We live in the countryside/mountains of Southern Spain and are fed up of being held to ransom with only 3mb internet speed (usually less or even none) by Iberbanda. Contact with Europasat was professional and very helpful throughout. We are very satisfied and recommend them to anyone requiring connection anywhere at all.

Arrived when he said he would. Worked extremely quickly and efficiently without seeming to be in a hurry. Very well informed and more than capable of answering all our questions. We are very happy with the work and with the internet access we now have. A seemingly seamless operation from our initial enquiry to the completion of the work. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bart to anyone.

Easy to install using average DIY/electrical/Internet skills, and gives a fast, rock-solid connection. I self-installed this at our Italian holiday home to replace an unreliable Telecom Italia data-only ADSL link. The delivered system had the wrong TRIA, but the Europasat people rushed out the right one in 24 hours. After reviewing the installation video multiple times I did the installation in two half-days, most of that time just checking and double-checking. A ring spanner is essential for quickly tightening the assorted coach bolts, and a ratchet version would be even quicker. The earth cable is a bit too short for the run shown in the instructions, but works fine on a shorter run. I strongly endorse the instructions' recommendation to mount the dish first and then add the TRIA - wobbling on a ladder while trying to mount the full assembly would be challenging. I set coarse azimuth using the sight lines shown by the KA-SAT finder website, and coarse elevation as shown in the video (i.e. without an inclinometer) - you need to line up the edge of the inner mount with the angular scale embossed on the outer mount. The TRIA's tones made the fine-tuning very easy. I bought the Wi-Fi modem, which has a good range (covering 3 floors, all stone), but has very annoying management software, which I junked. In use, you need to get used to the 1-second latency in loading a web page (that's the transit time up to the sat and back), but load speed is very good - I get over 7 Mbps over Wi-Fi. The connection is solid as a rock and keeps working during thunderstorms. I've started with the 10Gb package and will probably upgrade to 25 Gb since the better connection has increased our usage - that will still cost us less than we've been paying Telecom Italia.

Dealing with the provider, John Sidwell, in France was a great experience. The system was fitted by another company who did a good job. The system is working well.

Very happy with the Europasat installation of the Tooway Satellite Broadband solution. I ordered it on the Monday and an engineer was on-site Wednesday. Everything was up and running in less than 2 hours. So happy to be able to use the Internet again at a usable speed.

Installation by the recommended service provider is highly recommended. Not as simple to install as made out to be. Unfortunately the signal I'm getting is not as good as I expected - connection to the net drops constantly which is challenging when one's business is internet driven.

Everything went well. My neighbours use tooway so having had good reviews from them I went on the internet to find you. A little confusion at first because you have a competitor in Andalusia called twoway.

I hope that senior management will have visibility of this survey. The following reasons let to the poor rating. - When ordering over the website one has to choose "Ireland" from the long dropdown list rather than "Republic of Ireland" which is in the shortlist, otherwise the order process does fail with an error that a country needs to be selected - Opening a help ticket doesn't work with Chrome browser, when you click "submit" you are faced with an endless loop of a password login prompt. Poor web design. - I found the shipping cost rather high considering that I spent over 300 Euro for the equipment. - Shipping details claim that 2 packages will arrive but all was packed into 1 leading to confusion with the courier driver. - The modem access details, like cluster code or azimut, were supposed to be in the invoice, I had to ask for them via a technical help ticket leading to delays. - The advertised speed of 20Mbit were never working for me yet, I usually have to deal with 2Mbit at best and plenty of website timeouts. Youtube is unusable for a service that costs more than twice as much as eFibre DSL. - Europasat should offer a service on their website to buy back the equiment if one decides to move to ADSL or other technology. I mean, what am I supposed to do with the dish if I don't need it anymore? There is no large market or customer base that would need such a device. I only chose satellite broadband because there is no alternative to where I live. So I am stuck with this rather dissatisfying product till something else becomes available. I am sure Europasat (or specific SES) is aware of this situation and doesn't seem to pay to much attention to it since people are out of other options.

I acquired a second hand satellite system, not very old and in good condition. Its mac address was with Orange in France by the previous owners. Europasat from the very start were helpful, with advice and information. Initially they told me that I needed the previous owner to have the mac address removed. They had nothing to do with the installation or setting up. There are people in my area here in France who deal in satellite systems. I was passed on from one to another, one did give me the Orange English speaking phone number. Orange refused to remove it. Got back to Europasat, within half an hour the mac address was removed from Orange. Hence I am now with Europasat. All the people I dealt with were helpful, courteous and a pleasure to talk too. Si la connexion fonctionne, toutefois en version pro, car elle est misérable pour ne pas dire inexistante aux heures où je suis à la maison en version normale, le support est lamentable. J'ai un " ticket" ouvert depuis plus d'une semaine sans aucun contact de la part de Connexion Verte. Si on rajoute un routeur en panne ( le sav me conseille d'en acheter un ailleurs dans le commerce) je suis comblé !!!!!

Does what it says on the box, and quickly and efficiently. A minor glitch when we couldn't get through to buy access, but that sorted itself out. The installers were very pleasant and helpful, and the PAYGo contract, though pricey if you used it all year, is perfect if you're on site for short periods.

I am very please with the reception I am now getting. Against Broadband it is so good. Broadband reception .5 and often off line ... Europaosat=18.5. No need to say anymore. except your engineer Paul was excellent in his executi9on of setting up the system. Many thanks. John Hunt.

Excellent advice and service. Kit was easy to install and we now have great speeds where bt could not provide anything after waiting 15 weeks. Was advised that tooway was the best for us and it was delivered next day before 10am. We are very impressed so far
