“Scooters pretty awesome suspension for me is a little stiff since I like to do a lot of trail riding so I am modifying the suspension but I love the range on this 35-mile range cruising at 20 miles an hour and I'm a 200lb rider plenty of power to cruise up the hills the only downside a little it's a little heavy with the wide tires on it it does like the track really straight and stay a lot more stable than my zero 10x you do get used to the weight but once you go back to the 10x you're thinking to yourself where's the power the customer service was really good and they answered all my questions and had the vehicle shipped to me really fast”

“Great Knowledge and experience! Order was quickly shipped and now riding Kingsong 16x whenever possible, what a great idea! Love my Wheel! Be sure to get the flashlight they sell for safe riding after dark. Wear your gear, be safe on & off da road. Cheers, obx Danno”

“I love my Inmotion V8F. It shipped fast and arrived in great shape. I had a problem with an included power cable being of European spec. eWheels had a replacement in my hands in less than 24 hours. Now Im up and riding like a Boss! Thanks eWheels!”

“I have been in contact with ewheels prior to purchasing my wheel from them. Their service is top notch. My questions were answered promptly and instilled confidence in their company. They really strive to provide the best customer experience you can get. They are welcoming. Even though, they are an online store; they make you feel like your taken care of face to face. My wheel was supposed to get shipped but i had a change of desire and asked them if i could change the product. They agreed to stop the shipment and put in an order for a Sherman. I have an expected date in the tail end of March. Hopefully all goes well, I’m sure ewheels has my back of anything goes a stray.”

“eWheels blew me away. They provided, by default, service that made me feel legitimately respected... and I cannot think of another retail experience that has ever made me feel like that. Lithium batteries can be... exciting. And in this case, another electric unicycle (I hasten to point out: not a Veteran brand one!) burst into flames in the shipping container on the way over from China, which made every unit in the container (including mine) positively reak of horrible chemical death. So what did eWheels do? They _preemptively_ emailed me to let me know what was going on, and to assure me that if when it arrived it was a problem they'd make it right. They sent pictures of what had happened! They emailed me instructions for mitigating the smell if I chose to keep the unit... which I followed... and which worked. In some sense eWheels is making my overall retail experiences worse... because now I know what customer service can be.”

“Had a question after receiving my wheel and got an email back within minutes. Love having a responsive company. Have had my Tesla v2 a week now and getting better everyday. I've only got about 5 hours on it total but can control it well, which I can hardly believe as the first few hours are so hard . So stand tall and be confident and you will get it. Off topic a bit but it's soooo quiet.”

“If there is any place in the world i would be happy to throw my money at, would be eWheels! They are very forthright and honest in their dealings and are always informative with the product . When something wrong comes up with a shipment, they will tell you. All the safety information is transparent and they take great pride in customer service. Their customer service is 1000% and i highly trust this company with the products sent to me.”

I also received information on getting started with the wheel. “I’ve purchased 4 wheels from eWheels, the most recent being the Veteran Sherman. I’m glad to have the opportunity to write a review for eWheels because if the tables were turned I shudder to imagine what they’d say about me. I’m the sort of buyer with almost no technical skills, and who often asks questions where the answers would be obvious to more technically-minded riders. The Veteran Sherman is a high-end product and priced accordingly. This would ordinarily present a risk for me. I mean, would you gamble on a premium wheel at almost $3000 virtually sight unseen? From a new, untested manufacturer? You would if eWheels were selling it. EWheels' unwavering customer support of my previous purchases gave me 100% confidence in the company and their ability to back up their products, even a brand new wheel from a brand new company. Based on eWheels stellar reputation and proven power in the industry, I gave them a deposit and took the plunge with the Veteran Sherman. As I traveled a couple hundred miles and did several shake-down trips, I discovered a couple of minor problems with my Sherman that a lot of folks could have fixed themselves; but then ewheels was built for someone like me. I don’t know how to open up a wheel and extend a wire, or change a tire. I don’t have that kind of time, training or the bandwidth. Ewheels fixed two separate issues for me promptly (as in less than a week) and with absolute good cheer. They are also just as fast if you want to buy accessories; extra tires, covers, lights…. That is the ewheels difference. No hassles, fast replies to emails, and an attentive positive staff that doesn’t make you feel less of a rider for asking questions. Now at over 3000 miles on the Sherman I can report wheel and rider are thrilled; and when the next premium wheel comes to market later this year you can bet I’ll have all the faith in the world that eWheels will deliver another prized member to my growing family of EUCs.”

“Initially ordered the 14D in black with the smaller 340 Wh battery, but after changing my mind on the battery size I asked them if I could upgrade to a 420 Wh model as the wheel had not be shipped yet. They quickly updated my order while offering me a nice rebate, and shipped the wheel that same day. Great service as always.”
