was reading from a script to explain how they dropped the ball. Turns out Haley is the Branch Manager at the Festus. MO. location! I also contacted Enterprise Corporate Customer service twice and was told the situation would be escalated and I would receive a call back from a district manager. Those calls never came. I found a minivan through Avis in Arnold, MO. finally @ 3pm for $150 over my quote from Enterprise. Haley did call me back approximately 3:40 to say she found a van in Arnold. I told her I rented through Avis. She said "well I just wanted to let you know I found one". I will also let my employer(who is a corporate accountant for Enterprise) know how badly this experience was and how Enterprise completely dropped the ball! Ref. Confirmation Number 1561186826

Rented a car from Mount Prospect, IL, and everything was fine when I returned after 5 days. Two weeks later, I looked at my credit card, and Enterprise charged me $50 (my deposit wasn't returned) because they smelled smoke in the car. I explained to the manager that I DIDN'T smoke, but he wouldn' hear it. Wouldn't listen to me, or take away the charge. I will NEVER use them again, and I will be disputing it with the credit card company.

I called the local office on Friday morning to ask about my final receipt and was told the car was checked in and they would call me later with a final bill. That was at 8 am, well at 4pm I called customer service and was informed they never closed out the transaction and they would email me a receipt. Well I never received a receipt so I called the Romeo office again and was told it was closed but never refunded my 300 dollars. Did not even apologize for the mess up. So now I have to wait even longer for my money. I will not be going back to the Romeo location

Enterprise in Flowood, MS (Jackson) has very rude, disrespectful, and unconcerned agents. I used Enterprise for years in Maryland, and never received such unfriendly, poor customer service. After our bus broke down, went in with students and service personnel from a company that was attempting to help us and make sure we could get bak home (over 200 miles away) to hear, no, your principal cannot complete the renal online or over the phone, and no you cannot do a one-way rental, because you might be attempting to steal the vehicle (very disrespectful comment). This statement, alone represented enough for a legal case, because I was charged a fee for dropping the vehicle off at a location closer to work and home (a lack of full disclosure because the agent didn't really want to serve us, and didn't take the time to address the question properly). One point of hire in today's job market needs to be teaching customer service and respect for consumers. After being in Jackson all day, the last thing we needed was poor customer service.

Enterprise on Airport Blvd in Mobile,Alabama will totally lie to you to get your business. They tell you to give them a 300 deposit then when you bring the car back full of gas and just like it was when you left you get your deposit right back as soon as the car is checked out. Total lie. I’ve spoken with three different coprerate people and they have all told me different things. One said by the end of the businesses day LIE. The other told me within 30 mins it would go into my account. Another LIE. Last person said 10 days. They are all liers. Please save yourself all the stress and go elsewhere. They are absolutely terrible.

I just want to sent a shout out to a very special THANK YOU to a gentleman by the name of Carlos Guzman Jimenez who went completely out of his way to help me find a pair of expensive sunglasses my daughter gifted to me, which I left in the rental van a day before. We traveled to Santa Fe, NM for my birthday and I didn't realize I had left my sunglasses in the back seat pocket until Sunday morning. I am forever grateful for going the extra mile. Thank you so so much! Amazing customer service by this sweet gentleman.
