“My order was supposed to be ready for collection the same day (Friday) after 4pm, I called beforehand to make sure it’s ready as it was short notice. I called around 2:30pm, was told it is not ready yet but will be ready by after 4pm and I can come to pick it up. When I arrive after waiting in the queue for 30min I was told one part of my order is in another depo and that I should come back next day. Next day (Saturday) I called again to make sure it’s ready this time, as the shop is 20min drive one way I didn’t want to waste any more of my time. I was again told it’s ready for collection and I’m welcomed to pick it up. Surprise surprise - it wasn’t, another hour of my time wasted. Mind you I decided to order from your store because of same day collection which was supposed to by Friday, I was only able to pick it up on Monday causing me to postpone my garage appointment. I wouldn’t mind waiting a bit longer, it’s assuring me that the order is ready to collect when it’s not true that got me angry. Please work on it for the future.”

“I ordered and paid for parts on line to be collected. Email confirmation clearly stated I could collect until the 9th September. I went on the 6th to be told that I had not collected in time and that the order was cancelled. I was told I would receive a refund in the next couple of days. I needed parts so had to purchase AGAIN! So out of pocket for double the cost of these parts as I am still awaiting a refund as of the 10th. This is unacceptable!”

“Ordered a new battery on line to be picked up from Kilmarnock branch. The folk that were picking it up for me ( who don't have a lot of mechanical knowledge) were asked to confirm it was a battery with small terminals, for a Japanese car. They did so. Unfortunately when I got the battery it was standard sized terminals, caused me a bit of grief and had to make other arrangements ( I was doing a rally that day) Thankfully when I got home the great staff at Baillieston sorted things out. Baillieston always seem to have the best staff that actually care.”

“I bought a brake pad for my car online which where saying it was the indicated for my car but did not fit, when I went to the shop trying to get the right one they said I had to go to a different euro car parts shop because they didn't had the one I was looking when I went to the other shop they couldn't helped my and sent me back to the first shop then the first person that assisted me at the beginning said something completely different that I said at first and told me to go back home and measure my car disc, when I had my old brake pad with me and I thought that would be easier to help to find the right one but he didn't even checked.”
