Its my 5th day without any hot water or heating due to this company...awful communication!!!!!!never pick up your calls!!!! My insurance company had used this company to sort out my boiler... Boiler went off.showing the code E10...taking my heating off..resulting in no hot water or heating.. have 2 young children at home. Rang insurance company Esure to someone to come out...they said they cant come out till the next day... Man came out on Tuesday morning..was here for 20 min said it needs a sensor...said it needs to b ordered.. not got bk to me...i ended up ringing insurance company who tried to get im touch with this company with no avail.. all my insurance company could say was thy have provionall booked u in fr 6pm but not confirmed..waited till 7pm noone rang or came..rang insurance company again hu tried to cntact company again no response again. Waited next day wednesday..phone call frm engineer saying will b here btween 12 and 2... he came out but as he put in the sensor..he popped the vessel in the boiler..so he said need a new one..he rang his office and was told they have the part..he told me as the part is from preston..he cant fit it today..will have to b tmro..but will let me know wat time... No contact again..rang insurance company again...thy tried to cntact company again..couldnt get through..then came bk to me thy havent had anything frm them but smeone will b out with u tmro around 11 but NOT CONFIRMED AGAIN!!! Waited next day 5th day not been told fr definate if anyone is coming... rang insurance company again and stressesd hw this is not acceptable..thy tried to contact them again...but noone answered... Said thy wud keep on trying and ring me bk.. Then Hooray!!! SOMEONE FRM KM SERVICES RANG BACK SAYING THE MAN WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO COME OUT HAS RANG IN SICK AND THY HAVE JUST REALISED! SO NOONE CAN COME OUT AND THEY DONT NO WHAT PART WAS NEEDED!!! I HAD A WEEKS HOLIDAY WHICH WENT DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE OF THEM... BOILER STILL NOT SORTED YET...INSURANCE COMPANY HAVE ESCALATED THIS NOW AND ARE TRYING TO SORT IT OUT TODAY WITH A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER NOW.... Esure wre supposed to ring me back within 2 hours and didnt..so i rang back to b told the same thing tht the man is off sick and will b out the next day..tht if hes in...ESURE YOU CALL THIS SORTING THIS OUT..SO NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH ESURE..SO STILL WAITING AND TOMMORO WIL B MY 6TH DAY WITH NO HOT WATER AND HEATING! WILL NOT BE INSURING WITH ESURE NEXT YEAR AFTER GETTING MESSED AROUND LIKE THIS!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Shame you have to wait a life time to speak to someone who doesn’t want to know. Don’t forget it’s 5p a minute so the last to times I’ve rung has been 36 minutes and 31 minutes. To cancel a policy within a month cost me £123 plus another letter sent out asking for another £50. All in all an absolute nightmare of £170. Easy to buy but a nightmare to deal with. No common sense and a computer says no environment.

Worst insurance company ever felt with. Do not give this company your credit or visa card details. Took unauthorized payments from bank account twice. Had to get refund from bank and had to change bank account to stop them taking more money. Rude patronising customer service don't respond to letters. Have got the financial ombudsman now involved. Xxxx avoid this company xxxxx

Disgraceful, I've been an incredibly loyal customer for around 8 years, across several cars, always paying by direct debit on a rolling yearly basis! (I don't have to worry then, surely...or so I thought? Received a fine today by the DVLA for an insured car. Logged onto my online Esure account to be flagged , im no longer recognised by them??? They couldn't update my password on my account apparently? When does a password matter, they had fun taking my money for 8 yrs! At least tell me Esure what was happening! Inept employees obviously. Now I have a lovely unexpected fine I have to pay. Thanks. Will never use you again!

Esure contacted me about renewal a slight reduction on the previous year I got in touch for a quote on some changes of circumstances which would result in my car being safer. Resulting in a even better reduction I then got in touch before my renewal date to make some changes as they’d then happened. They quoted me more than the original renewal quote! So i decided to leave as they’d been dishonest and the call operator was frankly rude. They didn’t value me as a customer enough to even offer to offer the original renewal quote! To top it all off they took the payment from my account 2 days after the renewal date! Without even sending me a email to confirm my cancelled contract! Avoid this company liars and now thieves.

After an accident Esure accepted liability on my behalf and were rude when speaking to them about my case. Never received such bad customer service from a company I paid a premium for! Can’t press enough to anyone who’s got insurance with this company that Esure are not on your side and will do what it takes to make you lose your case if you ever dare to claim. Fraudulent and deceitful to the letter!

I made a claim after a car accident and they still have not sent me a courtesy car or taken my car to be fixed. This happened just over 2 weeks ago. Every time I ring they fob me off with some story. I will now be looking at sorting it myself and paying for it as I need a car!! As soon as my insurance runs out I will definitely not be using this company again. AVOID COMPANY!!!!

desoite being insured wuth Esure when we needed to claim due to a water leak the guy was rude, unhelpfull, placed barriers in the way of the claim with all sorts of complications and made us feel like we were trying to submit a false claim.We Paid for the work ourselves having been made to feel like criminals, we will not be renewing our policy in November, i would not recomend this company to anyone.Happybto crank up the premiums which this year are double what others are quoting- with no claims ever made. Very poor AVOID !

Customer service waiting times are an absolute joke! I'm writing this whilst on hold.... 1 hour and 30 minutes so far. Rang previously for 2 hours 20 minutes and gave up in the end as no one ever answered. I'm sure its a ploy so they make money off the calls which they charge 7p a minute for!. Disgusting I've had to take time out of work just to make a phone call which is now ending up taking all morning.

Aweful experience! I have recently moved to a new house and was told it would cost me extra £123 to change the address! My annual premium was £301, absolutely disgusting! Especially that the new house is in a quieter, safer area. Do not recommend

I am a relatively new customer to Ensure/Sheila’s Wheels and have so far been disappointed with my experience. I made my initial payment of (which is 2 months upfront) but within a few days another £57 was taken (which is what I should be paying monthly going forward from 1st November). When the error was made I was offered no apology and told that I could not have the additional incorrect payment refunded, that it would either be used as credit on my account for the next payment or that I could have £15 compensation. I asked if I could just have my money back, as they had taken it without my permission on an incorrect billing date but I was denied having my money refunded! CHEAPEST ISN'T ALWAYS BEST!!

Very unprofessional staff, which can offer only delays and no help. Sent the NCB few times and they canceled the policy without even informing us! Avoid with all costs!!!

Please beware of this insurance company! You will be hugely disappointed by their claims process for the most ridiculous and minor technicality. I recently made a claim for accidentally losing my wedding ring whilst on holiday. My wedding ring was valued slightly over the policy’s single article limit (only £20) and I thought there was cover in place to at least that single article limit. As a result, Esure has rejected my claim and I am now at a loss as they will not pay on anything as I was penalised for not itemising this ring. It’s a very expensive mistake as Esure showed no sensitivity or compassion at all for my unfortunate circumstance. It’s very upsetting and stressful losing something of great sentimental value and this was made worse by Esure’s rigid claims process. Hard lessons:- Don’t go for the cheapest insurance, always check your cover thoroughly and stay well clear of this insurance company!

Writing this review @ 1am as I’m seriously stressed & not sleeping - maybe it’s all a mistake but I won’t find out until esure open at 9am. In short I opened a letter this evening from Alan MacEwan saying my insurance which started 2 days ago has been cancelled because I made changes whilst getting my quote and this might show I’m trying to obtain a cheaper price. The only significant change I made was to see if adding a named driver (who would hardly ever drive the car) would be be too expensive. I remember seeing a case on watchdog (or something similar) where someone had their car insurance cancelled because there car was cloned and this caused every subsequent car insurance quote they received to sky rocket as apparently if your insurance is cancelled by the insurer most insurers will not insure you. Even if this has all been a mistake from esure I am very very disappointed as it’s genuinely stressed me out - not great from the head of customer services to make a new customer feel that way.

I have a problem with pressure in my boiler ( everyday have to refill water ) called esure they send the engineer which wasn't able to fix it as there is a leak somewhere in wall - can't see it ! Engineer told me that they need to make referral to insurance as special exray machine need to be used in order to trace the leak . Called esure and they told me that I have to arrange on my own cost engineer to trace leak and pay on my own for fixing it !!! They will pay only for removing the tiles and put them back if need be but I have to pay access of £350 !!!! Lady was rude so I asked to speak with Manager but unfortunately Manager was even more rude !!! Disgraceful customer services!!!!! Definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!!

It’s a year since our kitchen was flooded, the replacement kitchen was fitted very badly in December and we are still don’t have a named esure worker trying to liaise in our behalf to rectify this. Yet obviously our insurance premium has gone up. We have lost count of the phone calls and emails we have made to try to resolve this! We wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
