“The Provider was great and walked me through the entire process and made sure to ask if I had any questions before starting. She was extremely knowledgeable when I asked about ingredients and concerns about side effects. I'm deducting one star only because the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. They were clearly in a hurry to close the store and it made me feel rushed and the overall experience more hurried than it should have been. It was so offputting that I would hesitate to recommend to anyone. Maybe other locations are diffeent. There was also supposedly a discount for first-time guests that my provider had told me about but it was neglected to be included when I went to pay.”

“It was a great experience. I walked in without an appointment and the three members of the staff whom I interacted with were incredibly friendly and professional. I felt totally accommodated for. Before settling on which services I purchased, I explained what my goals were and the team gave me great feedback, thoroughly explaining each procedure and what they'd recommend. “I love this place. I was nervous to come in for a lip flip, even though I've been wanting one for a while. I'd never had any kind of cosmetic work done. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. I went in for a free consultation and ended up returning later that day to get the lip flip. I love it! I've recommended it to all my friends.”

“Everyone at Ever/Body is really nice, but the attention to detail is lacking. I was given prescription Dapsone after my first Clear + Brilliant facial. The leaflet with aftercare instructions that I was emailed had the wrong ingredients. I still knew I was supposed to apply dapsone once a day, but I emailed to ask if I could have the correct leaflet sent to me for Dapsone. I included a picture of my prescription bottle with the ingredients written out. No one responded to my email. A month later, I came in for my next appointment and I told the front desk attendant about the leaflet issue. She said she’d have to ask her manager for help on it. She responded to me a few days later and said that the leaflet that was emailed to me was correct. I had to literally send her a picture of the prescription bottle that says “DAPSONE, NIACINAMIDE” and a screenshot of my emailed leaflet that says “HYALIRONIC ACID, NIACINAMIDE, TRETINOIN” to prove that the leaflet was incorrect. At this point, I don’t care that much about getting the right leaflet, but I’m worried about the attention to detail at Ever/Body. If I hadn’t bought multiple Clear + Brilliant laser sessions, I would probably consider going elsewhere. For what it’s worth, right after ny first treatment, I referred my best friend, and she had a facial and loved it.”

“I got a black eye from botox and the pictures speak for themselves. It was my first time getting this procedure and I would have appreciated a professional follow-up and assistance. I've been a customer for a year and received multiple treatments. I'm giving 3 stars because I like the results but there is a missed opportunity in making customer service actually a service and standing out from the competition. When the nurse applied the syringe in my left crow-feet I immediately felt my eye blur. She also noticed the "bump" and pressed with her finger. When she finished I mentioned that my eye felt weird and that I had a bump which she said was normal. The next day I woke up to a black eye and a bruise on my forehead. The frustration and fear I felt were awful and I sent an email immediately the Customer Service. The concierge reached out to the provider and she recommended purchasing the Alastin post-injection and bromelain supplements which I did. For me, this type of answer is basically to fix the problem by myself. I understand there is always a risk with this type of procedure and at the same time, I have a reasonable expectation that the nurse has the expertise to identify potential problems. This procedure shouldn't be promoted as a "no downtime" option.”

“First, let me begin by saying I had only ever gotten Botox and fillers in a plastic surgeon’s office. I was hesitant about a MedSpa, but was referred by a friend who had begun coming to the Soho location. The ease of making the appointment was fabulous, online, picked a time, what I wanted, and knew what I would be paying up-front! This doesn’t happen at a plastic surgeons office cause every injector seems to have a different “set of qualifications” and different price. I was really pleased with that. I came in, I was treated so well, only waited a minute, got taken back by my nurse who was so deliberate and really talked to me through the whole process about what I wanted and even took the time to stop in the middle for me to see how the progress was and whether I was happy. I knew exactly how much of the syringe we used, I knew exactly where it was going, she completely evened out my face (one side is more full), and I could not have been happier with the experience. I couldn’t believe how much time she took with me to make sure I was comfortable with the results! I have never had such a great experience with injectable’s. She is a rockstar. I will definitely be coming back!”
