Avoid this very dangerous organisation They have screwed up my boss he was hit by a young driver and his car has been off the road for months and he is badly injured and cannot come to work We have tried to contact ensure on his behalf and using his claim number. They are not interested they cannot transfer you too anybody. It’s like the whole company is a figment of your imagination. There are all these names but you can’t get them He has sent dozens of emails and nobody ever comes back to him They owe him money for foreign hospital visits and have offered him no treatment or payment for treatment They seem to want this to go to court despite admitting full liability If you want cheap car insurance and know your never going to make a claim this is your company but everybody else stay away stay away stay away

28 March an Esure customer smashed into my car about 50mph after going through a red light and smashing into me and my car head on My injuries are numerous some quite severe but Esure are not interested they got a expert not a doctor to look at me through a video in a dark room coukd barely see him but he didn’t want to seem injuries and don’t he just made up a report do that they could get away for nothing Esure reviews are all the same if you are giving them money the reviews are great but god help you if you have a claim against them they are not interested all the reviews are the same be it car or home insurance It’s a form of Ponzi scheme

I have spent the last 4 days trying to contact someone in customer support, several emails and several hours listening to dreadful hold music and I still have not managed to speak to someone about my claim. I received a text message and an email within a few hours of making a claim telling me circumstances indicate I was at fault, despite the fact I feel it was clearly not my fault. They have made this decision without speaking to me or hearing my side of events. Dreadful service. Avoid at all costs.

Better cover than others, easy to understand language. Staff over the phone were very polite and helpful. Documents all given on time.

9th March car drove into my wall. Took several attempts to engage esure who ignored me before eventually telling me to get 2 builders quotes but they still ignored my request for information on what would happen next / the process which would get my wall repaired. It took over a day's worth of effort over a period of 4 weeks, contacting 13 builders, to get two quotes (main reason for not quoting was the job was to small), I sent the quotes to esure and again asked them to tell me what happens next who then ignored me, despite now requesting that they handle my case as a formal complaint. Two week's later I've just been contacted by Sedgewick Validation Services who say they have been appointed by Esure to "assess the damage". They had no other information from esure, including the 2 quotes I had sent to esure, they suggested that I show the quotes to their assessor as it might help them in "assessing the damage". I will never, ever take insurance with esure!

Well for a start I should read the reviews. No payout after a rear end crash they don't want to know. I made a complaint in there so called complaints department, and apparently some manager from this cowboy company will get in touch with me. A week later I replied and asked them would be one of your manager contact me this year? There replie was it could take 30 days guess what am still waiting. I will give you a strong (WARNING STAY AWAY FROM ESURE!)

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY Charged for changes added to policy did not ask if needed to do refresh anything on policy APPARENTLY NOT THEIR JOB 🤔not good customer service charged £100 pound to change vehicle charged admin fee of £26 pound twice with any other company this would be done free on line - THIS WOULD BE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE WHICH THIS COMPANY DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT UNFORTUNATELY

The most incompetent, vindictive insurer I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Have gone out of their way to obscure, confuse and bully me at every opportunity. Dont insure with them

I am currently waiting a claim which I thought was going g through to be told ( after waiting 2hrs 45 mins on the phone that none of my uploads hadn’t gone through and to disregard the text of it being written off , the settlement offer , and asking for my finance settlement . I’ve been waiting a week with no correspondence and the first call being over and hour and this last one today . 2 hours 49 mins . I was told a link would be sent so I would have to start again with my claim and uploading pics and the link hasn’t been sent so I may have to call again and wait another 3 hours . I sent 3 emails which have never been answered or acknowledged .

I’ve just been waiting an hour on the phone to speak to Esure. They “appreciate my patience” (apparently) and have said for 50 mins that “they’ll be with me soon”. I was going to ask to change some details of my policy, but after waiting so long to speak to someone I’ve decided to cancel my policy.

Do not I mean do not use this company.The most incompetent company I have ever been with .Not only did they take five months to sort my claim out but after phoning them to tell me I will not be renewing my insurance with them they immediately cancelled my policy letting me drive around without any insurance after phoning them they admitted they made a mistake but couldn’t renew it so compensated me so I would leave and get another company now this is the third week of waiting for my money utterly disgraceful company.

Customer service all driven to sales growth and pricing quotes but back of house is disorganised uncommunicative and miserable. Even the hold music is designed to make you miserable and fearful to challenge and whilst its obvious all about profit the approach destroys any confidence in their commitment to customers so i cant imagine its a pleasant place to work

Rip off once purchased better pricing issued but refuse to acknowledge the better deal. Then charge for cancellation no offer of help just take it or leave it attitude. Be very careful before committing to purchase.

Upon car insurance renewal, I received a threatening and coercive letter informing me that 'My card company has advised us that the renewal premium has not been made and is therefore outstanding.' Which makes no sense whatsoever. They have made no contact with my card company to see if payment has been sent, they have just simply not received payment as I have not renewed. The statement makes it seem like active effort has gone into retrieving some kind of 'due debt', when in actual fact no debt exists, and no effort was made. They have stated that I should call them to advise them that my renewal was not required. This is not a requirement by law, regardless of what nonsense they put in their contract. A letter like this can scare the more vulnerable.

I’m disgusted that this company is allowed to operate after screwing my claim up and taking 5 months to sort out they have now cancelled my account by mistake and rang me apologising and asking me to now get my insurance sorted out because of there mistakes.I would not recommend anyone using this company it should be shut down I have just passed all my information to the ombudsman and hopefully they get a result especially after seeing all the other reviews I’m not the only one totally disgusted.
