“I love that the case is so low profile...it doesn't detract from the look of the phone yet I am confident the phone is 100% safe. I'm AM having trouble getting used to it not being waterproof...I was spoiled for two years....but it's nice to not have to deal with the loss of sound and photo quality! “I love the products, but the customer service has been horrible. I ordered two cases and only one was ever shipped. When I emailed customer service I was told that they can confirm only one parcel was shipped but cannot confirm what they shipped in that parcel. They told me the only way they could determine if I was lying and had actually received both cases was to show them the bag the order was shipped in. It was two weeks at this point and after telling them I no longer had the bag they said that was the only way to confirm that I had not been shipped both cases.
So now I am out $50 and do not have the Christmas present I had been expecting for my mother-in-law.
This is after I supported the company on Kickstarter before it had even been launched. You would think they would have some loyalty to repeat customers.”
“From purchasing system to customer service is perform incredibly good, when customer has forgotten to select colour for phone casing, customer service still sent an email back to the customer. Just one thing, delivery accross country is taking too long to reach, hope it will improve in the future.”
“My first case broke in a number of places during its first year of service. You need to understand that my case NEVER failed in protecting my phone. The problem was that, due to damage, the case was becoming loose, starting to slide off the phone while in my pocket. I asked Evolutive if this damage was considered covered by their warranty, and they requested digital photos. They examined the pics, and determined that the damage to the case was indeed covered and offered to send me a new one. I only had to pay $9 shipping and handling, which I had no problem with. I am very pleased!”
“Overall Rating is very poor due to the fact that I placed an order for the Galaxy Note 5 bundle which in the picture showed front and back screen protector and a bumper case. I also was in contact with the company in regards to doing a review of their product on my YouTube channel and live on Twitch and the company was going to send me out some products to test. When I got my package I got the wrong color bumper, and 3 front screen protectors. They told me that the bundle DID NOT come with a back screen protector and after complaining about it, the images were quickly removed from the website order page showing the front and back screen protector. They take forever if they ever respond to you for the customer service aspect of the company. I am still waiting now 4 days to find out how I can go about ordering a back screen protector which they don't tell you how to do anywhere on the website. I put a 10 for how likely I am to refer evolutive labs to a friend or family member because well lets face it. Its the best damn screen protector I have ever used.”

Even with Samsung being as large as it is, selling more devices world wide than apple. I work in mobile sales and so many customers ask me about my case so I show them the site and every single one of them mention the lack of selection for us Android users. This has been a problem from all case manufaures and it should end.”
