AWFUL experience. Super deceiving company which takes advantage of students. They lost my parcel and denied reimbursement even though I purchased insurance for extra 50€. The basis: apparently tape is not foil and doesn’t constitute as wrap. I’m 100% they stole the package and will sue them. They’re SCAMMERS.

It's been 2 months that i hired Eurosender to ship a box from Germany to Ireland. They won't collect the parcel. I've changed the collection address, stayed at home for 2 days and they don't show up. They only make excuses. Don't bother trying them.

facebook marketplace buyer used this organisation to attempt tp buy from me . sounds scammy from off . after spending all day finding a way to purchase the insurance I was sent a code . the code was rejected and I was told to buy another , even though my bank confirmed the money was sent to them . the buyer is now telling me that if I don't purchase again ill face legal action.

So many things went wrong. In my email confirmation from Eurosender it stated that I had paid for suitcases to be shipped but when their outsourced company came to collect my items they refused to take the suitcases. Then the shipment got lost, no one knew where my things were. They finally showed up but with one box open and half its contents missing. The cherry on top of this nightmare was Eurosender charging me a 96 euro fee to my card without my consent because they said my shipment had been overweight. I weighed my items multiple times and submitted exact measurements, the shipment was not overweight. Do not use this company.

Your incompetence company are fraud. We gave the delivery to you, to pick up from Ireland to Greece. With the sum of 68.99£ for delivery and goods worth of 350€. You gave the job to DPD a 12kg parcel since February 15, till now nothing. You told us about claiming and we gave details, how on earth DPD will tell you they can only paid 66€ for the goods of 350€ ,did we gave them paper to deliver. Moreover, we don't have business with DPD if your company respect and honour their trademark, you will do the proper necessity and human rights lawyer are free to help. We have all details for reference

I ordered a pickup and delivery service with Eurosender for the collection of a coat in Paris, to be sent to my home address in The Netherlands. After TWO MONTHS and multiple pickup attempts, nothing has been collected sofar. After requesting to cancel the order they simply tell me I cannot cancel. Hope Eurosender can understand that this is unacceptable and hope they will refund my cost of €40.

Order No. 846199-22 Never give them your credit card information! Their system gave an error when paying by credit card, we paid on June 15 with PayPal. DHL delivered the package on June 20th. But when we look at our bank account on Jul.18, we noticed that in addition to the PayPal transaction in the amount of $1,256.62, they additionally charged our credit card 9 times ... $3,832.32 extra charged! I wrote them a dozen messages from Jul.18 (contact: Nasim, Carlos, Anastasia, Igor, Valeriia, etc.): at first, they claimed that they did not make any extra charges, but after 3 days they wrote that they refunded the money, but that was not the case. These are real scammers, quirky and cunning. I wrote to them in the chat and email again and again (about 12-15 times) ... we saw 3 refunds out of 9 only on June 21 . For the rest 6 charges $217.38 total amount, they write again that these are not their charges ... we have no any patience more with the scammers. That's luck that we check our online banking! But we have to contact our bank to open a dispute.

Una experiencia malísima. Nos perdieron una maleta valorada en más de 500 euros y tras 3 meses mareando la perdiz, no nos quieren abonar la cantidad acordada. Mentirosos y embusteros. Meteros el dinero y la maleta por donde os quepa.

Very bad experience. The courier has not showed up for a week. No number to call back to courier. Not possible to get money back as it is paid once according to their terms and customs. Customer service relies emails though.

PESSIMO. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Pessima esperienza con EUROSENDER. Ogni volta che ho prenotato con Eurosender (più di una) il corriere non è passato, né ha provato ha chiamare. Ho dovuto chiamare il call center per sapere se il corriere fosse passato. A sua volta il call center non è stato di NESSUNO AIUTO, imputando la causa del macato ritiro a me ( che nel frattempo ho perso un giorno di lavoro e non avevo alcun modo di reinviare il pacco in quanto non mi sarei più trovata nel luogo di ritiro). I am hugely disappointed by the whole service provided by Eurosender, unprofessional, poorly organised and poorly coordinated. If I could put minus 100 stars, it would be handy First of all I had to wait 2 hours for a driver to show up, and nobody informed me that the driver was getting late. I called the day before to make sure that the driver could come between 11 and 13 and he arrived at 13h10 while I was having a work meeting. Eurosender called me at this moment while I asked to inform the driver that I was having an important meeting till 13h25 and was not able to join him till then. When I managed to find the driver parked quite far from my apartment and after calling Eurosender several times while desperately running in all directions, I found out he was not speaking a word of English. That's why the driver didn't call me to coordinate everything, while Eurosender told me that he was going to call me. So Eurosender sent me the driver who is not able to communicate with me as a client!!!! More to come. Using google translate he told me that helping me with loading the stuff into the car was not his job, while I paid for this service! Then he called the office and tried to explain the same once again with the help of his colleague. I had to explain to her that I paid for that. And all this conversation made me lose my time even more, as if I haven't already wasted enough time waiting for the driver and trying to find him without any indication from the eurosender. Also the woman from the eurosender office reproached me that I made the driver wait for me, while before he was 2 hours late and I had to reschedule all my day. And then with a face showing me that he was not happy at all about the situation, the driver finally started helping me to load my things into the truck. We loaded everything together, he helped me with big things in the beginning, but I was the one who picked the most of the stuff from the apartment situated on the 1st flood to put it downstairs - boxes, small furniture. Going up and down the stairs multiple times, loading and unloading the elevator. And basically doing the hardest part of the loading. So the driver could take it outside and put into the truck that he managed to park closely to the apartment at the end of the loading. And when everything was loaded into the car, I found out that I would receive all my stuff on Monday and not the next day, on Saturday, as I was informed earlier by logistics service, and I booked my flight accordingly Last but not least - nobody informed me about a time slot when the driver would arrive on Monday. I received a WhatsApp message at 6:34 a.m. to inform me that the driver arrived. Apparently I was supposed not to sleep the whole night and wait the driver to arrive. So once again I had to reschedule my day and head to my home from the office to unload the truck with the driver. In the middle of my working day. As I didn’t have any time slot in advance, it was not possible to anticipate his arrival and ask for a help. I called the Eurosender office trying to get any details, but it was closed. During the unloading, the driver helped me with big things, all the rest I was doing by myself. While I paid the help with unloading. after contacting customer service, I was shocked to learn that the driver was the only one who had to wait and that he was the only one to load and unload the truck. Also my lamp and photo frames were damaged during the delivery process. What a waste of money

I, as an artist, made two paintings, one on glass, the other on a wooden base, put 2 layers in bubble paper, 2 layers of cardboard, and wrote 100 times what was fragile. my parcel was gone and no one knows where the parcel is after 3 months!, after long correspondence I was told that I had packed it poorly, then that the glass was forbidden to be sent. I was not provided with any evidence or photos of the damage. I conclude that I was robbed and I also paid for it and worked hard on the paintings. this is the worst service in my life.

Horrible experience. Shipment was supposed to take 1-2 business days, it has been 13 business days and it still has not left the country of origin. I am trying to cancel my order as I will be gone traveling at the new expected arrival date (still 5 business days away!), and they do not want to let me cancel, even though the package has not even left the country of origin!!

My 3 parcels 499885-22, 102801-22 and 955339-22 delivered late and one of them was damaged. Many items were missing and broken in my parcel. They ensured that your parcel is insured by an insurance company but while we claim the amount for insurance, they give an excuse saying that parcel was packed properly. Pathetic service and lack of accountability.

What a waste of time! We had initially chosen this company to have our pallets arrive from Belgium and had to wait a month before anyone noticed the parcel was not even picked up. Only after numerous phone calls and emails was I eventually transferred to a supervisor (Turalp P), who was very helpful (the only reason for the 2nd star). He told me that there was a "glitch" in the courier's system and they hadn't picked up the parcel yet. He then switched couriers and we finally received our pallet 2 months after placing the order (it was promised in 8 days). After making an official complaint, I am then told by Christiana P (they don't have surnames in this company) that it was the courier's fault and there's nothing they can do - even if that courier (DHL) was hired by them. I was also told that it was my fault for not having checked with our supplier in the first place. Isn't this a service we pay you for? Don't waste your time with this company. There is no follow-up once they take your money and they assume the courier will take care of it. You're just a number and they don't seem to care about when SMEs lose money due to their incompetence. There are plenty of other transport companies out there and we've since found another one that we are very happy with - delivery within 1 week Belgium/France to Ireland, compared to 2 months with this company.

The provide wrong tracking number, At pick up they dont handover any receipt to you, And after completing delivery, a month after they sens you an email stating your parcel was overweight and we are charging you extra fee, They make the deduction directly from your bank without your authorisation. Do not trust them and rather use another service.

People be careful!!!! They charged 19.95€ after 40 days of my order was complete!!! They took money of my card once and of my credits ! See attached mail- disgraceful and don’t trust or have business with them !!!!!
