And this service was satisfactory.However I got a call from the regional manager named matt who was extremely rude to me tried to overcharge me.Would not listen to reason.It didn't get straightened out until I called monroeville and spoke with a manager owen who did help me”
“Enterprise on Bechtle Ave Springfield OH is THE worst branch I have ever dealt with. I have been an Enterprise Plus member for years. Springfield OH employees are rude, harassed me, then pit me on a do not rent/risk list all because they were confused as to where the car was even after repeatedly telling them. They refused to call the Enterprise in Lawerenceburg IN to verify vehicle was there which was on the contract to return to Lawerenceburg. The rental car my husband was renting through his work made arrangements for his car which we rented from same place and same day. There was a mixup and misunderstanding yet they refuse to make it right. Worst customer service ever!!!”

“Recently I booked a mini van with Enterprise Car Rental for a weekend. I got the confirmation and location to pickup. When I called the location on Friday they told me they have a reservation for a mini van under my name but they do not have a mini van! I was wondering if this is even possible. Ironically, I remembered an episode of Seinfeld! It does happen!

“We rented a car in Amarilo Airport. By the time I arrived to the hotel, the car was making a very loud wheel bearing noise. I felt unsafe and that's when I decided to call interprise to inform them of the situation.
After all the confusion we come to find, Interprise IS NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS. After calling several times, finally customer service finally got us an Uber, back to the airport. Upon arriving Natinal Rental was able to help us, but after so much back and forth finally was issued a car.
We were calling all morning long to make contact with interprise, CLOSED. This is a TOTAL inconvenience.
We weren't able to get started on our vacation till all this matter was cleared.
NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY??????

“The customer service, shuttle, car and low cost met expectations. Someone else ahead of me had wisely requested beforehand a vehicle with winter tires. This had not occurred to me so I received M and S tires which were standard issue. This was a terrible mistake as these tires had no traction on winter roads even though there was sufficient tread.”
“renting the truck and delivering it back wasn't a problem. it was fine, but make sure if you need road side service DO NOT USE ENTERPISE'S ROAD SIDE SERVICE. anyone the insurance that you would pay for through enterprise does not cover any roadside service. so if you need use roadside service use your personal roadside service that was they don't charge you an insane amount. i rented a truck and on the way back to drop it back off i had a flat tire. and when all said and done they charged me $1068 for a tire change doubled the amount of what renting the truck cost.”
