Very poor customer service. I cancelled my order on 21st April as the wait for the parts was going to be too long, and was told my money would be refunded within 7-10 working days. They delivered the items I had ordered anyway despite the cancellation, and I have been trying to get my money back ever since. I have had a refund for part of my order after I had arranged for it to be picked up, and the second part was also subsequently picked up....and then re-delivered to me! I am still waiting for the refund for this after nearly 3 months after I paid for it, and this for something that shouldn't have been delivered in the first place as the order had been cancelled. I appreciate that these are not "normal times", but that's no excuse for poor customer service.

I ordered a water filter for a samsung fridge/freezer the filter ordered was a HAFIN2 I received a HAFIN this was a week ago and so far I have received a e mail which I have answered but as yet no action or advice except to buy an adapter for my appliance which shows that the people I am dealing with have no idea of the product I can only say the response of E spares is awful I feel I am getting the run around and yet it is not my fault I ordered the correct item

My SMEG oven had stopped heating up, so watched the eSpares video on how to replace a fan heater element and decided to order the part and do it myself. I'm not usually that adventurous to repair electrical devices, but the video was very clear and the repair went smoothly, I even impressed myself! Oven is back up and running and brilliant service as always from eSpares.

Needed a battery for dyson stick vacuum looked on E’spares website found what I was looking for, placed order on Sunday to my surprise it arrived on Monday less than twenty four hours after ordering,I was well impressed, it was cheaper than dyson direct, and free postage, ordering was easy with no problems at all, many thanks to the E’spares team. Hope everyone at E’spares are staying save and well, I will recommend to friends and family. 👍

Great service from the guys great communication small issue with item i bought (manufacturing fault) new item sent out next day before damaged item returned fitted and working great will definitely use again 👏

Paid for next day deliver in good time on 15 June for a Creda R430EK oven heating element Item was ticked as in stock. Order No 9504198. not yet delivered on second day. Delivery day 16 June e-mailed espares to ask why package not yet at couriers? Had reply from espares via email ticket No. T11329723 stating we will get back to you in within 72 hours (3 days) if urgent phone 03334007888 or use chat line. Tried phone got reply this phone is disabled due corona virus. Tried chat line, on espares web waited 20 mins no response. What I have at present is an oven in bits waiting for a heating element that should have arrived on 16 June the parcel arrived at the Nottingham depot at 23.35 on 16th June. No chance of delivering next day. You seem to be very happy to charge me for next day delivery knowing full well it was not possible. If I am lucky I may get my order sometime today. I expect a refund for the delivery charge. You need to correct the false statements on your web site ensure customers can contact you so at least man the phone or chat line K Ward

Buying the correct part was straight forward and the website was very clear and easy to navigate. I had to return an item due to an issue with my machine rather than the spare part and e-spares had no issue with the refund and were very helpful. A decent company to deal with.

Ordered the wrong part. No problem returning even with a ripped package. Refund was provided within days. Replacement ordered and delivered in 3 days. Excellent service.

My tumble dryer fluff filter broke - was completely mangled. I could get a repair spot with Hotpoint but decided as it was a spare part, I’d try eSpares instead. They were brilliant. Fast and efficient service; easy to use website; customer service was wonderful; can check online if the part you want will fit your machine. I’d definitely use them again!!!

Recently discovered the espares website and it's so useful, we were going to buy a new filter coffee machine as the filter cone was broken but instead found the cone at espares for a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole machine! Also ordered a new fridge door shelf to replace our broken one. There's a huge selection of new parts, also delivery is fast, within a few days usually, and customer service is excellent, thank you!

Two halves to this story! I ordered some s-hooks from espares, but partly due to the current disruptions they took over 4 weeks to arrive... but throughout the whole process, the customer service was exemplary. My questions were answered quickly and sympathetically, and when I explained that the s-hooks had finally arrived too late, I was refunded. So five stars for service.
