“I thought this insurance company was a reputable company but unfortunately it really isn’t. Had a crash a week ago today unfortunately I’m still waiting for a courtesy car the customer service line I’ve called more than 12 occasions to be put on hold then put through to another call centre operator that then asks for all information again repeatedly. I would of given zero stars for this but that’s not an option also the garages that they use to repair my car are also just as useless I’ve called them on a number of occasions to be told they don’t have any cars available (Gemini Arc ) so then was told they would outsource a vehicle from enterprise cars , Gemini gave me a reference number to give enterprise a call and quote this reference enterprise didn’t have a clue about the reservation so I’m still stuck getting Uber’s everywhere I still have to work and take my children go school and have been offered nothing . If I were you reading this I’d take note and stay away from both Esure and Gemini arc garages your wasting money using these companies”

“This company is desperate and hungry. Stay away and keep your eyes open. They will bill you for unauthorized quote. I was shopping to lower my home insurance and I contacted Esure and other Insurance companies for a quote. I decided to stay with my current insurance company after comparing the quotes. Not long I started receiving bills from Esure that I owe outstanding amount and my insurance has been cancelled. My time calling them, emailing them to stop harassing me is stressing. So beware”

“Useless!AVOID AT ALL COST! They are happy to take your money but refuse to actually provide the service you pay for! I have been driving over 40 years and never made a claim in my life. If I could put 0 stars I would, I don’t even know how to describe these cowboys. very bad service at all, never recommend to anyone to going with this cheating Esure insurance. If you don't want stress avoid them, loosing time and headache I will advise to pay extra and go for a company that respect and help there clients when are in need. I hope you will learn from my experience and take the right decision. I paid the full amount for full Year my insurance then I had accident not my fault then After few days I received the latter from esure my insurance increased by about £153.77 Absolute disaster. This below is also from their decision for my car this was a big insult to me with a low price calculated by everyone who watched the dash camera footage they said it was not my fault and there were more than 30 who saw it but esure says it is my mistake, so says esure insurance in which I believed a lot, I just want to warn with my truth all those who think to buy insurance from ESURE. Their decision As there's some pre-existing damage to your car, to the rear bumper and the driver’s side rear door , its only right that a deduction is made for this as well. The additional damage was estimated at £1132.00, using preferential rates, and we deducted £548.00 to reach the valuation of £3200.00. In addition, as you are aware, due to the mileage discrepancy advised on policy inception and being different to the mileage actually covered, we will be settling your claim on a proportionality basis. The settlement will be based on 83.81% which equates to £518.00 this has also been deducted from the settlement below. Thanks to everyone who read my true story about Esure car insurance”

“The worst insurance to pay for a claim. It has taken a month and still haven't received the cheque. The car needs repairs and they are just keeping the money. Very bad customer service, every call has been longer than an hour to be put through. Cheap but it is not worth it if you have a problem.”
